Had the opportunity to try this place when they were the food truck on Sunday at HopLife Brewing Company. I was only looking for a snack and got a small order of fries, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food I was provided for the price point. Judging by the food the other patrons got, everything looked to be just as good. I even got to try their new BBQ sauce which was very good and had a nice tangy flavor to it. The service I received was excellent and he took the time to answer all of my questions and to bring the food directly to me at the bar. If you're in the Fort Pierce/Port St. Lucie area and looking for somewhere to grab a bite I definitely suggest checking this food truck out! Reds is AMAZING. He loves to make and serve good quality food! He has such a great variety. We've had his food many times and have not even once said, "It could have been better." We've had his duck, ribs, mac and cheese, philly sandwich, and I can't even remember what else. All of it was stellar. On Monday night, my best friend and I strolled into Tipsy Tiki in Downtown Fort Pierce (Denise is the best bartender). We were starving and decided to try Red's Kitchen for the first time, even though we have been into Tipsy multiple times. We ordered the loaded nachos and OH. MY. GOD. They were amazing! We had them with shredded chicken and it was the best thing I've had in awhile. The chicken was super tender, the sauce that they put on top was delicious, and the order was HUGE! I now have had my second lobster roll from here. They are very good with a good portion of meat. I always ask for just their regular Mayo that is house made(no Cilantro). The roll is a split top that is grilled just like it should be. I'm from Maine and very fussy about my lobster rolls. Really.....$16 is a very fair price for a really good roll. So disappointed. This is a review for the Reds Kitchen food truck. By 6:00pm they only had 2 items left on the menu. $18.00 for a Lobster Roll and $9.00 for Mac and Cheese. Ordered the Lobster Roll apparently they were also out of buns as it came on a single slice of bread folded over and a bag of chips. No where near worth 18.00 and if they had told me they were out of buns I would have passed. Never again! read more

The yucca fries are comforting and pair perfectly with a cold beer. We got a black garlic burger there last time that was amazing! I honestly think this is the best food in Martin and St. Lucie county. Not just from a food truck, but from anywhere. Red is an amazing chef, who I've followed from established restaurants such as Kapow Noodle Bar down south, and Ian's Tropical Grill in Stuart. With this truck, he has no limits on his creativity, and has been able to come up with some of the most original dishes I've seen. Red effortlessly blends techniques and ingredients from Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, Mexican, Venezuelan, Cuban, and even French cuisines to create something that is truly unique. The way he does it though makes it seem like those ingredients were made for each other. The guy really is an artist, coming up with new dishes every time I go to see him. I've talked friends and family out of going to fancy restaurants and driven all the way from Stuart to St. Lucie West because I thought his food was better, and once they tasted it they agreed. Just wanted to try walking tree brewery and came across Reds kitchen food truck. AMAZING. We got the pork arepa.....I don't prefer pork but WOW THESE FLAVORS IN THIS AREPA. Amazing food! I have tried it multiple times and I have never been disappointed! He even added "all the cheeses" when I have asked him to! I love all of his sauces and creative food fusions.
