Personally I like a bit more vinegar on mine (but that's just personal) they had I think peppers in them it gave them that unique flavor it was so good! He had us try the potato salad and the seasoning on that was beyond me! Hands down some of the best potato salad I've ever tried I am excited to go back and see if they offer corn and other sides so I can try them out! Seriously I forgot the owners name but he went above and beyond and him and his staff had beyond exceptional customer service and were very personable. I really appreciate the hours of operation here, I am always craving bbq but most places are only open on the weekend/ I have trouble finding good brisket I'm not a huge fan of pork (but will try it!)
