We tried a few different pastries and breakfast sandwiches and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The woman working the counter, wearing a Rosalina name tag, was very helpful in explaining some of the pastries we weren't familiar with. She also let us know that they use all the organic products for their beverages, which is always a plus. We got another Matcha and a hibiscus green tea lemonade our way out both of which were super refreshing and really tasty. Best new café I've tried in a while, can't wait to go back!

I stopped in Max's Gourmet Bagels for the first time today. I'm torn on how best to provide a…read morereview because of the Jekyll and Hyde nature of the place. THE BAGELS: Finally decided to go with a five star because MOST people will go there for the bagels AND the bagels are great! Crispy outsides chewy insides just as a bagel should be. If you're looking for a bagel, you can't go wrong here. AMBIANCE: Now, that I've given you Jekyll, let's talk about the Hyde. If you're looking for a place to eat breakfast with some atmosphere, you won't find it here. "Perfunctory" is the word that comes to mind. Plastic ware, baskets and napkins, functional tables and chairs self-serve coffee... that's what you'll get here. BREAKFAST: If you're looking to have a good breakfast with your bagel, forget it. "Afterthought" would be the word to best describe their breakfast offerings. I ordered bacon, egg and a sesame bagel, along with a tea (forget my tea Latte). The bagel was great but the bacon and egg looked and tasted like they picked it up at the nearby McDonnalds and slapped it on a plate. BOTTOM LINE: My key "customer so what" with every place I review... Would I come back? The answer... YES, for a dozen bagels but a most definite NO for breakfast.

Indoor and outdoor seating. The counter help was friendly and helpful. It is made fresh and brought out to your table. The food was super fresh and tasty. You'll pay a couple dollars more because the food is fresh and unprocessed. But definitely worth it.

I've passed this establishment so many times, but honestly, something about the advertisements and…read morethe front of the building never really made it seem like a place where you could just walk in and sit down for lunch or dinner. It always felt more focused on meal plans. So, I finally decided to stop in--and I'm glad I did! I was greeted by such an amazing young man behind the counter. He was incredibly sweet and genuinely excited to tell me about all the different options they offer. They have refrigerators or freezers filled with prepared meals, which I think is a great option if you're not much of a cook or you're constantly on the go. Now, I personally love cooking, work from home, and don't have kids, so meal prep isn't really something I need. That has nothing to do with the establishment--I just genuinely enjoy cooking! I ordered the raspberry lemonade protein shake. It was definitely an interesting flavor. After the first few sips, I started getting used to it, but unfortunately, I wasn't a huge fan. It was a little too sour for me. I also ordered the pesto chicken wrap. He asked me what I wanted for my side, and I chose rosemary potatoes. I thought he meant a side dish, but apparently the rosemary potatoes were actually put inside the wrap. So I'm still not entirely sure if there was supposed to be a separate side or if I misunderstood him. I got everything to go and ate it on my drive home after shopping. The food is definitely geared toward healthier options and doesn't seem loaded with all the extras and junk we're used to. It was a little bland for my taste, but at the same time, there's something about eating a meal like this that automatically makes you feel like you're making a healthier choice--and honestly, it was good! Would I drive out of my way to come here? Probably not, especially since I'm over in Port St. Lucie West and this location is a little out of the way for me. But if I'm shopping in this area again and I'm hungry, there's a pretty good chance I'll stop back in and give them another try! There is indoor and outdoor seating just to make that clear. I feel like if you are shopping that area give this place a shot. With all the junk that all these other establishments, unfortunately keep opening up in Port St. Lucie that this place needs more attention. Very chill atmosphere!
