Cute ice cream place, a little chilly inside so bring a sweater. Nice selection of flavors , I like their cherry chocolate. Everything I've tried there is very good . I take my toddler here often . Indoor and outdoor seating plenty of space . Went for an event and my kid wanted a waffle cone cup dipped in chocolate with sprinkles . I didn't know that we had to wait for the chocolate to set and wait a while because my kid was sitting there waiting while the other kids Heather ice cream immediately and I probably would avoid doing that in the future and just get a regular cup or a cone nothing specialty made . The kids were halfway through with their ice cream by the time she got hers . Very nice customer service and you can taste as many flavors as you want .

Don't trust the employees when they tell you the acai bowls will still be good to eat in the morning. $12 just bye bye.

We all love ice cream and this place has tons of choices! Service was great and it's clean inside. While we really try to support local family owned ice cream shops, this hit the spot in a pinch after dinner! My colleagues and I left happy!

Bright and friendly new shop for all ages to enjoy. Before we placed my preschooler's order, there was an older gentleman who ordered before us, my family of 5, and then a middle age couple, as well as two teenagers walked in to enjoy the abundance of ice cream flavors and more. Plenty of seating, clean restrooms, and even though there was one person on shift (Friday evening), she was efficient. Not only did they have 30+ flavors, but they offer milkshakes, smoothies, açaí bowls, bottled drinks, and more! More is definitely more here! Yasminah was very kind and patient with my 5 year old, and took the time to make sure he had extra "Bowzer" chips on his dipped waffle cone and side cup. The portion was a very generous serving, and the rest of my family enjoyed their scoops as well. The ice cream was creamy and the flavors truly matched their descriptions. We' can't wait to support this small business again!

    Lots of ice cream

OMGosh it smells amazing like cones. All the ice cream is delicious and and you pick your ice cream. Then pick a cup, cone, bowl or shake. What toppings do you want. They have every topping you can think of.

In any case, this was not a good time to be here. We waited near the register at the truffle counter. We waited while one of these employees talked with and loaded up chocolate for some people she obviously knew well- four or five people; a couple of adults and their teenagers. They had waffle ice cream cones, the dipped and sprinkled kind, a pint of ice cream to go, they ordered various chocolates and "oh can I get a candy apple" for one of the teenagers. Apparently this is free night because the worker told them there was no charge. She apparently knew this was wrong, because she tried to be very quiet about it, she whispered it to them while glancing over at us. Then she just walked away. Hey, maybe she owns the place, or Mommy and Daddy do and they are okay with their kid/employee giving away $75 worth of goods. Whatever. I mention it because it was weird. Like I said she just walked away after that and completely ignored us. She went to help people on the other side of the store to get them ice cream so we followed her and asked her where was the line to order chocolates and she said "oh well this is the ice cream line so I guess here". I didn't bother mentioning that we were standing over there waiting for her to assist us, she knew we were there and she knew we saw everything. Her cohort finally got around to us, we bought our chocolates and we left but Lordy, it rubbed me the wrong way. Snitty little teenagers giving stuff (a lot!) away to their friends for free and ignoring actual customers. What is going on with these kids? Kiliwins has good chocolate, just poor choice in employees.

When we walked in, there was no one present behind the counter, but there was a female worker (young lady with brown hair and blue and silver nails) in the back area who my husband saw and who clearly saw us standing there. She didn't acknowledge us and once she finally walked out from the back, she STILL didn't acknowledge us. She walked over to the back counter and said nothing. Her demeanor was very off-putting and honestly I should've walked out, but my son really wanted some ice cream. She finally walked over to us and no lie, she literally just stared at us!!!! No hello, no welcome, how can I help you....no greeting whatsoever. Just downright RUDE. It took everything in me not to say anything, but I proceeded to just order the ice cream (against my better judgment). We weren't offered any toppings, sauces, etc and it was like she just wanted us out the store as quickly as possible. Not even a set of napkins were offered to us. Another customer came in after us, and wasn't treated this way. Interesting...But, I paid for the scoops and left. The experience was so uncomfortable that I will NEVER EVER set foot in that shop again. It's unfortunate because our ice cream is actually really good (hence the one star given). But the customer service was a ZERO across the board. I didn't give a monetary tip because it wasn't deserved by any means. But here's one you could use: Treat EVERY customer the same...NOT just the ones who look like you!!!

**INITIAL REVIEW** I…read morecame across The Peach Cobbler Factory (which I will shorthand simply to Peach Cobbler, emphasizing the capital letters "P" and "C," for the remainder of this review) by happenstance. I was looking for some "real" food for dinner when I saw the moniker. I had to do a double-take to make sure I read it right. I mean, isn't the most common "factory" pertaining to food have the word "cheesecake" in front of it? Anyways, I just had to partake in Peach Cobbler, because I could always use and enjoy a decent peach cobbler. I am glad I went in. For a corporate chain, this locale for Peach Cobbler is pretty good. Though an address is provided, Peach Cobbler is located in the Stuart Centre, right next to Five & Below. If it helps out, a PDQ is right in front, too. On the outside, Peach Cobbler doesn't stand out from the rest of the businesses. It is just another business in a strip mall afterall. Ergo, you have to search by its moniker. Inside the place definitely fits its color scheme of light shades of peach and pink. The overly popular photo-op of green grass on the wall with either a popular quote or a parody of a popular quote in neon was used here, too. There are numerous flavors of peach cobbler, ranging from the traditionial to different fruits. I got to try an array of these peach cobblers, and though delicious in their own right, they kinda don't stand out. Just imagine peach cobbler with different fruit jellies on top. That is what you get. Once again, good, but nothing that really stands out. And let's not forget the price of said peach cobblers. Probably bougie to be eating gourmet peach cobblers in the first place, but I did not expect any less given the fact it is a "factory" last name restaurant. The staff, however, was very helpful, as they were patient detailing all the different kinds of food they had to serve. Besides peach cobblers, they have different flavors of banana puddings, cookies, brownies, churros, cinnamon sticks, cheesecakes in a cup, and much more decadent sweets. The cobbler shakes have got to be the epitome of gluttony and sugar-cravings if you ever had one. Ultimately, Peach Cobbler is a novelty restaruant to enjoy. Don't go here if you are wanting a fully-satisfying meal. Go here if you want a topper to your meal, one filled with a lot of sugar. As a result, I will give this locale for Peach Cobbler, three-out-of-five stars. They are just as good as others across the board, but they don't stand out from them, either.

If you like your desserts unapologetically indulgent and served with Southern flair, The Peach…read moreCobbler Factory will scratch that itch. My wife and I ordered four different items, because apparently restraint is for people without spoons. 1. Coconut Cream Pie Pudding Let's start with the star of the pudding lineup. This coconut cream pie pudding is stunning. Chewy and deeply coconutty in all the right ways. It's rich-really rich - still easily one of the best coconut desserts I've had locally. 2. The OG Banana Pudding Now, my wife adored this one. She inhaled it. I, however, found it aggressively sweet. It's thick, creamy, and full of nostalgia, but for me, it was too much. She gives it two thumbs up; I give it a polite pass. 3. Sweet Potato Pecan Cobbler If comfort food had a national anthem, this cobbler would be it. The sweet potatoes are tender but not mushy-perfect little cubes that soak up the cinnamon and nutmeg. The pecans are toasted to perfection, adding crunch without turning the whole thing into a sugar bomb. This is the dish I'd go back for multiple times a week. Off-the-charts delicious and the sweet potatoes are the star rather than sugar. 4. Blackberry Peach Cobbler My wife declared this her favorite, and I get it-the balance of tart blackberry and sweet peach is classic. For me, it was good, not great. Nothing offensive, just not life-changing like the sweet potato pecan. Still, it's beautifully made and absolutely worth a try if you're a fruit-forward dessert person. Final Verdict The Peach Cobbler Factory is serving serious dessert energy. Worth a try if you have a serious sweet tooth. 3 out of 4 things fell into "too sweet" for me but perfect for my wife. Coin toss!
