At the recommendation of my parents, we stopped here after a day at the beach, I had a delicious mermaid smoothie, as well as a pb toast with bananas and a great combo of honey and some sort of spice. Had to sample my mom's smoothie, which was a funky monkey, it is a great chocolate combo! Friendly staff! Fresh and delicious items! Check them out! There is something for everyone! read more

The customer service has went down drastically... I use to come here so often but the last 3-4 times, the girls working make you feel uncomfortable. I went Sunday morning around 9 and it was not the nice, kind, friendly atmosphere I use to experience. The bowls are good as always. Is it worth the uncomfortable feeling though.. read more

The food was really delicious and the service was awesome! We were in town for vacation and had spotted this place when filling up for gas the night before our last day. We were attracted by the cute Rasta vibe the place had going in the parking lot of the gas station and decided we would try it for breakfast the following day. When we arrived the following morning the line was long and the atmosphere was buzzing. You could feel the positive energy in the air. Beside the food truck was some kind of a surfboard swap meet going on and so many surfers were eating a açaí bowl it looked like standard issues breakfast for the locals. The food was fresh and delicious and rather expensive. The cost for 5 bowls for the family was $65 with the 5 vegan gluten-free cookies my total for breakfast was over $80 with a small tip for the staff. Wow I was a bit shocked but for the area I guess it's on or for eating out. Cost and how "full" my bowl was is the only negative I can say. My youngest didn't care for his monkey bowl but everyone else enjoyed them and ate them all. My wife my oldest and me ate the cookies my younger two said they had enough "healthy food" and wanted a "real" cookie hahahaha I liked the chewy cookie it was like eating an oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips but it didn't have oatmeal that I could see. All and all I would definitely check this place out! read more

Paradise found at Ital Bowls! This place instantly puts you in a good mood -- the bright purple truck, palm trees, and sunshine make it feel like a little island escape. The staff radiate positivity (the "Good Vibes Only" sign is no joke!) and everything is made fresh with so much care. I tried the blue bowl and it was absolutely delicious -- super smooth, refreshing, and beautifully topped with banana, coconut, and crunchy granola. You can taste the quality in every bite. Perfect stop after the beach or a morning surf session -- light, nourishing, and full of good energy. Highly recommend Ital Bowls if you're looking for something healthy and vibrant to brighten your day. read more

Smoothies, coffee, lemonades, granola, cookies, açaí bowls, etc. i think it's good for breakfast, snack, or lunch! it's a nice food truck with a permanent spot next to covered seating and a nice gas station and store. i believe almost everything is dairy free and vegan. lots of organic items. the only thing not gluten free is the Dave's Killer Bread avacado toast. read more

Every bite feels super healthy and is loaded with electrifying flavor. Plus the consumer service is always friendly. Fresh, Healthy, and most importantly delicious! Ital Bowls delivers fresh, local, and wholesome eating options for the Treasure Coast. The food truck itself is set up in the perfect location right down the road from Stuart Beach, making it a favorite Pre/Post Surf food stop! Zach is very knowledgeable and will happily explain each of the many tasty superfood toppings that he offers for either the Açaí or Pitaya bowls. The bowls are very reasonably priced, and he loads them up with the freshest berries, bananas, sweet crunchy granola, and then tops it all off with a generous drizzle of local honey. In addition to the delicious bowls, smoothies, and organic coffee; Zach and his team offer reliable, fast, and friendly service to all of their customers. Most Definitely a spot worth checking out! read more

Loved the Idea Of Fresh Organic Healthy Ingredients are used in Everything made.. Especially Loved the idea that each Order is made right as you are Ordering it.. Nothing is pre-made.. I love the idea that this all coming from a Food Truck in Hutchingson Island accross from Tbe Pantry and Surf Shop across from Wells Fargo Bank and MacArther Blvd.. This is a Genuis Idea & so happy it is in the Vicinity.. I came from Palm City and I would travel every day to eat this Delectable Food.. The Owner was so busy but found the time to come out and take a picture with us and his Creative Acai Bowls.. I call them Bowls of Healthy Perfection.. I am here for a call out to all of you to go and try this.. It is an experience you will never forget.. A little bit of heaven.. read more

If you are looking for the best smoothie on the treasure coast, you have to give ital bowls a try. By far the best smoothie "Brighter Daze"" I've ever had. It's like a festival for the tastebuds. Customer service was outstanding. I always try to support our local businesses, Ital bowls did not disappoint. Keep up the good work I want to give a thumbs up to Ital bowls and it's staff for staying open during this pandemic. I visited Ital Bowls yesterday, the staff was very protective and cautious when taking and giving my order. It was very refreshing to see a local business stay open to give the public a delicious, and more importantly, healthy lunch, which is something we could all use in this time of crisis. read more

Ital bowls by far has the best acai bowls locally and absolutely worth a drive if you're from out of town! I go to school at UF and i feel like i've tried every acai bowl place in between Gainesville and Stuart and nothing comes close. The food is so fresh and made to order and beyond the food ,the people and atmosphere are just awesome! All local and genuinely nice and cool people who want to talk to you! Basically on the beach and with a great place to sit and eat with music! I couldn't recommend a better place, definitely check Ital out! read more

If you want something healthy, delicious, and energizing then head on over to see Zak at Ital Bowls! The bowls are loaded with fresh, healthy fruits and veggies and sprinkled with locally-grown items like honey. Ital Bowl is a food truck, so it's not fast food, but the quality is superb, the owner Zak is extremely friendly, and it's refreshing having something like this on the Treasure Coast. Excellent food, lots of different combinations for your açaí bowls, check them out! Definitely worth the wait! read more

Never tried Acai before, don't even know how to pronounce it. I asked Zach to make me whatever he would eat for lunch, and it was AMAZING. best bowl of fruitS [yes plural] and granola in human history. So many wonderful flavors and textures. My mind is thoroughly blown and I can guarantee you I will be a regular. Also- the Bullet Proof Coffee was perhaps the best coffee I've ever experienced in my coffee-saturated life. read more

ANIBAL The owner comes up in a confrontational manner and refuses to remake it, or make another drink it, or refund it, so now - he's not gonna remake it and you won't give me my money back - now you've just STOLEN FROM ME. The owner does not care about the quality of his establishment - this is not a safe space to enjoy food or drink. He does not care about our community. It also goes to show these Port St. Lucie Chamber awards are a bunch of BS. They just award the businesses that pay the most into their networking groups. And ANIBAL paid the most by stealing from our community! Before writing this review, I saw there were many others who have been STOLEN FROM. Do not support this man stealing from us hard working people while he sits in the back of his restraint and sips coffee all day - doing nothing to help his "family run" business.

I went with a salad base instead of rice and absolutely loaded it up with toppings -- basically everything except carrots. I also paid extra for avocado because obviously that's mandatory. For sauces, I got the house chili sauce with just a little spicy mayo mixed in. The small bowl was actually a really generous size for the price, which surprised me.
