Love this place so much! So many options to choose from and prices aren't bad! The bowls are absolutely amazing and the service was great and they were so sweet. The food truck is so cute, in an incredible place and has seating. 100% recommend! PLUS - - it's totally gluten free so it's amazing for people with celiac disease!

The food was really delicious and the service was awesome! We were in town for vacation and had spotted this place when filling up for gas the night before our last day. We were attracted by the cute Rasta vibe the place had going in the parking lot of the gas station and decided we would try it for breakfast the following day. When we arrived the following morning the line was long and the atmosphere was buzzing. You could feel the positive energy in the air. Beside the food truck was some kind of a surfboard swap meet going on and so many surfers were eating a açaí bowl it looked like standard issues breakfast for the locals. The food was fresh and delicious and rather expensive. The cost for 5 bowls for the family was $65 with the 5 vegan gluten-free cookies my total for breakfast was over $80 with a small tip for the staff. Wow I was a bit shocked but for the area I guess it's on or for eating out. Cost and how "full" my bowl was is the only negative I can say. My youngest didn't care for his monkey bowl but everyone else enjoyed them and ate them all. My wife my oldest and me ate the cookies my younger two said they had enough "healthy food" and wanted a "real" cookie hahahaha I liked the chewy cookie it was like eating an oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips but it didn't have oatmeal that I could see. All and all I would definitely check this place out!

Gluten Free/Celiac review: Very yummy! Lots of better food options to fill you up, cure your sweet tooth, and make you feel good. Smoothies, coffee, lemonades, granola, cookies, açaí bowls, etc. i think it's good for breakfast, snack, or lunch! it's a nice food truck with a permanent spot next to covered seating and a nice gas station and store. i believe almost everything is dairy free and vegan. lots of organic items. the only thing not gluten free is the Dave's Killer Bread avacado toast.

Always my favorite place to stop on the way back from the beach! I have tried many smoothies, including the Acailicious and Pineapple Paradise pictured here, and they are all delicious. (Although Mango Majik is my favorite!) I would also recommend the chocolate chip cookie, which is also gluten free.

Huge selection of items! As an açaí connoisseur, these bowls are great! I had the "special" bowl sub no mango add strawberries! I also got the bullet ice coffee with MCT? oil which I had never heard of, but the sweet ladies explained it and we signed up for it! Amazing! Will be back!

At the recommendation of my parents, we stopped here after a day at the beach, I had a delicious mermaid smoothie, as well as a pb toast with bananas and a great combo of honey and some sort of spice. Had to sample my mom's smoothie, which was a funky monkey, it is a great chocolate combo! Friendly staff! Fresh and delicious items! Check them out! There is something for everyone! read more

Paradise found at Ital Bowls! This place instantly puts you in a good mood -- the bright purple truck, palm trees, and sunshine make it feel like a little island escape. The staff radiate positivity (the "Good Vibes Only" sign is no joke!) and everything is made fresh with so much care. I tried the blue bowl and it was absolutely delicious -- super smooth, refreshing, and beautifully topped with banana, coconut, and crunchy granola. You can taste the quality in every bite. Perfect stop after the beach or a morning surf session -- light, nourishing, and full of good energy. How does this place not have any Yelp reviews yet? I'll be the first. Ital Bowls is amazing. The Blue Magic is my favorite, with the almond butter, hemp hearts and CBD oil. Every bite feels super healthy and is loaded with electrifying flavor. Plus the consumer service is always friendly. Hence the 4 stars. It was pretty good but barista's..."No foam/No room means fill it to the rim please and I do not want any foam. I decided not to say anything but if I go back I definitely will since it was $8.25 for a 16oz cup and was really more like p8oz...just sayin' ~ and that's all I have to say about that...

While waiting for my mom at her doctor's appointment I was looking for a place to pick up something to eat and noticed this nice green colored building with outdoor seating that said Juice Bar and Vegan Café. Well, this was "right up my alley" and went inside. The whole place is light and bright with corner to corner windows and plenty of seating. There is a chalk board on the wall that let's patrons know that all food is made to order and fresh. Also listed is their "Specials" of the day. The cashier was such a joy to talk and between the Menu Items, Specials of the Day and Soup of the Day, I wanted to try them all. I got the Tuna Chick Wrap and Sunflower Curry Soup and was so impressed on how delicious they both were. All I could think about it, there should be a location like this in Fort Lauderdale as this is where I live, I was just visiting mom in Stuart. On the way out I also bought Spicy Pumpkin Seeds. Fruits and Roots is an absolute Gem of a place and I hope they expand into South Florida, just cant say enough nice things.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous for this Manager not to own up to a mistake, but to blame DoorDash driver. Shame on her.

I love the idea that this all coming from a Food Truck in Hutchingson Island accross from Tbe Pantry and Surf Shop across from Wells Fargo Bank and MacArther Blvd.. This is a Genuis Idea & so happy it is in the Vicinity.. I came from Palm City and I would travel every day to eat this Delectable Food.. If you are looking for the best smoothie on the treasure coast, you have to give ital bowls a try. By far the best smoothie "Brighter Daze"" I've ever had. It's like a festival for the tastebuds. Customer service was outstanding. I always try to support our local businesses, Ital bowls did not disappoint. Keep up the good work I want to give a thumbs up to Ital bowls and it's staff for staying open during this pandemic. I visited Ital Bowls yesterday, the staff was very protective and cautious when taking and giving my order. Ital bowls by far has the best acai bowls locally and absolutely worth a drive if you're from out of town! I go to school at UF and i feel like i've tried every acai bowl place in between Gainesville and Stuart and nothing comes close. The food is so fresh and made to order and beyond the food ,the people and atmosphere are just awesome! All local and genuinely nice and cool people who want to talk to you! The bowls are loaded with fresh, healthy fruits and veggies and sprinkled with locally-grown items like honey. Ital Bowl is a food truck, so it's not fast food, but the quality is superb, the owner Zak is extremely friendly, and it's refreshing having something like this on the Treasure Coast. Never tried Acai before, don't even know how to pronounce it. I asked Zach to make me whatever he would eat for lunch, and it was AMAZING. best bowl of fruitS [yes plural] and granola in human history. So many wonderful flavors and textures. 1st timer and had the Açaí Bowl Classic am hooked!!!! Friendly staff and owner and it's going to be my go to spot for the hot summer and beyond. The owner is extremely friendly and even saved me from a bee once hahah. The açaí bowls are phenomenal. I come here at least 2 times every 2 weeks with my friends and I haven't met one person who DOESNT love these bowls. I even got my mom hooked haha!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
