Everyone was busy, one customer ahead of us and two after us. The floors were a bit dirty, pieces of trash and paper. Like someone tried to clean but was in a hurry. That's not just an inconvenience--that's unacceptable. Good food doesn't excuse poor customer service, especially when it involves billing errors. I'm hoping this gets addressed quickly, but in the meantime, I'd recommend others double-check their receipts.
