Good food, horrible packaging. I ordered Tum Yum, curry and rice. When my delivery person brought it to me before they handed it they informed me that it was already spilling out. I know that things can spill during travel but this was not on the delivery person. I took more time out sifting through the food to remove the plastic than I did to eat it. And I still almost swallowed some plastic that was at the bottom. I would order from them again if I wasn't worried about choking on plastic. This is really disappointing because the curry had a really good flavor, could have been more spicy but no big deal. I would give them one star but the food was good. Kind of a hole in the wall Thai place. The restaurant is small and doesn't appear to have AC. When we came as a group of 7, the restaurant was not full even at 7:00 PM. I ordered the drunken noodle and it had good flavor and portion size. It came out a bit spicy for me though. I would avoid going to the bathroom as you have to cross into the kitchen to get to it in the back. One, you probably don't want to see how messy the kitchen is where you food is prepared and two, the bathroom looked liked the film location for Dexter...I kid you not! read more

Due to being quarantined we found this restaurant as part of the door dash options. We ordered the pork chops and Pad Thai. The pork chops was really good and the sauce that it came with it had some good heat spice to it and it was very flavorful. The pad Thai was also very good and flavorful. We would've given this 5 stars but was disappointed when we added seafood to go along with the pork chops as it was an option but when we received it there was no seafood so I'm not sure if that's a preparation option? Starving but not wanting to venture far my wife and I decided to pull the trigger and finally try Sabb Thai. I walk past everyday and always say I want to try it but I forget when it comes time to eat. We ordered the stirfry eggplant with chicken and an order of pad thai. The eggplant was amazing (we asked for spicy) and my wife had a hard time believing it was eggplant since it was so tasty. Also, it was the Best pad Thai we've ever had. Now I haven't eaten a lot of pad Thai in my day, but this definitely takes the gold medal for me. Price was super fair. Never had pad thai so sweet.. I was craving thai food during a stressful work day. I ordered delivery to my workplace through the yelp app, which came a lot faster than expected (hence the extra stars). The food isn't bad, but it's not the best thai food I've had. Let's start with what I ordered. I got the pad thai, yellow curry, chow fun noodle w/gravy & the stir fried eggplant. The eggplant was BOMB! SO GOOD and so flavorful, I love how they put basil in it. But, the beef that was in it was overcooked and tough. Honestly, the eggplant was the only dish I finished. Everything else was hard to eat. The pad thai tasted like straight ketchup and brought back memories of me being sick after a night of drinking. The chowfun w/gravy was more of a gravy w/chowfun. All I could taste in the curry was msg and coconut milk. My biggest "wait what?" moment was looking at their delivery options and seeing there were no veggie or tofu choices.. Save your time/money! Complete rubbish! Spent close to $100 yesterday on a total of, 2 orders of jasmine rice, 3 curries,1 noddle , 1 mixed rice, and rolls. I'm not sure due to limited places for people to eat this place is overwhelmed with orders? Our curries tasted/looked like someone's child just tossed a few meats/veggies in water then added coloring .. the curries were extremely WATERY/lacking taste! Complete embarrassment as we had hungry guest over for "dinner" who pretty much left hungry :( I could go on about the other dishes but will save my time. Is it official Thai? Or is it more Lao?! I don't know, but it's good! It used to be a teppanyaki joint and they carried over some of the menu items like steak, steak roll and other items. But their stars of the menu are the Thai/Lao dishes. I have only tried a few but they were very tasty. Be careful with your spice level! I tried the "mild-medium" papaya salad and it was SO hot! I picked out a ton of red peppers - not sure how many were in there! Prices are $10+ per plate and quantity is ample. Some dishes have the option to add an egg on the top for an extra $2. That's a little steep to me, but the egg makes a big difference! Parking: there's a small lot in the back but it looks always full, maybe it's for employees in the building only? After living in Hawaii for almost 2 years and 3000 miles away from my mom, I finally found a restaurant that reminds me of my mom's home cooking! I was excited to see they had authentic Laotian dishes on the menu, specifically two of my favorites, khao piak sen (Lao style udon chicken noodle soup) and nam khao (crispy rice lettuce wraps). I said "what the hey" and I tried them both for takeout, thinking I would have some leftover for later. Boy was I wrong, both dishes were just soo good I couldn't help but indulge in every single crumb they gave me. The Khao piak was made with fresh tapioca noodles. Their broth was nicely flavored with all chicken parts thrown in (bones, skin, etc). The nam khao was perfectly crisp and served with several lettuce leaves for wrapping. I love eating this dish with dried pepper and roasted peanuts, which they did not skimp out on. They also don't hold out on the lime as my order was really limey, which I love! That is the downfall with this place - virtually no parking. But after reading reviews, I went in for take-out. This place is delish! The smells of the restaurant and food brought me back fondly to a childhood Thai restaurant in LA. I also ordered stir-fried ginger chicken $10 for the kid (her fave). It had a small kick even for mild. She liked only the chicken and said flavors were strong. I tried and it is just very flavorful. Yum. The ginger chicken comes as an entree which had a massive amount of rice underneath. Most dishes are ala carte in Thai restaurants so i was happy rice was included. Pad kee mao was ordered medium and it was spicy. But good spicy. Panang curry with tofu $10 was ordered medium and also good spicy. Same for the massuman. Stcky and jasmine rice is $2. So I got 6 things for $46. That is amaze-balls. I hope this place stays. I would def come again and perhaps dine in. It is super affordable and portions are good. My new favorite thai place around this area!! Tried green curry and panang curry and I loved the richness. Can't go wrong with eggplant and chicken combo ohh my gosh. The staff here are really nice to me, one time he let me buy some curry even though the shop wasn't open! The place is pretty cozy and all the food I've had here were great so far. Four stars because its definitely the best thai around here but I've just had better curries in general. Will still keep on eating here though, can't wait to try the soups and stir-fry :)) read more

Pretty good Thai food. Me and my fiancé are both vegetarians, they were able to accommodate our dietary restrictions with most of the dishes. Pretty casual, so not the best place for a date (unless you're over the honeymoon phase, lol) or fancy outing. Unlike other low-key Thai restaurants, they actually offer chilled tap water from the fridge. Most of the ma-and-pa places I've been to make you buy bottled water or literally give you room temp water from the faucet. Nothing about this place really stands out for the better or worse, so I have no problem returning here if I'm craving Thai food ever again. read more

Obviously from my check ins you can tell I'm obsessed with this place. The hours are different then what is posted so I would just call them ahead of time to check if they're open. Only thing I don't like is the parking. It's out back near their bathroom I think it's good for 6 cars but all the cars block you in and you have to look for the owners of the car so you can get out, Major drawback. Thank God the food is good! I've had the beef salad multiple times, kao pi ak, kao poon, papaya salad, long rice salad. One time we came, we ended up ordering 2 bowls of kao poon because it was so tasty. This place is legit Laos food and is soo good, I have yet to try other thing because I'm happy with my usual. Today I had the kao pi ak and it was the best I've ever had! The prices are pretty steep, more expensive then when you go to China town but still really good. I really love this place, sometimes service isn't that great but the food makes up for it. Will be back in the near future to try other things, definitely a must try place. read more
