This was actually one of the worst food experience I've ever had. We ordered a spritz and prosecco for drinks. They were both flat and when we asked for a new one our waiter laughed and walked away. Eventually my boyfriend asked management and they got him a new glass since his prosecco was so flat it was literally white wine. We ordered the tuna carpaccio as a starter- it was not fresh and served with guacamole from a tube. For my main I got the tagliatelle with ragu which came with sauce clearly from a jar and pasta that was overcooked. My boyfriend got linguine with clams which was better but nothing exceptional. Not to mention the bread we were served was stale and the staff overall rude. The manager was kind and did end up compensating one of the pastas but I swear please go anywhere else for food!! My family group of 5 ate here on our final night in Florence. Most of us had the rib eye steak. It was possibly the best steak I have ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, tender and the flavor was incredible. Service was fun and friendly. read more

The food was good. We had the lardo appetizer and then got the spaghetti ragú and the risotto nero. Desserts were tasty too, though not a lot of dairy-free options. Service was good, though toward the end it was one server for the whole restaurant for unknown reasons. Atmosphere was good, though very quiet (no music) until more people showed up. Never think of going to this restaurant the staff is horrible and they just threw everything at us. They couldn't even smile. The manager kept staring at us me and my sister ordered something like spaghetti and it was supposed to have white sauce. It was oily. It felt like butter pasta. This was not white sauce and we even made sure with the guy he said yes it's white sauce. Where was the white sauce and the pasta my mother ordered Seabass fish it's not horrible like they didn't even clean it and she couldn't even eat a single bite. We returned it and the guy said why it's impossible. It's not good it's not so horrible. We were gonna vomit. I wish I took a picture, but I didn't. The ossobuco con risotto alla milanese was incredible. We stumbled upon this location during our trip to Milan and we ended up eating this a 2nd time for our final meal in Italy before returning to the USA because it was our favorite spot. read more

I was in Milan last week for 4 days after 5 days in Paris. What can I say about this gem of a restaurant?! Kid friendly, amazing pizza, fresh ingredients, great service! Our first visit we ordered the veal milanese, spaghetti vongole & ravioli for our kids and antipasto to start. Everything was fresh, delicious and the servings were huge! We tried 2 other restaurants in the 4 days were were in Milano and kept going back to Sabatini's for pizza etc. on a daily basis. We were treated very well and really enjoyed the experience. Dessert was great too and everything is made fresh daily. I will definitely go back next time I am in Milan. read more

Great restaurant with a long tradition (it opened its doors in the 1940s! ) ; simple but very tasty food. We ordered Caprese Salad and 2 spaghetti a la carbonara and really enjoyed everything! The service was also very good . read more

We dined here twice during our 3 day trip! The seafood pasta tasted very fresh and it was extremely delicious. I also tried the pizza and it was cooked perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive. If I'm in Milan again, I'd come again for the seafood pasta. read more

We've tried this great restaurant four times now and each time the quality is very high compared to the medium price level. Try their self service antipasti plate, specially the sea food. Excellent. Finally, if you care for a simple pizza meal - this is the place to go. Simply som of the best pizza's we've tasted in Italy - or other European countries for that matter. The staff is service oriented, has humor and very professional. Actually the same persons each year which is a good sign. read more

This was my first meal in Milan, but it was a major disappointment. We came around 6pm and my friend wanted pizza, but the guy said we can't have pizza until after 7. I ended up ordering Milanese risotto which he repeated it back to me. After waiting a while, the waiter brought out ravioli...He took it back in after we told him. I think I should've kept the ravioli. I never had risotto so undercooked. I felt like I was a bird eating hard grains. I don't know how Milanese style is supposed to be exactly but I didn't taste the saffron and it tasted like mac and cheese but with hard rice instead of macaroni shells. It was super disappointing so avoid it if you can. The gnocchi my friend ordered was average. Nothing spectacular here from what we tried. read more

Service is horrible. Food is mediocre to bad. Pizzas did not have the Italian quality I expected. Margherita pizza was like plain tomato sauce and mozarella w/o any taste. Boxed pastas from Walmart taste better when I cook at home. But more important, service was just that horrible. Our server gave us bread stick appetizer and didn't even bother to take it from our table while we were eating. He didn't check on us while eating to make sure we're ok. I understand that expectations of dining is different in America from other countries, but dining experience surely also includes friendly service and interaction w/ customers for people to enjoy their food. Idk if our server is racist as well or just plain rude, but he was also very rude to the other Asian couple beside us who looked very unhappy while eating. The server picked up their plates and utensils after eating, and one of the forks fell on the floor. He kicked it so hard that everyone turned their heads to see what the noise was about. It was a total turn off. But he was laughing and interacting with other Italian customers. Overall, will definitely not recommend this place. Pls eat somewhere else and save your money. This was our first meal in Milan. The wine was fantastic while the food and service were only okay. The ambiance could definitely be better if they removed their fluorescent lights, it gives it more of a cafeteria vibe. Overall I would say this place was fairly average. read more

Looked nice and welcoming from outside. Waiter friendly and patient while we decided what to eat. Seafood mixed grill was nice, best to order a side with it thou, partners shrimp & asparagus risotto was lovely too. Food was very nice. Had a late lunch for 4, two pastas, grilled salmon, and seafood antipasta salad. All very fresh, pastas were better than the seafood and grilled salmon, but all was well prepared. What really sucked was a 2.50 euro per person coperto that turned a 52 euro lunch into a 62 euro one. This seems a bit steep, especially for a simple lunch. Other siimilar restaurants charge 1-2. ok first things first, the bread was at least a week old. the service was horrible, the guy must've looked at us with 10 heads when we would ask him simple questions like "can we pls have a dessert menu?" he didn't come to check on us and he was very rude. we came around closing time and everything seemed to just be the scraps left behind from the day, absolutely disgusting. kids were screaming crying the entire time, so don't think you're coming here on a romantic date. pls save yourself time and go somewhere else. read more

Mediocre at best. The restaurant was noisy and service indifferent. The food was so tasteless. My spaghetti pasta with clams was just butter with some green stuff thrown in. The bruccetta was good as was our pizza and the house wine but the shrimp on the salad were boring and flavorless. I expected more and was very disappointed. I would not recommend this restaurant. There are too many options in Milan to waste your calories on this one. read more
