This location is at N. King in the same center as Jollibee. I didn't realize they had a S7-Icy Bubble here until I was in the parking lot and spotted it. I came in and got two drinks. I ordered the Mango Icy Bubble an Li Hing Mango. I didn't check the drinks before I left, but they made me a Li Hing Pineapple instead of the Mango. I drank it, since we had already left and didn't feel like going back. The Li Hing Pineapple turned out to be very good, better than the Mango Icy Bubble. Both drinks had huge chunks of fruit that were sitting on the bottom of the cup, because they couldn't fit through the straw. The drinks came in the cutest S7 bag. They also sell cheap little items as with all of their stores.

What a hidden gem tucked away in the plaza! I didn't know this establishment existed until I was actively searching for a new boba place to try on Yelp and somehow stumbled upon this place. This shop clearly knows how to cater to my love for cute things! The shop interior is very colorful and welcoming. I also can't get over the chibi baristas that adorn their windows and cup holders. What intrigued me the most about this place, however, was their unique menu. They had flavors that weren't available in other milk tea shops. We ordered the Acai Milk Tea ($4.75) and this purple taro milk tea drink (I can't seem to remember the name of it, but its the one with sesame, nuts, and cereal!!!). Both drinks were very delicious! The Acai Milk Tea shined because of the strong tea flavor that was present from the moment the milk tea hits your tongue. The nutty flavor from the purple milk tea was also TO DIE FOR! I really appreciated the creativity and how the flavors blended so unexpectedly well together. Not only did their drinks blow me away, but their service was really hit home run for me. I ordered another of the purple taro milk tea to-go for a friend and they packaged it so nicely! The milk tea had its own little container to keep it in place in the beautiful bag. They also made sure to place a packet of tissues adorned in those cute chibi characters. The employees here really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are well taken care of, and that we leave the establishment happy. The only complaint I have is that the music is a bit too loud for my liking. It's also important to note that their drinks are on the sweeter side so what may be a 75% elsewhere, should be reduced to 50% here. I haven't tried it yet, but this place also serves rolled icecream and other desserts. I will definitely come back here again to try those! 10/10 would recommend!

Their acai milk tea is my go to! Classic milk tea with boba & cheese foam! It's soooo gooood! They put my drinks in a cooler bag which was awesome because it was hot today and it kept the drinks nice and cold with no sweats until I reached my destination! Also gave my free playing cards and some tissues! Customer service is nice and they have all kine stuff to look at while waiting for your order. Definitely coming back whenever I'm craving boba.

Be wary of participating in deceptive advertised promotions as business does not honor promotions they advertise in-store. Disappointed at the lack of customer services, dishonesty and non-responsiveness. Participated in the summer $45 promo card which comes with a free drink a day and after the month ends, the promotion includes $50 credit to use at the store after submission of a review. I participated in two months of this promotion. After the first month the staff gave me an email to send my review to receive to which I did send to given email address. After a week of not hearing back I resent the email. No response was ever given. I did follow-up with the female store manager who said they would follow-up (she was very nice and no longer works there as of September). I did go back and leave my contact information with staff to follow-up with management but have yet to receive any communication with the current store manager and/or management. To be fair, I do like the drinks, but I do not want to give my money to a company that does not respond and follow-up with a customer inquiries or honor advertised promotions. Everyone head down the street to support other asian boba drink places. There are many popping up and not far from this location.

Ugh... I really wished it could've been better but due to unforeseen circumstances it was pretty junks. Kind of doesn't make me wanna go back any time soon as it was disappointing. The last time I've been to this store had to have been more than a few years ago and I don't remember it being bad. I rolled in on a Thursday a few months ago around 1030am, opening time. I was eyeing the 'Lychee Blush' and 'Peach Glow' drinks advertised in the window. They looked super delicious. I went into the store and there was only one worker working. I asked about those drinks I mentioned. The worker said they were currently unavailable as the shop just opened. Oh no... *sad face* I asked about another tea drink and she said it would take like 30 minutes to make. She asked if I wanted to wait. So after learning that information I asked what teas were available now (with no wait)? She told me the 'Acai Milk Tea'. So then I asked if there was boba. Sadly... again she told me no, as there was no boba made yet. *heart breaking* She did mention there was rainbow jelly. So I chose that for my drink. And then I waited on the side. As I waited for my drink, I overheard her conversation on the phone. With who I'm assuming is the boss? It was in Mandarin. Something like "the worker that was scheduled for this morning did not show up". I'm assuming it was this person's job to open the shop and prep all the ingredients that were not made yet? That "it was a few days of no call no show for their scheduled shifts". So after learning about this, I understand the reason behind the lack of preparedness upon the opening of the store and the limited items available. And I understand what the poor worker had to deal with. As after I ordered a bunch of people rolled in to order drinks. It's not easy having to walk into a situation like that without proper coverage and support. When I got my drink and sampled it, I realized it was mochi and not rainbow jelly... *sigh* Overall it was sort of a sad and disappointing experience. I don't blame the worker. But as a company there needs to be better management to prevent situations like this for their workers. Shift coverage is important. So is brand representation.

Icy bubble sure made a name for themselves. I remember going to the icy bubble in Pearl City years ago. One of my favorite things to get is their afternoon delight and sunrise surprise. Depending on the mood, I'll get one or the other. Today, I decided to get the banana Nutella smoothie. I love Nutella and it taste just like their ice cream rolls that they made before. My favorite part is the Nutella walls they add. It's a nice touch and brings out the Nutella taste. One of my favorite things about icy is their random items for sale. From toys, to kitchen items, cords, and so much more. Also, the price is a bargain! Honestly every thankful for icy and their business!

Here is my honest review: S7-Icy Bubble @ 555 N King St is located where Jollibee is (that area). It's not that noticeable [Maybe some kind of neon lighting would help? But that might be costly] Inside: They sell some inexpensive merchandises but not all were of my interest. I took pictures of the ones that might be ok to buy. Other than that I suggest limiting the inventory to make the shop look more spacious. It would be nice if there were tables and chairs instead (with Wi-Fi and background music [how's Kpop? ^^,] and that might attract more customers in my opinion. The menu has a good amount of selections and I tried Midnight Milk Tea w/ boba (100% sweet) and Wintermelon Milk Tea w/ lychee jelly minus the boba (100% sweet) as I have included on the pictures. If you don't like your drinks on the sweeter side, I recommend lowering it down to at least 75%. The drinks and toppings were not bad at all (I can't complain). I'm down to try other selections next time! Staff members were pleasant, so keep up the friendliness and have confident on your skills! All in all the improvements that I mentioned above must be implemented. Lesser merchandise would be better and also always keep them organized (you wouldn't want it looking like Walmart on a Black Friday sale). Anywho see you guys on the next business day! ;)

When I ordered this glass of watermelon juice, I found that the color was not as correct as before. I reported to the clerk that the watermelon juice was wrong, but they thought the milk covering fell off and told me it was okay, and when I drank it, it tasted sour, bitter, and numb! S7 is one of my daughter's favorite boba places. This location is in a rather sketch area, unfortunately, but the drinks are delicious! There's a large menu selection of drinks from milk teas, smoothies and non-dairy selections. Some drinks come with boba and the prices are hard to beat! They sell miscellaneous items, such as compact fans, pop sockets, pens, notebooks, etc. it's a cute store! A few of our favorites are the Aloha Taro (smoothie), Acai milk tea, midnight tea & mango smoothie. We got a cute lunch cooler bag with our drinks (assuming it's for drink orders that exceed 2 or 3+). The drinks are consistently great and the workers are nice. Can't quite go wrong when the results are on point and staff are friendly.

This was my first visit here and I am in love with this place already! I love bubble tea and little knick knacks. This place really delivered! I ordered the coffee smoothie with boba and regular sugar. It was so yummy!! Not over sweet. No aftertaste. Just perfect coffee taste and boba ratio was just right. Lots of cute finds here. From Sloth socks to headphones to puzzles! Lots of parking on a Saturday early afternoon. Same parking lot as Jollibee Chicken and Jiffy Lube.

This spot was okay. I'm really particular about boba consistency and again, their boba was okay. The drink selection was comparable to other places with fruity and sweet drinks. There are other things on the menu like shaved ice and ice cream rolls if you're into that stuff. read more

My gf got an Aloha Taro, which is a milk tea, and I got the DaBomb Matcha (also a milk tea). The matcha had a weird taste to it that I did not enjoy at all. My gf didn't like hers either so I gave her drink a try and I guess we're just not fans of real taro. I give them 2 stars for the packaging and presentation though. read more

There's no need to wait 60 MINUTES at freaking Hana tea down the street anymore! The milk tea here is seriously just as good! I tried the signature milk tea with boba, added cheese foam and it is SOOOO good. I was obsessed with Hana tea before the hype built up, but I just don't find the ONE HOUR wait worth it anymore. The menu here is a little confusing, most drinks are pre-made with their own combination of a milk tea/foam/toppings etc. But the worker was very open to allowing us to change up our own combination, which was very nice! I do not like my milk tea too sweet, so I tried the 50% which was perfect. I love how the milk tea had a strong tea flavor (which is what i look for) and most importantly.. the boba was perfectly cooked, super soft but still super chewy! I definitely plan to come back and try the Taro milk drink or the açaí milk tea! They also have rolled ice cream here too read more

Cute place that sells Asian knick knacks along with bubble tea. My wife likes their matcha teas and I usually get a fruity one. Other than reducing the amount of ice, we do not find their drinks to be too sweet at 100%. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Okay so we went in a few weeks ago. We went at night and there were no customers. When we walked in we never got greeted or asked if we needed help. It was our first time going and we originally went in because I saw on Yelp they had Crepe Cake and I've been craving for them. I ask the girl if they had and she said no. So I was confused and I just looked at the menu to what else they had and while so I jumped onto yelp to double check if I was at the right place and I was. So I presumed to ask again if they have crepe cake. The girl tells me no. So I showed it to her and she said yes we don't have. I mean like damn tell me you ran out not a flat out no because if you tell me no I'm gonna assume you don't carry it at all. Moving forward we order the ice cream rolls. As we sat to watch them make it the guy who's making it he smells the cup mixture and idk what he's saying because it's a foreign language. Another employee smells it. They continue to use the mixture. Once that one was done they make our second order and AGAIN they are straight smelling the mix. At this point here I'm thinking okay maybe the milk is bad but yet their going to give it us. So I ask the girl and she goes in about jasmine tea being mixed in and how it might be a couple of days old and that's why they have that smell. I'm already annoyed and don't even want my order. Who wants to eat days old mix. Like WTH!?! Overall she made us a new mix but after the fact that I'm annoyed and them taking way too damn long to make it because they are too busy leaning on the equipment and talking. She gave us a gift card but we'll NEVER go back there EVER AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR A COMPANY THATS STILL NEW!!! read more

Service was great! I love that the employees are very approachable and helpful ! I'm a boba-fanatic so for course I had to try this place out! The cups are cute, similar to the ones at Hana tea. I think design definitely attracts more attention haha. And the boba was nice and soft and warm and chewy! Although...My milk tea was kinda on the warm side too.. I expect my milk tea to be cold when I drink it, not warm. There wasn't Enough ice in my drink.. so it was only really cold when i was almost done and the ice I had left had only a small amount of milk tea to make cold. Just more ice next time and my drink would've been perfect! They have a bathroom too and it's CLEAN which is a plus haha. Parking kinda sucks when it's busy.. but I had no idea there was a lower parking garage as well and there was a lot of parking there ! I love that there's board games and it's fairly new so no missing pieces comfortable seats to sit and hang out! read more

This place is easily one of my most favorite bubble tea places. The stores are incredibly adorable (along with Togo packaging) and be never seen such cute packaging for a bubble tea place. My favorite drink is the midnight tea. If you have never tried milk tea with cheese foam- you should give it a chance because it is delicious. It adds a creamy-ness to it without making it overly sweet read more

I come here to study with my friends a few times and I am surprised by how empty this place is for most of the day. Maybe it's because of its location (in the blueish gray building next to jollibee on Dillingham). The drinks here are really good... especially their fruit drinks! The store is really clean, cute, and aesthetic, there are a lot of tables for students to study. Definitely worth 5 stars! read more

Great customer srvc.. since it jus opened up its rarely bizzy but hey! They open til 10pm so why not very convenient if you live in the area. Or frequent American savings next door. And the wait time from when you order til when your drink arrive isn't that long and the BOBA.. aren't hard like some places. Give it a try! read more

June 2019. They have the five star coupon program. No military discount. Tad bit of a wait for the drinks. Nice environment, fun to watch them make their ice cream dessert. We got 2 boba drinks, because the Hana line down the street was really long. However, the day after this, we did try the Hana drinks and I have to say, wow, S7 was the BEST! I got milktea boba and my parnter got tea with boba. We loved both! It was worth it! I don't like when the cups are put inside each other, I think if you're taking money and touching cups and then putting them inside one another, germs are definitely passed. The bathroom was 4 out of 10 clean. But, grateful they had a restroom we could use, as most places don't have one for you to use. I would go back for boba again! Yummy! read more

I was super excited to try this place mainly because I LOVE boba and I always compare between other boba companies. I got the Honeydew Milk Tea and when I tried it, it tasted really different than all other honeydew milk teas I've tried in the past. I think the ratio of Tea and flavoring was different and it was also authentic milk tea (as my sister said). If you're deeply into milk tea then I suggest Icy Bubble but if you've only had places like Tea Time or Taste Tea and really love their style of boba, BE OPEN TO TRYING ICY BUBBLE but don't expect it to taste similar. read more

i tried their strawberry green tea without cheese, it tasted so good. This is the best bubble tea store I have ever tried so far. I highly recommend the strawberry green tea with 50 percent sugar. It won't make you regretted or disappointed. read more

It is my second time visiting S7-icybubble, first time visiting was not as bad as today, but terrible customer service. I walked in and the two girls was sitting there staring at me for about 5 seconds long and when they walked to take my order they were chatting in Chinese with a super high volume, I couldn't understand what they were saying but slightly felt like they were chatting about me. They also spoke to me with a supper irritated tone. UGH super annoying experience. read more

This is my favourite shop. I like the Chinese girl called Juno who was so nice to us. She recommended the taro milk with 25%sugar and no ice for my daughter. I also liked Dan huangsu. I will go there again. Thank you. read more

I came in 20 minutes after closing by accident but they still gladly took my order! The two girls were extremely sweet and the service is great. I come to this S7 location often and every single time my drinks are so good! They also sell a lot of cute things like phone cases, chargers, toys ect. for cheap but I have bought many things (too many according to my boyfriend hehe) and all of them work great! read more

We entered the store at approximately 9;45pm looking for some ice cream. There were three people, two in the front area, one in the back. We stood there for over two minutes and no one even greeted us and/or even noticed we were there. We walked out and we don't think they even noticed. I've been to S7 multiple times but this time I feel really disappointed. The workers that I recognize are no longer there and the new workers just feel super unprofessional. First of all, I had to repeat my order three times when ordering. The cashier attempted to take my order along with answering the phone. I guess they were busy, good for them. Secondly, my girlfriend ordered the acai drink first way before me but never got her drink. My guy friend who ordered last (ordered the same drink as my girlfriend) got his drink first. The workers forgot about my girlfriend and my order and proceeded to play cards with their friends/customers. The customers (or friends) there continue to hog the tables and they didn't even order any drinks, mind you I was on crutches, they didn't even offer a chair. I guess in the end they tried to compensate by giving just my girlfriend a gift card, but not me. I'm not saying I need one but we were different orders, so... they don't even know what orders they didn't do, just unprofessional will never go back. read more

I love this place! However, I am giving it three stars because you have no decaffeinated drinks. I would come here more often if you had decaf tea with the açaí milk tea I always buy. The customer service is really amazing ! I am having vacation here with families, I ordered the Aloha Taro and SunRise orange juice for my kids! The taste was so good. The sunrise was make with really orange slides.really fresh and health:) The price is reasonable too and the taste is incomparable compared to other bubble store in the island. read more

Watching the staff put it together is like a bartender magic using 100% pure hand-crafted Hawaiian ginger is exactly something we both need as we both came straight from a long day at work the exhaust we both have was strengthen by this amazing sip we both inhaled...not before we cheers to ourselves lol! The vibe the staff exhume is just incredible so happy, friendly and willing for us to get that pic we really wanted as these drinks are just almost too stunning to sip. You can also find them at the KCC market on Saturday and Thursday nights in Kailua you must give this cool place a try! Thank you!

Seating is limited so it may be difficult to find seating especially during high traffic meal times. May have better luck finding seating outside. I've been here multiple times for lunch and had multiple different items. The acai bowl are good. I like getting the Nalu salad which is always a decent serving and tastes fresh. The sandwiches are also pretty tasty. My main issue is the service. I'm not sure if part of their training is to ignore the customer as much as possible because that has been my experience on multiple occasions. The most recent visit, I had ordered online and was going to pick up m food for takeout. There were three workers at the front just talking. I walked to the counter and was ignored. I could see where the orders are placed and didn't see anything there so figured my order wasn't ready yet. I stood on the side for at least 5 minutes without any greeting or acknowledgement. Not a single person made eye contact with me. When I saw an order placed on the back counter one of them grabbed it and placed it on the takeout counter without calling out the name and went back to chatting. I had to actively try to get their attention at which point I was looked at like I was bothering them. Asked if my order was ready and was handed it without any further interaction. I don't expect happy go lucky people and conversation but at least basic customer service.

S7 Icy Bubble Yelp Review Today, I had a really bad experience with the drinks from S7 Icy Bubble. Here's what I ordered and what I thought about each one: 1. Lychee Blush Smoothie: This drink tasted like perfume. It was so off that I couldn't drink more than a couple of sips. It was nasty. 2. Peach Glow: This one was also really bad. The flavor was awful and left a nasty aftertaste. I didn't enjoy it at all. 3.Li Hing Pineapple: I was hoping for a nice mix of Li Hing and pineapple, but all I could taste was Li Hing. There was no pineapple flavor at all, which was disappointing. 4. Li Hing Mango: This was the worst drink. It tasted like rotten mango, which was gross and made me feel sick. Overall, my experience with S7 Icy Bubble was terrible. The drinks were not just bad, they were almost undrinkable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more
