This was my first time at this location. I've been to their pearl city location twice. This location isn't as cute and fun as their pearl city location, and it is much smaller, but it's still cute. There was a girl out front offering sample drinks to people. I think that's nice to provide samples because people who aren't too familiar with bubble tea or just tea drinks in general might not know what to expect. I ordered the strawberry cloud. It comes with cheese foam, lychee jelly and fresh strawberries. I usually don't add any sweetness to my drinks but the staff recommended I add 50% sweetness or it would taste sour. I listened to their recommendation and it was actually quite good! It wasn't too sweet or sour. The cheese foam was thick (how I like it) and the strawberries and the lychee jelly complimented the tea well. I must say that this drink tasted much better than their pearl city location. The last 2 times I ordered from their pearl city spot the cheese foam was very loose and didn't have much of a cheese flavor. They refer to their cheese cap as a cloud. I really enjoyed my drink. They have a wide variety of drinks from milk tea, smoothies, and fruity tea drinks. One day my friends and I got to meet the owner and he was super chill and let us try out two drinks in a addition to what we bought. I also noticed that on their menu and on their cups they have many misspellings so it was quite an adventure to figure out what drink I wanted. This place has barely been open two months and has already found itself quite popular. As a result, the parking in an area already known for difficult parking is terrible. You can waste time circling for parking upstairs - or just go immediately underground and then walk up a short staircase to find the place. The lines continue as you enter the establishment and the finest of top forty blares over the noisy crowd. Don't expect to find a quick and cool drink here right after school lets out. S7 is trying very hard to be grindingly too-cute, from the winged cups to the faux bad English written on everything. The staff are fluent enough to know that they are intentionally playing games with the English language for fun. But you don't go to a bubble tea place for the decor, right? Then again, maybe you do? The staff take their art VERY SERIOUSLY, and their drink and dessert manufacture is as much display as consumption. They're an enthusiastic crew, and the sweet confections are instagrammable. That said, the drinks are packaged in amazingly environmentally unfriendly cups with more plastic than my last Nalgene bottle. They say that you can recycle them, and I hope that people do so. I'm going to feel guilty unless I reuse mine. At least the ingredients they use are fresh, with good flavor and you can ask for as much or as little artificial sweetener as you would like. Came around 3:30pm on 05/14 (Today) The pearl city location is my go to but unfortunately they're closed at the moment so I went here instead. For one the worker was SO rude. She had no sense of customer service whatsoever, or manners for that matter. I waited almost 30 minutes for my drinks and was super disappointed. Again, I went to the pearl city location two-four times a week and the kapahulu location anytime I was on that side. I'm not sure if this location is owned by someone else? but it tasted SO different from it's other locations. I got a midnight tea and a classic creamy milk tea and honestly there was no difference. The milk tea itself had like a flowery taste, almost like a jasmine milk tea. and the brulee on top tasted way too burnt, I felt like I was eating charcoal. The matcha smoothie and milk tea I got was also really off. The matcha wasn't even blended or dispersed all the way through. and the boba tasted so old. I ordered via bite squad the Ube smoothie with rainbow mochi. Unrelated but the bite squad delivery was extremely quick. The smoothie was packaged in this very high end thick card stock paper bag with satin like rope handles. I was shocked how elegant the packaging was. The smoothie was then enclosed in a gift box like package. It wasn't like typical sealed boba cups it had a lid and a plastic stopper on the tip where the straw would be inserted. There was also an air pressure hole on the lid to help if you were trying to drink it in a hurry. The flavor was amazing! It had a great consistency, no chunks of ice what so ever. The mochi was kind of all lumped together at the bottom but it too was soft and tasty. I will definitely be reordering from this spot and look forward to trying their other items. read more

Our workplace likes to order as a group and S-7 is very accommodating in quick delivery with labels on the cups that make it easy to distribute the drinks. The drinks are on the sweet side, which many locals like, so be aware if you don't like your drinks sweet. I had the Signature Milk Tea at 50% and it compared to a 75% I've had at other places. A friend had the Strawberry Smoothie which she thoroughly enjoyed. She described it as a strawberry smoothie with a creamy flavor. Shout out to Tian, who helped us when there was a tiny mistake in one of our drinks. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We definitely recommend S-7, especially if you need delivery, you can avoid the fees that come with those delivery services. read more

This place just opened recently in Kalihi. I ordered their Milk Tea( Açaí and Nice Uncle) I got 75% sweet for Açaí but it was too sweet considering there's cheese in it. The nice uncle was better in my opinion with 50% sweetness but the red beans made it a little odd because it didn't go well with the mixture of boba and pudding. The lady who process the order was very helpful. That vibe when you know that they are taking the time to explain their drinks instead of rushing you to make a decision. The size is pretty good considering it is less than $5. This is just merely my personal opinion. I think the drinks are way too sweet than I expected. The workers here are so sweet! I was working a shift at Bite Squad (picking up a customer's order) and while waiting, one of the workers handed me a Boba drink! This literally made my day!
