We've been trying to try all the boba places and this one finally happened. My kiddos tried the cookies and cream shake with boba (the shakes were the only options for non caffeinated drinks). They loved it, Leo said it was the best boba place he's tried so far.. although they should've gotten the small. Luna couldn't finish hers. They opted for the medium size and that was $10! I tried their #1 brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was really good but I'd try something different next time. The shop itself was tiny with a small bench for sitting which I thought was great. I loved the aesthetics with the huge chalk boards BUT I docked a star because it was so damn hot in there! Idk if it's always like that or if their AC was broken but I felt sorry for the worker there, it was HOT! I had to wait outside because I needed air. In Kam Shopping Center, Infinitea is a pretty small boba shop. The space inside is pretty clean with limited seating. The drinks are made pretty quickly. The menu has a good amount of options. The drinks are a bit pricey and the size of the drinks is a bit small. The picture is a bit old but the drinks seem to still be about the same size. The thai tea I had was good and sweet though. It is hard to compete and pick a boba place to go to because there is a good variety of them on the island. Happy National Bubble Tea Day... I am all about tea though honestly not much of the boba...don't hate but it's the moderation to enjoy my favorite cup of Four Seasons, Spring, Oolong, Black, Green, Jasmine, Winter Melon though my favorites are Matcha gotta be real then followed by Hojicha, Genmaicha. They only have just a handful of these teas ordering is quite confusing and tricky here as their menu is quite bougie and not much of the fresh fruit type of sips that usually prefer and the prices are quite steep. No Milk Tea, Ice Teani, Milkshakes or Lemonades so it was the Premium or Signature which already are +$8 and noticed the Dragonberry pic on the window right beside the register and asked about it which got basically dragon fruit drink with tea...hmm! Ordered it and gave it a try...regular is 16oz and it looked nice and refreshing added boba of course since it is Bubble Tea Day, which was the perfect consistency not too hard had the right bite and was quite yummy...the drink on the other hand SWEEEEEEEEEET! Ordered it with the lowest sugar 25% but nothing can save this drink for me, and they do have a "promise" of satisfaction of the quality of your drink though not sure if it's that and if it can be fixed, sadly this isn't the place for me as it's the polar opposite but the staff can't be more friendly but the vibe in here is moderate, all clean and with a few seats is nice though not quite the place to hang out to spill the tea. A subpar experience. Tea and boba were just okay. We waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come back from getting inventory (per the sign). It felt strangely warm inside this take-out only spot on a mid-70s breezy day. The picture menu said they were out of thai tea, HK milk tea, and a few more. Our party ordered royal milk tea, jasmine milk tea (without boba but they forgot and put it in), matcha milk tea x2. The drinks were mediocre and on the watery side. Boba was just okay. I love milk tea but I probably won't come here again. This last visit was the third time I've been here since they opened and may be my last. Why? Read below. I ordered a large (L) Matcha Crumble Milk Tea for my husband and a monster (M) sized one for me. I believed I was charged incorrectly so I tried to be a Karen and brought it up, but was told that the Matcha Crumble Milk Tea is rung up as a smoothie. If that truly is the case, why was I charged the milk tea price for the large? It's the SAME exact drink; just different size. Doesn't make ANY sense to me. The updated inflation price wasn't on the board for the Milk Tea, so I checked the photos here on yelp for the most recent menu prices. Giving five stars for my second time trying. First time was their passion fruit and lychee tea, it tasted like sweet water ‍ I didn't want to leave a bad review at that time. 2nd time was today, I ordered their brown sugar milk tea and it was just perfect. It hit the sweet spot so I'm writing a review. This was ordered through DoorDash. Service was fast and drinks were carefully made. The boba was sweet and just the right amount of chewy. I'd recommend if you're craving for a sweet drink. No review for the ambiance as I haven't been here personally, but will try next time. Any time I'm craving milk tea, this is my place to go. Their menu isn't complicated at all, the price is decent, and the location is perfectly in a shopping center. If you like coconut and ube, then that is the drink to get. This time I got me the Royal Milk Tea with coffee jelly. I love their black milk tea, because you can still taste the tea flavor, and they don't drown it with too much milk. I also love their coffee jelly. I like how their jelly is firm and chewy. The coffee flavor is there too. So it makes for a great afternoon pick me up. The service here at Kams is good. It's mostly young folks working here, so usually when I come in they' don't automatically great the customers. But once they acknowledge you're there, they're great at getting the order down, making recommendations, and getting your order done quickly. It's small inside, and since the pandemic, there's no room or place to sit inside and hang out. So it's just take out right now. The menu is on a cute chalkboard style, so there's no like pictures of the different drinks too. But on the window, there are their popular drinks. If you open at 10, shouldn't boba be ready at 10? I came in at 10:20 and boba wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. 2. I wish the FOH would be more presentable and stop being used for storage. I get "the blip" stopped people from hanging out, but maybe it's time you brought back the tables and put your boxes in the back not in view of customers. I would love to study or do work here! What we got: - Oreo milk tea w/ boba and egg pudding: so nice, I got it twice! Infinites makes boba CORRECTLY. Not too soft, not too chewy. And sweetened with brown sugar syrup. The boba alone, makes them my fave place as most places on island either overcook the boba and/or don't sweeten the boba in honey or brown sugar. The egg pudding is also made to perfection, perfectly cubes into straw friendly pieces. I opted for 50% sweet and it was PERFECT with the Oreo pieces. I loved how you can also taste the flavor of the tea, rather than just sugar. - Pineapple passion smoothie: my boyfriend loved this. Refreshing beverages at the Kamehameha Shopping Center! My car thermometer registered 91 degrees. Outside, it's actually just 82 because of the Hawaiian Trade Winds. Anyway, it was a warm August day in Honolulu! I searched my Yelp app for a solution...she said, "Try this new boba place in Kamehameha Shopping Center in Kalihi!" So glad I did! I had been to the original location on Sheridan Street...ummm...not the best parking. The second location is far away in Kapolei. This third store is the best for me because it's the closest to my house and has free, covered parking! Located between Starbucks and McDonald's, the entrance for Infinitea Cafe 3 is facing the side street. Inside, the shop has a hipster vibe as all seats were filled with students enjoying their drinks and the free WiFi. The posters outside of the Dragonberry and Ube-In-(heart) drinks drew me in. I got both... and a Bubbly Unicorn. The Dragonberry has a nice strawberry essence. The Ube-In-(heart) is a coconut smoothie with ube ice cream and coconut gel! The Bubbly Unicorn tasted like a happy pastel Rainbow cotton candy! I liked them all! I had a great experience here and will get a fruit tea next time! I would give them a 5 star if I didn't think they were a bit pricey. I mean the drinks are great and I especially love the coffee crunch. They now have a monster size as well which is like almost $10 for the coffee crunch drink I like. The other negative is the paper straws. My friends one bent in half when he tried to stab it through the plastic lid. The straw also barely lasts long enough fro you to drink the drink before it falls apart. Nice and cozy little bubble tea shop. Located on the corner next to McDonald's in the busy Kam Shopping Center in Kalihi. This little cafe is nice arranged and decorated, it is small but offers quite a bit of seating. This place can get busy with school kids before and after school, but if you come during school hours or a few hours after school ends, you'll find the cafe empty and quiet. Infinitea is a milk tea chain that generally stayed on the west side of Oahu, mostly located in Ewa Beach and Kapolei, only recently I see Infinitea popping in Honolulu. I and my friend decided to split the large Royal Milk Tea w/ Regular boba and 755 sweetness ($5.24). They have 3 sizes, regular (16oz), large (25oz), and jumbo (34oz). Their tea is the type of tea you expect from a mediocre/slightly-below-average milk tea chain because they need to standardize their tea. The tea was watery, there was a little tea flavor but you mostly taste the water in the milk tea. The boba was chewy, if you like chewy then you would like the boba a lot. I personally don't really like chewy boba because it's harder to digest. I won't take any point off because it's chewy but I'm going to take points off because the boba lacked any flavor, usually they add a little sugar to make it sweet. This particular location is located in Kamehameha shopping center, so there is a lot of parking. There aren't any restrooms in the shop itself I believe. The location is on the smaller side. If you had more than 10 customer inside at once, you would feel pretty cramp inside. They also have board games for you to use. The location is also really clean and the staff is nice. Milk Tea is only a small part of what they do. Infinitea has 5 types of drinks, Milk Tea, Ice Teani, Milkshakes, Premium, Signatures, and Lemonades. The Milk Tea is pretty standard, nothing special. I would, however, try their types of drinks if I decide to come back. I'm still on the fence about coming back, more likely than not I won't be coming back. read more

This place is extremely pricey for boba. A large signature drink is $7.30 with tax plus .50 for boba. I got the Coffee Crunch (Signature) with mini boba and Antioxidant (Premium) with lychee jelly. The coffee crunch is very thick like a milkshake, but good. The coffee flavor is extremely strong, so if you're a coffee lover, this is your drink. The Antioxidant wasn't very flavorful and the lychee jelly that was recommended completely overpowered the drink. It was okay, but very overpriced for a boba drink. read more
