In Kam Shopping Center, Infinitea is a pretty small boba shop. The space inside is pretty clean with limited seating. The drinks are made pretty quickly. The menu has a good amount of options. The drinks are a bit pricey and the size of the drinks is a bit small. The picture is a bit old but the drinks seem to still be about the same size. The thai tea I had was good and sweet though. It is hard to compete and pick a boba place to go to because there is a good variety of them on the island. Infinitea is worth a try though, if there is anyone looking for another place to try!

Happy National Bubble Tea Day... I am all about tea though honestly not much of the boba...don't hate but it's the moderation to enjoy my favorite cup of Four Seasons, Spring, Oolong, Black, Green, Jasmine, Winter Melon though my favorites are Matcha gotta be real then followed by Hojicha, Genmaicha. They only have just a handful of these teas ordering is quite confusing and tricky here as their menu is quite bougie and not much of the fresh fruit type of sips that usually prefer and the prices are quite steep. No Milk Tea, Ice Teani, Milkshakes or Lemonades so it was the Premium or Signature which already are +$8 and noticed the Dragonberry pic on the window right beside the register and asked about it which got basically dragon fruit drink with tea...hmm! Ordered it and gave it a try...regular is 16oz and it looked nice and refreshing added boba of course since it is Bubble Tea Day, which was the perfect consistency not too hard had the right bite and was quite yummy...the drink on the other hand SWEEEEEEEEEET! Ordered it with the lowest sugar 25% but nothing can save this drink for me, and they do have a "promise" of satisfaction of the quality of your drink though not sure if it's that and if it can be fixed, sadly this isn't the place for me as it's the polar opposite but the staff can't be more friendly but the vibe in here is moderate, all clean and with a few seats is nice though not quite the place to hang out to spill the tea. Thank you!

I love milk tea but I probably won't come here again. This last visit was the third time I've been here since they opened and may be my last. Why? Read below. I ordered a large (L) Matcha Crumble Milk Tea for my husband and a monster (M) sized one for me. I believed I was charged incorrectly so I tried to be a Karen and brought it up, but was told that the Matcha Crumble Milk Tea is rung up as a smoothie. If that truly is the case, why was I charged the milk tea price for the large? It's the SAME exact drink; just different size. Doesn't make ANY sense to me. The updated inflation price wasn't on the board for the Milk Tea, so I checked the photos here on yelp for the most recent menu prices. This is what I saw on the newest uploaded one: Matcha Crumble Milk Tea: L $6.50 M $11.75 Matcha Crumble Smoothie: L $10.20 M $17.60 As mentioned earlier, I ordered a L and M Milk Tea + added boba to both ($0.50 additional per drink) Large Milk Tea $6.50 Monster Milk Tea $11.75 Toppings x2 $1.00 ---------------------- Subtotal $19.25 HI 4.712% $0.91 ---------------------- Total $20.16 So shouldn't my total be $20.16 ... or $22.16 w/my small tip? Haha I actually did the math (got way too much time on my hands) My drink should've been $5.85 cheaper. I overpaid. I posted a photo of my receipt for proof. Another reason why I wouldn't go back is because it frickin' messed me up. I drank less than a quarter of it and started to feel nauseated. I had the runs and I know it's not from something I ate within the last day. My husband finished his drink within minutes, while we were there, and the nausea & runs hit him a half hour later. He's okay now. I'm feeling pretty crappy as I'm writing this review. I have the bubble guts. My stomach is still churning. I want this to go away. I'm caffeine-sensitive and I do understand that caffeine is a diuretic. Besides having diarrhea, I feel jittery. Matcha normally doesn't affect me like this but again this is milk tea. I've been able to drink matcha milk tea from other places without feeling like this, so this is definitely not the tea for me. This is too strong. Not for the weak. I wish I had more positivi-tea to share but this experience brought on the opposite. On a positive note, I love that they put less ice.

Giving five stars for my second time trying. First time was their passion fruit and lychee tea, it tasted like sweet water ‍ I didn't want to leave a bad review at that time. 2nd time was today, I ordered their brown sugar milk tea and it was just perfect. It hit the sweet spot so I'm writing a review. This was ordered through DoorDash. Service was fast and drinks were carefully made. The boba was sweet and just the right amount of chewy. I'd recommend if you're craving for a sweet drink. No review for the ambiance as I haven't been here personally, but will try next time. All in all, will definitely order again when I need a milk tea fix at work.

    Not sealed at all!

I came here since it was late and there weren't any other boba places open. This was my first time here so I wasn't too sure what was good. I decided on the Ume tea and when I ordered it, the worker looked at me confused and said "in hawaii we say Li Hi Mui". I was confused and I told her the menu says "Ume tea" but she just ignored it. The drinks here are quite pricey for the quality and quantity. I got my drink and headed to the car and it almost spilled because the lid wasn't sealed on. For the quality, price, and experience, I'd say go somewhere else.

Any time I'm craving milk tea, this is my place to go. Their menu isn't complicated at all, the price is decent, and the location is perfectly in a shopping center. I have enjoyed their teas here since I tried their at their other location by Keaumoku before. The Ube in Love was the first I've tried, and it was amazing. If you like coconut and ube, then that is the drink to get. This time I got me the Royal Milk Tea with coffee jelly. I love their black milk tea, because you can still taste the tea flavor, and they don't drown it with too much milk. I also love their coffee jelly. I like how their jelly is firm and chewy. The coffee flavor is there too. So it makes for a great afternoon pick me up. The service here at Kams is good. It's mostly young folks working here, so usually when I come in they' don't automatically great the customers. But once they acknowledge you're there, they're great at getting the order down, making recommendations, and getting your order done quickly. It's small inside, and since the pandemic, there's no room or place to sit inside and hang out. So it's just take out right now. The menu is on a cute chalkboard style, so there's no like pictures of the different drinks too. But on the window, there are their popular drinks. It's great here, and I would recommend this place!

I think I just found my fave boba place on island! Im originally from the Bay Area, where the abundance and over saturation of boba shops of all shapes and sizes are. I also used to own a boba shop back in the day, so I understand how competitive it can be to source ingredients and keep up with a creative and noque menu that separates you from the rest. We originally doordashed from this place one lazy night and were pleasantly surprised by the goodness of our drink. Fast forward to 3 days later.. we decided to check out the place in person. Located in Kam shopping center, on the corner next to McDonald's-- this place is a bit camouflaged in the plaza and I can't believe we've missed it every other time we came to the plaza. What we got: - Oreo milk tea w/ boba and egg pudding: so nice, I got it twice! Infinites makes boba CORRECTLY. Not too soft, not too chewy. And sweetened with brown sugar syrup. The boba alone, makes them my fave place as most places on island either overcook the boba and/or don't sweeten the boba in honey or brown sugar. The egg pudding is also made to perfection, perfectly cubes into straw friendly pieces. I opted for 50% sweet and it was PERFECT with the Oreo pieces. I loved how you can also taste the flavor of the tea, rather than just sugar. - Pineapple passion smoothie: my boyfriend loved this. Not too sweet, perfectly tangy. - Blue Sky (bubble gum smoothie with vanilla ice cream): my boyfriend ordered this on the 2nd visit. He's a lover of bubble gum/cotton Candy/ cake icing flavors so I joking called it out when we were looking at the menu in store. To my surprise, he actually ordered it and I must say... it was pretty damn good. Overall, this place has my heart (and $$). Their tea quality and boba quality are by far the best I've had on island!

    Katherine N.

Yikes prices really sky rocketed. Got two drinks and came out to $21.25! At other boba shops, I could've gotten 3-4 drinks for that price. One was a small smoothie and and the other was an extra large plantation. Thought I would save money for getting the smoothie in the smallest size, but nope! And usually a plantation is only $4-$6 at other tea places. The plantation here was $12...

Quench your thirst with a refreshing Infinitea drink! I haven't been to this location before but visited on a whim during lunch hour. It's a small space so they only allow 2 people in at a time. If you're in the mood for something fruity, definitely try their strawberry lihing or lychee tea with some added jelly or bursting boba! I haven't tried their milk tea yet -- crossing my fingers they have non-dairy options. My only (very minor) issue with this location is that the menu is written beautifully on what looks like a chalkboard. While very aesthetically pleasing, it's a bit hard to take all in at once so unless you already know what you want to order, you might end up staring at the menu for a solid 3 minutes like I did today.

    Taro Milktea
    Khierstin G.

Super thrilled to find out that there's an Infinitea near me instead of going all the way to MCBH. Boba was much needed on a Sunday afternoon after a day of cleaning lol. I couldn't decide what to order so I stuck with my usual; which is the taro milk tea. My husband ordered the coffee crunch for the first time and I think I'll be choosing that from now on too!

    2/3 cup filled with ice
    Kathryn L.

Make sure to say you want less ice when you order. I usually do at boba places, but I forgot at Infinitea. I got a regular size Royal Milk Tea with boba and there was so much ice that I was 3/4 done with my drink before I even left the parking lot! That's ridiculous and so disappointing. $5.60 for literally 8 sips (yes, I counted). To their credit, their teas taste good. But unless the amount of ice today was a fluke, they're really ripping you off on quantity. The amount of tea that was actually in my cup was probably less than half without the ice, which is worse than any other boba place I've been to at "full ice."

Black Tea Milk Team ($4.50), Fruit Machine ($5.95), and Jasmine Milk Tea ($4.50) - refreshing!

=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE Decent drinks and service make the only choice for bubble tea at the Kamehameha Schopping Center a great choice! === 2. FOOD Jasmine Milk Tea (Large is $4.50 + $0.50 per topping): smooth and nice! Black Tea Milk Tea (same price): equally nice. Fruit Machine ($5.95 + $0.50 per topping): taro, orange, mango, pineapple, and condensed milk...are best done with 0% sweetness because it's so sweet on its own with that all of that fruit. === 3. SERVICE It's just takeout service and overall, it was good - even with an incorrect drink being made, the staff found such right away and made it all right by us! === 4. ATMOSPHERE With the pandemic, there is no dine-in option; however, it looks like there are normally a number of bar-style seats if you wanted to enjoy your drink in-house. Wheelchairs and strollers can make it in the shop easily and parking is as available as it gets in the Kamehameha Shopping Center lot!

Losing your cherry in front of your colleagues who you see 5x a week…read more Scandalous? That's exactly what happened. I've been wanting to try Neko Koneko (NK) for YEARS. It's not too far from my home and drive past here almost daily. Previous attempts failed as I was unable to secure parking. My day finally came earlier this week when a colleague sent a message in our office chat asking if anyone wanted anything from NK. Originally started in October 2021 in Mililani, NK relocated to Liliha, across of longtime Yagura Restaurant in September 2023. NK, which literally means "cat kitten", is known for their signature bottled drinks of lattes and cold brews, offers baked goods and limited food options. They also sell merch and offer online ordering. Prior to arriving, I asked my colleagues on their recommendation where their cold brews and lattes are notable. I had placed my order with the staff where she offered me samples. There was a line of about 4 people behind me in this cozy shop and felt bad for holding up the line but the staff once again offered me samples which I eventually accepted. Thank goodness I sampled my initial selection as I found the Hojicha latte cold brew muddled and lacked the roasted tea flavor I was hoping for. I ended up getting the matcha latte cold brew, ube latte cold brew and the strawberry milk, a personal favorite drink of mine when I lived in Japan many blue moons ago. While the staff was gathering my bottles, I noticed their baked goodies and couldn't pass on the marbled matcha loaf. My family really enjoyed the drinks and I devoured the sliced loaf. So moist with a distinct matcha favor that I enjoy. I really loved the ambiance here as it had cute decor with small plants and several tables for indoor dining. Had a handful of patrons sitting down while eating and sipping on their drinks. The customer service on my first visit was amazing. So attentive and customer service oriented. However. parking had been an issue for me as Liliha St is a busy one with some metered parking. Overall, an excellent first experience and clearly a fan of NK. I've noted to try their toasted coconut lattes cold brew that many of my colleagues rave over, as well as try other offerings, including baked goods, affogato, and kimchi fried rice.

Bummer I didn't get a pic... it didn't last long! Parking: Street parking is available but can be limited; there's also a paid lot nearby. Location: Downtown Honolulu - convenient for a quick stop or a relaxed breakfast.

When we want the latter, we gravitate to Bread House on Maunakea Street. They offer a variety of pastries, some of Asian orientation like red bean buns, char siu bao, and more standard offerings like doughnuts, bread, and rolls. They offer some interesting savory pastries, including an onion roll, which is a light roll with pieces of onion and mayonnaise, some with hot dog or sausage incorporated into the roll, and some strange (to me) rolls with corn and tuna. They sometimes offer blueberry cream cheese scones ... These are delicious, but I haven't seen them offered in a while. My favorites include the onion roll and the chicken curry doughnut. The person running the register could be friendlier, and you need to ask for a bag, otherwise you'll be carrying individual bags of pastries back to your office. I'll give them a 4+ rating for their pastries and a 2.5 for their "friendly" service.

The beans they use tastes nutty and chocolaty, very different from other coffee places I've tried. I can see Drip is passionate in what they do and they were very friendly and shared their knowledge of what they know.

With their menu now having a seasonal rotations I am constantly in for a delightful surprise. I was last there during the Christmas Menu. My favorite sandwich there is hands down the Smoked Salmon but that Roast Beef Crostini was fantastic. As it was Christmas I was there when everything had the cutest Christmas Trees. Even though the setting is really quite intimate and close and can at times get loud you do not really feel that when you're seated at your table. The staff is super attentive and great at making you feel welcomed. I definitely will be back in the near future!

The ordering process was easy thanks to their amazing staff. Their guidance from online ordering to communication over the phone and text, they made our event successful and memorable. There was 5 of us , with a moderate appetite. So, We went with two orders of the "Catering - Sandwiches TO GO" and one order of the "Catering - Scones TO GO". Then our choice of their teas: 1oz Sakura Cherry Rose and 1oz of their Cookies and Cream, which is great with milk and sugar btw. 1oz =at least 12 pours of the tea. If you want 2oz =24 pours of tea. The sandwiches were also delicious, a cute tiny bite of flavor. Which to this day I wish I ordered more since I'm more of a savory girlie. You can choose the sandwiches from their catering or seasonal menu and it comes in 4 pieces. We ordered: Sandwich flavors 24 pieces 1 Sweet egg salad (4) 1 Smoked Salmon with Dill Creme (4) 1 Nutella & Strawberry (4) 1 roasted veggies & hummus (4) 1 Crab & Cheese (4) 1 Cucumber & Avocado (4) My personal Favorites were the Smoked Salmon with Dill Crème and Roasted veggies & Hummus. The scones only available flavors were vanilla bean & earl grey and it also comes with potted cream and jam packed in a to-go cup. If you decide to host a little tea party with your girlfriends, I highly recommend trying them out.
