If you are a ginger ale fan, you've got to stop at this booth. Their ginger syrup must be the key to make such a refreshing ginger ale I've never tasted. The line maybe long, but they work diligently to get your drinks. I can't wait to go back!! Next time, I'll purchase ginger syrup from them!

I discovered their booth at the KCC Farmers Market. After a long run, I decided to stroll through. Everything looked good. But what stood out was the Thai ginger ale. Packed with squeezed calamansi limes and Thai basil leaves. This cooler was a quencher! My only complaint is, I wish they came in a super sized portion.

YELP 365 CHALLENGE 2014-(76/365) "Super Size It!!!" You can always guarantee there's going to be a line at Pacifikool. Made from local Hawaiian Ginger, their syrup is SO REFRESHINGLY GOOD, the lines get so crazy and if you're a big fan of ginger, their drinks may convince you to ditch the soda!!! The price point for drinks ain't bad at all, and it is much better for you then the high fructose corn syrup concoctions. All natural, no artificial colors or flavors either! Every time I come back home, I need to hit up the KCC Farmers Market to get my fix. Your best bet is to come early to avoid the crowds. My only issue with this place is they need to add a SUPER size because its that good! ALOHA!!! Shaka Meter: \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ 4

Pacifikool, a ginger business: Their Ginger Syrup has been my recent favorite shopping items. I liked to mix the Hawaiian Ginger Syrup with Lemonade and water. It tastes great and helps me from getting sea sick. I have been getting the syrup at WholeFood Kahala and Costco Hawaii Kai. Costco might not carry them regularly but their price is the best $13.00. WholeFood sells with $16.00. There is a tent at the Honolulu Farmer's Market but they don't carry the Syrup.

Their drinks are so delicious and the staff are really friendly. If they had a store I would definitely be a regular.

They make their own ginger syrup (which they also sell at their drink stand) from local ginger.

The only smoothie spot I will be going to from now on. Recently discovered Fancy Fresh Food Shop…read more(not even through social media) and I don't know what rock I've been living under my entire life lol. My bf and I got the reusable jars so we could come back for $7 refills. This smoothie is such a good deal, idk if you can find fresh fruit smoothies for this price anywhere else on the island. My first time here I got the strawberry lychee, which was super good!! If you want a less sweet option the passion fruit mango has more of a tang/tartness. We got lucky the first time we came (on a Sunday morning), as there was no line. The second time we came there was a wait of about 10 people in front of us!! I'm told that's pretty normal for this shop. While waiting in line the sweet owner handed out samples of the strawberry blueberry smoothie--also amazing and a combination I probably wouldn't have ordered on my own. The strawberry guava and strawberry banana smoothies are also as you might guess SO good. 10/10 I will be coming back with my reusable jar soon!!

Menu selection is packed w/ all kine! You can even build your own. $7 for 24oz $10 for 32oz (refillable for $7) Parking is slightly tight and entrance is on S. Beretania right after the shop so drive slow to see it. Reverse parking recommended to make easy exit. Shop owner is a sweet lady! It's just her so be patient and kind. The wait is not long. They use real fruit for their smoothies, non of that fake syrup stuff, you can taste the difference. No sit down area, it's an order to go kinda spot. My faves so far: Freeze dried fruit packet $15, dragonfruit & strawberry smoothie $7. Definitely returning!

Nalu Health Bar & Café is such a solid spot, especially if you're looking for something fresh,…read morequick, and actually satisfying. Parking is super easy with the complimentary structure, and the café is located on the bottom floor alongside other vendors. One thing I immediately appreciated was how well air-conditioned the entire market is--it's nice and cool, which makes sitting and eating there really comfortable. The cashier recommended the turkey pesto croissant, but suggested swapping it onto ciabatta since it's one of her favorites--and I'm so glad I trusted her. It was phenomenal. The flavors were balanced, the bread held everything together perfectly, and it felt like a step above your typical sandwich. I also had what looked like a simple salad, but the vinaigrette and candied pistachios really elevated it and made it feel more thoughtful than expected. The staff across the board were friendly and welcoming, and there's plenty of seating--whether inside the café or out in the open market area. Honestly, the value surprised me the most. I paid under $13 for everything, which is hard to beat for the quality. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

Decent food but poor service…read more Nalu Health Bar & cafe is located in the south shore market at Ward on the ground floor. Seating is limited so it may be difficult to find seating especially during high traffic meal times. May have better luck finding seating outside. I've been here multiple times for lunch and had multiple different items. The acai bowl are good. I like getting the Nalu salad which is always a decent serving and tastes fresh. The sandwiches are also pretty tasty. My main issue is the service. I'm not sure if part of their training is to ignore the customer as much as possible because that has been my experience on multiple occasions. The most recent visit, I had ordered online and was going to pick up m food for takeout. There were three workers at the front just talking. I walked to the counter and was ignored. I could see where the orders are placed and didn't see anything there so figured my order wasn't ready yet. I stood on the side for at least 5 minutes without any greeting or acknowledgement. Not a single person made eye contact with me. When I saw an order placed on the back counter one of them grabbed it and placed it on the takeout counter without calling out the name and went back to chatting. I had to actively try to get their attention at which point I was looked at like I was bothering them. Asked if my order was ready and was handed it without any further interaction. I don't expect happy go lucky people and conversation but at least basic customer service.
