I go to the Pearlridge location a lot. It was my first time at the Kakaako Farmers Market. I knew that they would be there, so I bought my reusable mason jar. I just usually get it with calamansi. It was $10 for the refill with the jar. They do the stamp card at Pearlridge, but not at this location. The nice woman that usually helps me at Pearlridge was actually working at the farmers market today. It was nice to see her there. I didn't know that you could buy a cup of cut up sugarcane. The guy in front of me got a cup for $6. I love sugarcane juice. It was fantastic as usual.

Sugah Daddehs Kane Juice at the Kakaako Farmers Market is a must try for anyone seeking a refreshing drink on a hot sunny day at the market. The sugar cane juice is delightfully delicious and perfectly balanced. It's not too sweet making it an ideal thirst quencher. A recent favorite of ours is with dragonfruit, which adds an extra layer of sweetness and fruitiness to the juice. Highly recommended if you're looking for a refreshing drink at the market.

Such a refreshing drink for a hot day! I really enjoyed this because there was no added sugar and it was not overly sweet. The cane juice was very fresh and they made it right in front of you. Also ordered the dragon fruit version which tasted like the original cane juice flavor but with bits of dragon fruit inside. It's $12 for the drink inside of a mason jar and $7 for a regular cup.

I've always been intrigued and wanted to try sugar cane juice and this past Saturday I came across their booth at the Kakaako farmers market and I'm so glad my boyfriend and I decided to give them a try. They make it fresh to order right in front of you which was cool to watch. I'm just mad that I didn't try it earlier. Ill definitely be adding it to my list of must eats whenever I go to the market!

Great product delivered by genuine people! This is one of the best cane sugar drink I had! Definitely better than any Houston restaurants!

The juice in background is the sugah daddy special with pineapple strawberry and lemon !!!

Super late review -…read more I'm sad. I really wanted to love this place but I just couldn't. I don't want to be that person when this place has an overall rating of 4.5 but this is just my honest opinion. I got the blue dream and yes it was very ascetically pleasing, but it was just too icy. Before coming to this place i read a couple of reviews that also said the same thing and i didn't understand what that meant, but now I do. There are a lot of flavorless, just regular, small shards of ice in the bowl. On top of that, the moment I received my bowl, it was already borderline melted. So that got me thinking, how can it be melted and icy at the same time? The only explanation that I can think of is just ice additive/fillers. It's not pure cold acai or whatever is in the bowl you choose, but there's a mixture of ice in it too. Yes I understand, it's Waikiki, everything is more expensive, but the added topping prices on top of the already expensive bowl prices just don't make sense. You want a beautiful looking bowl with a lot of different toppings, yet some toppings can go up to 1 dollar PER topping. I don't know if I've just been spoiled by a couple places in SoCal, but at those places they have unlimited toppings and those bowls are the best that there is. I'm not bringing any bias from other locations, but this is just an honest review based on my experience today.

We happened to stumble across Fancy Fresh Food Shop, and I figured this was the perfect opportunity to switch things up a bit. WHAT I SWALLOWED: *AVOCADO SMOOTHIE: Ohhhh, this was DELICIOUS! So creamy, smooth, and absolutely hit the spot! And can we talk about the presentation?! It came in an actual GLASS JAR. How fancy is THAT?! LOL! I loved the little touch, although we quickly realized that bringing a glass jar home in our luggage wasn't exactly practical. So sadly, our fancy little jar stayed behind at the hotel. At least the smoothie made it into my belly, and that's what really matters! The smoothie was rich, creamy, and refreshing, and honestly, a nice change from our daily shaved ice routine. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE me some Hawaiian shaved ice, but sometimes a girl needs a little variety! Would definitely stop by again when that smoothie craving hits. Fancy jar or not, that avocado smoothie was it!

Smoothie places lately have been collaborating with famous influencers and adding skin care ingredients but this spot is keeping it simple. You pick which fruits you want or they have a few popular fruit combos on the menu. I got the reusable jar with the straw and lid, so that makes refills only $7 when you go back. That's the best smoothie deal you can get on island! The only thing is that parking can be tricky but they do have a small lot and there's street parking around.

Lunch in Honolulu, Hawaii…read more.. I drove past this familiar logo of HiBlend Health Bar & Cafe and had to stop by because it was in an unfamiliar location. This cafe used to be in the Samsung Plaza on Keeaumoku Street, but now it's on Kaheka Street, near Don Quijote. The address is King Street, but the entrance is on Kaheka Street. The menu is still healthy and has expanded. That's why I got the HI Burger. It was a local shortrib smashed beef patty with Jack cheese, tomato, bacon, and avocado on a brioche bun (from La Tour Bakery), topped with garlic aioli sauce... delicious! All ingredients are locally sourced (when possible)! Service was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Thanks for answering all of my questions! The only obstacle would be the parking. I sat inside (because it was air-conditioned) and I faced my car because I didn't feed the meter... LOL! I ate quickly because I was really hungry... and it was such a tasty, satisfying burger! Note: there are only two counter seats inside, and 12 seats outside on the sidewalk.

I think I may have found my new forever spot…read more This was my first visit, and when I arrived the ordering area was at capacity, so I was standing outside. I noticed a QR code on the door for online ordering, scanned it, grabbed an outdoor table and figured I'd give that a try. I ordered the Smoked Salmon and Bacon sandwich, the Apple Pecan Salad with balsamic dressing, and a large cold brew. I paid online and sat outside for maybe 15-20 minutes. I never did figure out whether I was supposed to get a notification that my order was ready, so eventually I just went inside to check. Sure enough, it was ready. Easy enough, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. Then I got home and opened everything, and THAT is when I became really impressed. I had included a note with my order that I planned to eat the salad the following day and asked that the wet ingredients be kept separate. They absolutely understood the assignment. Everything was packaged so thoughtfully. The Apple Pecan Salad was beautiful, incredibly fresh and substantial, with the ingredients carefully separated so it would keep. It wasn't some obligatory pile of greens tossed into a container. You could actually see the care that went into making it. The Smoked Salmon and Bacon sandwich was equally good. Fresh, generously filled and absolutely delicious. I ate half the sandwich and some of the salad and was completely satisfied. Between the two, I can easily get four meals out of what I ordered, which makes the value even better. And the cold brew? Wowzer. Robust and delicious! I think what impressed me most was simply the level of care. A sandwich and a salad aren't complicated foods, but doing simple food really well takes effort. Fresh produce, good ingredients, thoughtful preparation, paying attention to a customer's request, and putting out food that looks every bit as good as it tastes. I felt that in this order. I actually tipped 15% when I ordered because I was thinking, okay, this is basically grab-and-go. After I got home and ate the food, I wished I'd tipped 20%. It genuinely felt good spending my money here. This was visit number one, and they've already set the benchmark. I really hope they stay exactly like this, because what a find. I will absolutely be back.

(I used to frequent the Kahala location back before its Ku'ono Marketplace glow-up.) I'm usually an acai bowl loyalist at Lanikai Juice, so smoothie sampling was a first sip adventure. Location: Inside SALT at Our Kaka'ako, facing Ala Moana Blvd. Parking: Closest lot sits at the corner of Ala Moana Blvd and Coral St (entrance on Coral). You can also use the SALT lot on Keawe St, or play musical chairs with street parking. The Coral St lot is paid via QR code posted on signs - snap, register, and pay before you bounce. Atmosphere: Compact, but still has that classic Lanikai Juice feel. Seating is scarce, but we scored the seat jackpot with the window-facing bar (perfect for a trio). Drinks, snacks, and merch line the walls, while cup and bowl sizes are clearly displayed at the register - no guesswork needed. Drinks: I went with the Lanikai Splash, while my friend and her boyfriend ordered the... "I-don't-remember" smoothies. Mine hit the spot, and judging by their nods of approval, theirs did too. Service: Smooth, our drinks were blended and in hand within 5-10 minutes. Price: Roughly $30 total, generously covered by my friend's boyfriend. Would I return? Parched and passing by? Sure!
