lilikoi pineapple drink ($8.50) IG @dinewithmelissa

Came to this stand at the KCC Farmer's Market on a saturday. I got the lilikoi pineapple drink ($8.50). It was sweet and refreshing! I finished this super quick on a hot day. They also have many other flavors including pineapple mago, pineapple lychee, and pineapple guava. It came in a cute reusable mason jar. Service was fast! Would get again.

Hunted this place down at the kakaakos farmers market just for a coffee and it's worth it every time.

This unstoppable gem sure wears its crown like royalty! I'm just delighted to have found Hawaiian Crown Juice here at the Honolulu Farmers Market as it's one that I'm able to go since in the evening and the perfect spot to swing by for any sort of cravings. Here you'll find a unique island blend of cold pressed juices... - Watermelon - 100% Pineapple - Lilikoi Pineapple - Guava Pineapple - Mango Pineapple They also have Acai Bowl, Green Juice (Kale, spinach, ginger, spiraling, celery, cucumber, lemon, parsley, apple and pineapple), POG, Pineapple Mint or Watermelon Mint which are the virgin version mojito yum! All drinks come in a cup or mason jar and I just couldn't resist their "Guava Pineapple" so proud to know their source this drink used guava from the Big Island and it was indescribably yummy and of course I got it in a mason jar which you may return your mason jar for a small refund or bring it back for a discount on your next drink, not only do they shop and support local all fruit waste goes to feed local animals which is so awesome. Follow them on Instagram @hawaiiancrown for schedules or their website https://www.hawaiiancrown.com for all other products...jams and jellies, dried fruits, honey, chocolate bar and more!! This Hawaiian Crown certainly stands tall and certainly shows us how it's done...bravo! Thank you!

I visited this place at the Kaka'ako Farmers Marke on saturday after my Snorkeling trip. I got the lilikoi and pineapple juice and it was so refreshing! They were also handing out samples of their vanilla and guava (I believe it was guava) soft serve and oh my goodness it was so so good. If you're at the farmers market delifinitely check them out.

Went snorkeling for my birthday and stumbled across this gem of a place at the farmers market! My husband and I were so happy with our beautiful açaí bowl I posed with it :) it was very tasty and fruits were so sweet. Will be missing you till we meet again. :)

Lunch in Honolulu, Hawaii…read more.. I drove past this familiar logo of HiBlend Health Bar & Cafe and had to stop by because it was in an unfamiliar location. This cafe used to be in the Samsung Plaza on Keeaumoku Street, but now it's on Kaheka Street, near Don Quijote. The address is King Street, but the entrance is on Kaheka Street. The menu is still healthy and has expanded. That's why I got the HI Burger. It was a local shortrib smashed beef patty with Jack cheese, tomato, bacon, and avocado on a brioche bun (from La Tour Bakery), topped with garlic aioli sauce... delicious! All ingredients are locally sourced (when possible)! Service was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Thanks for answering all of my questions! The only obstacle would be the parking. I sat inside (because it was air-conditioned) and I faced my car because I didn't feed the meter... LOL! I ate quickly because I was really hungry... and it was such a tasty, satisfying burger! Note: there are only two counter seats inside, and 12 seats outside on the sidewalk.

I think I may have found my new forever spot…read more This was my first visit, and when I arrived the ordering area was at capacity, so I was standing outside. I noticed a QR code on the door for online ordering, scanned it, grabbed an outdoor table and figured I'd give that a try. I ordered the Smoked Salmon and Bacon sandwich, the Apple Pecan Salad with balsamic dressing, and a large cold brew. I paid online and sat outside for maybe 15-20 minutes. I never did figure out whether I was supposed to get a notification that my order was ready, so eventually I just went inside to check. Sure enough, it was ready. Easy enough, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. Then I got home and opened everything, and THAT is when I became really impressed. I had included a note with my order that I planned to eat the salad the following day and asked that the wet ingredients be kept separate. They absolutely understood the assignment. Everything was packaged so thoughtfully. The Apple Pecan Salad was beautiful, incredibly fresh and substantial, with the ingredients carefully separated so it would keep. It wasn't some obligatory pile of greens tossed into a container. You could actually see the care that went into making it. The Smoked Salmon and Bacon sandwich was equally good. Fresh, generously filled and absolutely delicious. I ate half the sandwich and some of the salad and was completely satisfied. Between the two, I can easily get four meals out of what I ordered, which makes the value even better. And the cold brew? Wowzer. Robust and delicious! I think what impressed me most was simply the level of care. A sandwich and a salad aren't complicated foods, but doing simple food really well takes effort. Fresh produce, good ingredients, thoughtful preparation, paying attention to a customer's request, and putting out food that looks every bit as good as it tastes. I felt that in this order. I actually tipped 15% when I ordered because I was thinking, okay, this is basically grab-and-go. After I got home and ate the food, I wished I'd tipped 20%. It genuinely felt good spending my money here. This was visit number one, and they've already set the benchmark. I really hope they stay exactly like this, because what a find. I will absolutely be back.

Super late review -…read more I'm sad. I really wanted to love this place but I just couldn't. I don't want to be that person when this place has an overall rating of 4.5 but this is just my honest opinion. I got the blue dream and yes it was very ascetically pleasing, but it was just too icy. Before coming to this place i read a couple of reviews that also said the same thing and i didn't understand what that meant, but now I do. There are a lot of flavorless, just regular, small shards of ice in the bowl. On top of that, the moment I received my bowl, it was already borderline melted. So that got me thinking, how can it be melted and icy at the same time? The only explanation that I can think of is just ice additive/fillers. It's not pure cold acai or whatever is in the bowl you choose, but there's a mixture of ice in it too. Yes I understand, it's Waikiki, everything is more expensive, but the added topping prices on top of the already expensive bowl prices just don't make sense. You want a beautiful looking bowl with a lot of different toppings, yet some toppings can go up to 1 dollar PER topping. I don't know if I've just been spoiled by a couple places in SoCal, but at those places they have unlimited toppings and those bowls are the best that there is. I'm not bringing any bias from other locations, but this is just an honest review based on my experience today.

Such a great option to go to with kids too! My son loved the mango strawberry and I enjoyed the rose lychee. Thankfully, it was not too flowery but 75% was a little sweet for me. I'll try 25-50% next time. Service is not always the friendliest but fast. We placed our own order and the staff just helped when the credit card reader wasn't working. We like the seating inside. It feels clean and bright. It always seems crowded, though, so be prepared to possibly take it to go or find seating outside.

My favorite spot. I get the mango sticky rice dessert or the mango sticky rice drink (man-coco…read moresticky smoothie-o) . If i'm on the go the drink, if I eat there then the dessert. They will do takeout on the dessert, however it does not travel well. The ice cream melts, the frozen coconut cream thing melts and it becomes a big mess. They have an app and a loyalty program - use it and you can get some free stuff. The timing in the app isn't always right because sometimes it says ready in 20 minutes but it's in 5 and sometimes it's in like 30. I don't think they adjust the timing to reflect how busy they are inside; I wish they did. Small spot to sit down and eat there if you want and some outdoor tables. However the outdoor tables are considered takeout, so if you order desserts, it won't come on the plates, it will be boxed, and sometimes a mess when the ice cream parts melt and make the paper soggy. No bathrooms inside. They are friendly enough but they often feel like they don't really want to be there but they're cordial enough. I will keep coming back for the dessert anyway! They say they close at 9pm but they don't. The told me 8:45pm and if you come at 8:55pm they're basically shut down. Not a fan of this because if you really close at 8:45pm, then change your hours. Otherwise actually stay open til 9pm, which does mean workers have to stay later. In any case, I'm not a fan when there's this mismatch. On the other hand. The Alley says they're open til 9pm, and if you're at the door at 9pm, they'll let you in.
