I'm thrilled that my color stayed vibrant and maintained its ashy brown shade throughout the two years. Previously, my brows were micro-bladed by a different artist, and they ended up lightening significantly in less than a year and turning reddish (bottom photo)! However, two years ago, when I visited Rose for a redo, she expertly color-corrected them and it's been a game-changer ever since! I love how Rose pays meticulous attention to detail and how relaxed and welcoming her energy is. The time spent getting my brows done flies by in her studio, thanks to her calming atmosphere. She makes sure that you are 100% happy with the results and is very professional. She measured my eyebrows to make sure they were even and was satisfied with the shape before starting. She also chooses a good color that fits you. I was going for a natural color that isn't too dark and was pleased with the shade of brown chosen! She always made sure I was feeling okay in terms of potential pain or discomfort as well as the temperature of the room. I tend to run hot, so I really appreciated that she asked me and turned on the A/C during the procedure. My skin is very oily so it had an issue with color retention. I had to get a re-touch within a month for best results and when some areas faded a bit after a few weeks, Chloe was very kind and offered to do another re-touch for free. I was very impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and how flexible she was! If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place! Chloe will take care of you and the person who helps translate for her is also very sweet and helpful! You will be in good hands here. 7/10/26 My big day. I finally was able to get my eyebrows fixed!…read more I was so excited to see Chloe and Debra for my big day. After 3 rounds of laser tattoo removal, I finally got the green light to proceed with a nano combo. As you can tell from my before pix, it was not fully removed but it was much more improved than the first time I consulted with Chloe. I enjoyed some nice music while I waited for the numbing cream to take effect. Chloe then did her meticulous measurements and drafting on the design. I had already shared with her before, I did not want to have strong, dark brows. My eyebrows definitely got ruined after the second to last time this other artist did shading. It was terrible and the revision was even worse. After those two botched times, I had to get the laser removal before I got it fixed. She listened to my wants and made helpful recommendations. I told Chloe I fully trusted her with the process and whichever shape she felt was best for me, I would go with. So many times I look for brow shapes, think they would work for my face but end up not working out. It is always to let the processionals who see and do this every day help with that decision. I am used to getting my brows micro bladed and shaded so the nano combo was nothing that made me uncomfortable. As we took after photos, Chloe still did measurements and added some strokes here and there to balance out my brows. I really love them right now. Debra kindly went over the after care instructions. I love the kit gives you with 3 eye shields for showers and a&d ointment to apply after the procedure for 3 days. The cartoon illustration of post micro bladed expectations was hilarious but so true. Chloe did mention I will need a touch up after this first round just because post laser, we do not know how much ink will be absorbed. I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks to fix whatever comes off. I am more than thrilled to have pretty brows again. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Master Chloe!
