What I saw was I felt like one of the saddest looking buffets I've ever seen. The buffet was 2 tables pushed together, a bowl of salad, a basket of breadsticks, individual marinara sauces, and 2 or 3 very large pizzas under a heat lamp. The presentation may not have been great but it turned out to be better than it looked. The ranch for the salad seemed to be made in house. When the pizza was freshly put on the buffet, the pizza was great. If it had been sitting under the heat lamp, it was not desirable as it was hard to chew. The price was ok for $12 with a water. I scratched that itch. I would order a pizza next time from Gelsosomo's instead of doing a buffet.
