Very friendly and personable, fair pricing, showed up on time and they were ready to work. I'm glad I met Chad over at Valley because when one of my guys backed my truck into the overhead power line running to the garage from the house, I called Chad (he had given me his cell phone at one point so I could get a hold of him personally if I had any issues) and he was at my customers house 30 minutes later and had it fixed soon after. Needless to say they made me look good to my customer and because of how prompt and professional they were my customer was at ease. He claimed he was here for 90 mins but I checked my text messages for when he arrived and he came at 12:30 and by 1:22 I was writing him a check. If you hire him you should ask for an estimate first, which is what he recommended when I said I thought the bill was too high. That's def on me, but overall I think his rate is way too much for me. Hers what he fixed at my home: 1. Shower that would only get to warm/hot instead of hot/hot 2. A tub faucet that was drippy 3. Toilets that wouldn't fill up after flushing 4. Vanity sink handles that were askew

Most plumbers were too busy to come to our home until several days later, most never even returned my call. We had some very kind and knowledgeable neighbors come by to trouble shoot and offer help. But in the end, there's nothing better than a knowledgeable plumber. And that's just what Jeremy, owner of Anderson's Plumbing Solutions is; a super knowledgeable plumber. Jeremy was kind enough to respond via text, from a quote process in Yelp, to let me know he could make it to our home in the early afternoon to help us and would text or call me as he got closer. Jeremy called and came when promised. He knew where exactly to start and found the problem in no time. About 40 mins after he arrived, the problem was solved. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and charged a reasonable price. He also gave me great input for how to prevent it from happening again. Jeremy will be our go-to man from now on for plumbing.

They failed to provide any confirmation or follow-up with me and even took the liberty of changing their appointment times without consulting me, claiming it was not their responsibility to inform. I called this company on May 22nd at 2 p.m. to confirm my appointment, as American Home Service was showing me a different time window for the scheduled service. However, obviously, 2 p.m. must be considered "night time" to these guys. I strongly advise against recommending this company to anyone. In my opinion, they are quite possibly the worst plumbing company I have ever encountered. The guy with whom I spoke on the phone was extremely rude, verbally aggressive, and inappropriate. Once I told him that I would like to do my business with them, he said, "Yeah, you would not have been satisfied by us anyway." He never offered to reschedule, and there was no apology. He's just insanely rude. Also, they falsely accused us of not being at home, which was not the case. They had my phone number, and they definitely should have called me. However, no phone call was made to me about this scheduled appointment. You guys did NOT ring the doorbell for 20 minutes. What a joke. You left the house 5 minutes after your arrival, and it was recorded by my security camera. You need to stop making a false statement and be honest for God's sake. Instead of making excuses over and over again, it would have been more appropriate for this guy to offer me a sincere apology. If this job does not work out for you, you may want to consider closing down your business or finding something else. You should be ashamed of yourself and need to work on your attitude.
