Parker was precise in his work, timely in communication, reasonable in pricing, and most of all, kind, honest, and professional. Knowing nothing…read moreabout electrical myself, I took the typical millennial approach and started searching Reddit for reliable electricians in the area. A couple of big corporate names came up, which I avoided because I like to support smaller businesses. One of the first "smaller" names with a great reputation that came up was Crescent, so I gave them a call and immediately got in touch with Parker. I explained my situation, sent over some photos, and instantly got an (attractive) quote. We got the project scheduled quickly, and when the day came around, Parker + Noah got it all done smoothly, professionally, and tidily. No hassle at all, great customer service, and all with that non-corporate feel that I value so much. Thanks guys, I'll happily hit you up again next time I need some more work done!

As a real estate broker of 37 years, and a homeowner, I can't speak highly enough of my experiences…read morewith Provident Electric. They were the electricians who wired our own new home for Greenstone Homes. I didn't have any interaction with them at that time, but everything has worked perfectly. I hired another electrician to do some work after we moved in, and they did a terrible job. I then called Provident, since they were the original electrician, to come out to correct the other electrician's screw ups, which were hanging some pendant lights and 3 ceiling fans. They were fast and very reasonable, and charged me less (with a three person crew!) than the first one did. Since then, I have recommended them to several clients as well, and they are very competitive and get the job done right, without trying to add a bunch of other work to the job to inflate the bill like some companies do. The highest praise I can offer for Provident is, "I trust them". These days, that is huge. I won't recommend anyone else.

Because it was electrical in nature and I work in insurance and see a lot of house fires (due to electrical issues), we opted to replace. The process was smooth and the team was amazing. They even brought out a generator so I could hook up my laptop for work. I see a lot of negative reviews and not sure why. Home repairs aren't generally cheap. I understand why they charge to come out to bid - it's time out of someone's day, gas, scheduling, etc. The inspection went great. We are relieved our problem was resolved. Thank you to Mainstream for the great work. Oh, and thanks for dealing with our crazy dog Charlee. I would highly recommend Mainstream.

The tech came to check things out. In less than 5 minutes he told me that a whole system would need to be replaced, but he couldn't give an estimate without a project coordinator. I paid the service call fee (which I think I should be refunded) and sent the inept tech on his way. We got a second opinion. The tech from a different company listened carefully when I explained everything. He did his inspection/diagnostic and after a very thorough assessment, he said that one of our capacitor wires was not connected. He reconnected the wire, also made sure all other connections were correct. NOTHING needs replaced! However, if the first tech wasn't so inept, we wouldn't have found the PERFECT company.
