The staff did an initial skin consultation and were respectful when we declined to upgrade the service. I brought my fiance in to redeem a microneedling treatment Groupon. He has never had any facial treatments at all so he was very nervous. Tina helped apply the numbing cream beforehand so it was not too painful for him. Mireille helped him relax by explaining everything and we all discussed food spots in the area. Her friendly demeanor definitely helped create a calming environment. Although she recommended 3-6 sessions, I do think I see a minor improvement after this first one. Mireille gave us advice on follow up care and we purchased a face mask ($12) before we left. There is a $50 appointment deposit but it is refundable if you cancel early enough or you can use it to pay for your service, buy products, or leave a tip. As other reviews mention, there is free parking near the location but the spots are limited and unlike others I did have to circle around the block before a spot freed up.
