Otkay took apart the door and told me it was fine; that digital error codes can often be wrong when the mother board is going. The spinner basket was off balance too, so he told me to get a new one. Even recommended some good brands and suggestions where to shop. He could have charged me allot to replace door lock assembly and fix off balance basket. He told me he could give me a $50 discount if I paid cash. Never wrote me out a service receipt nor emailed it or checked back in as he promised.
