He was honest about different types of vegetation and made recommendations based on quality, climate and attractiveness. He assisted with design in the front and back yards. We had worked with a different landscape company prior to this and he helped us remedy the deficiencies while improving the visual appeal and adding drains on both sides of our house. The front yard looked like a "gravel pit" when we began and now it is on trend and invites you into our home. With a variety of vegetation, lighting, turf and pavers, we are thrilled with the outcome. Walter's crew is beyond compare. They arrived promptly on the date scheduled and were at work early each morning. They left our yard cleaner than they found it every single day. They wanted $1200 to do an initial cleanup in my yard and then $120 per service for bi-weekly maintenance. $1200 for any cleanup on a residential property is a flat out robbery, it's a joke. Not one landscape company had ever charged me that much money for a cleanup, not even remotely close. My advice would be to find another company that charges fair prices.

They busted their backs trimming and skinning my 8 palm trees. My property looks so good now and no more tree pieces falling in my pool every day! They did a better job than i expected and they cleaned the yard after they finished better than it was before. They even did an extra small project i had talked about that we had not planned. She will not refund my money where I paid 1 of 3 appointments and claims they did the work. I have messages and pictures from the landscaper showing incomplete work from the first appointment. She gets very defensive and all I ask for is my money back after she clearly states our appointments are void. We did talk about my previous landscaper who would not show up on time which is the same issue I had with her. If you make an appointment follow through. This company just has excuses and no follow through. Be very careful with Brenda.

I was shocked and dismayed when he charged me $320 after working about an hour. That seemed excessive to me. I asked him about it, and he stood firm, so I relented and paid him. A mere month later, the timer fell off of the house. I discovered that he has used screws that were too short to secure it. $320!!
