We ordered the fried shrimp and the shrimp comes battered, seasoned, and still with the shell, legs, and tail on. We had to take off all the batter and seasoning in order to clean the shrimp. I thought this had been a mistake so I gave them a call but they confirmed that their shrimp is indeed served this way. We've come here a couple of times because I like to get their strawberry horchata & my husband likes to get the mangonada. The reason for the 4 stars is because it's a small place & it gets crowded. It's also not very clean, which I'm sure doesn't help having it packed all the time. The staff don't seem to be personable either, kinda like "next". Sometimes the line is out the door too! Before you criticize someone, you must compliment them. I love how they went the extra mile and added the cute little string along with a heart and cute message. It literally made my day seeing that. I do not know if they continue to still do this but I went here on November 24 and they gave me my drink with this. I paid for the milk bottle but they put the cute message on it. Now... right off the bat in the photo with the drink being filled you can see that the ice is 60% of the bottle with a few pieces of boba. Like literally the boba looks non-existent and I paid an extra .50 cents for it. Basically paid .50 cents for five pieces of boba. The drink was delicious; it is one of my favorites alongside the strawberry horchata. This drink is the Matchata (horchata matcha). But I wish they would have been more generous with boba and lesson on the ice. I would have asked for less ice if I knew the bottle was going to be filled with 60 percent ice. In the second photo is how much ice is left after I have drank all my drink. I am a very very slow drinker (would probably take me 20 minutes MINIMUM to finish this drink), so you know that there was A LOT of ice. The ice should have been already gone but no there is still a lot of it. I was pretty disappointed. read more

This place would be a GREATTTT place to get boba but once you walk in that door, it SMELLS. Like REALLY BAD. LIKE BATHROOM STATUS. The first time I went was sometime last week. They have really good boba here and an awesome selection of drinks. Bonus that they have food, too and have a special from 11am-3pm: $10 for a signature drink & entree. They insist that I bring it back that night but this place is not that close to me & it's already pretty late on weeknight. Even though it has been months since it's grand opening when people had to wait hours the line was still considerably long as it was a Saturday night. The guy working the register was very nice and enthusiastic despite how busy it was in there. Choosing what I wanted was the most difficult part, ultimately I got a spicy watermelon slush. I got the works and added a Tamarindo candy and mango top. Was it worth the wait? YES. Would I make another trip and wait 45 minutes for a slush, probably not. read more

Went here a couple of times. All drinks but one were delicious. I recommend to reduce the salty/sour syrup because it tasted like I was only drinking the syrup bottle. Calm down on the amount of salty sour syrup. Popcorn chicken and the fries are awesome. Need to go back soon. read more

I usually go to a neveria to get the real deal but the drive was much to far so this will have do! I ordered an elotes with flaming hot Cheetos, not so good, perhaps I'm being a little critical. I remembered how they tasted before coming here, which proves sometimes our memory can be our worst enemy! We ordered our drinks and They asked if we wanted them spicy I said no then realized they refer to Tajin and chamoy as spicy lol, so of course I asked to add it afterward. Maybe the demographic area has a lot to do with missing the real taste of these treats but hey to each their own! The price is a bit high for a small cup of corn with crushed soggy hot Cheetos. Fair warning this is going to be harsh. I only gave the one star because I was forced to. Try something new they said. Support restaurants they said. We literally just threw away $50.00 worth of food. We wouldn't even feed it to our dog. I didn't think it was possible to mess chicken up this bad but my mind has been changed. We ordered 3 different types of chicken and they all tasted like they'd been cooked in fish grease. I don't remember seeing fish on the menu. As soon as the first (& only) morsel hit my mouth I had to spit it out. It was disgusting. The fries were dry and overloaded with garlic. Maybe they haven't changed their grease since they opened but this experience was horrible. I threw the food out a few minutes ago and the smell is still in the air. There wasn't much of a line and we got in pretty quick. I had the mangolada and it was one of the best things I have ever had. My sister got the s'mores coffee milkshake and it was good. It was my first time coming here on Sunday and it was just delicious! The drinks were amazing I loved the taste it was just something I had never experienced before. Also I went with my two sisters and my boyfriend and they loved it too! I would totally come back again and recommend this place to anyone ! The only down side would be that since it's a small place and so delicious it gets super packed easily so it would be best to know what your already going to order so everything runs fast and smoothly. read more

Tasted like when you order fresh fruit with tajin and lime juice only BETTER and in drinkable less messy form. Didn't take a pic because it was literally so delicious I didn't have time. My bf got the pink lychee and that was also super duper good and my 1 year old daughter liked it too. We ordered spicy Cheeto elote and the popcorn chicken (spicy level) which was also good and super filling, I'm pregnant and couldn't even finish mine. I love the drinks here! And the Cheetos elotes. I've been here about 3 times & the last time I got the mason jar mango twist. I was wrong to assume that I could come back and pay and get a drink refilled in said mason jar. The cashier told me no. They don't do that and it's only for souvenir. That's a disappointment because I've been trying hard to refuse plastic & be more conscious. Also the mason jar isn't cheap. I refuse to get it all the time. Sadly I won't be getting any more drinks here because they won't refill the jar. My jar was clean I wasn't asking them to wash it. I thought I was supporting a store that was trying to be more eco conscious by providing mason jar drinks but I guess not. We also ordered food and they always take forever to get it out even when it's not busy at all. At least 20 minutes. Cleanliness has also always been an issue here.
