Super great spot for snack foods! Everything on the menu is delish! I've gone with a party of 7 several times and we've all ordered something different and EVERYTHING was DELISH! Super fresh! Love the mason jar style cups. Orders come out fairly quickly. Just keep in mind since everything's made to order and that takes time. The only reason I didn't give this joint 5 stars is because seating is limited most of the time. There is more hype to this place than there is quality drinks. We came a week after their grand opening & waited for over an hour for our drinks. My family of 4 had ordered their mangonada, pink lychee slush, strawberry mojito & a machata drink and they were all overly sweet. You can taste that they use just syrup & water in their drinks. The mangonada was very salty & watered down. All of us were disappointed. So you come in and it's a nice atmosphere. We ordered the popcorn chicken combo with strawberry lemon, carne asada fries combo, & crispy fried shrimp (not a combo, the combos come with fries but not the drink that's advertised. The drink a separate charge and at $4.50 for the drinks it's crazy. You have to check in on yelp (that's based on reviews)to get the drink included in the combo for free. Not a big deal but they don't tell you that. Not very smart if you ask me. Hey you have to check in on app to get the actual full meal without an extra charge. First time trying this was in California and I really enjoyed it. Overhearing that they were opening one up in Arizona was a sign of relief. Glad to have a little nostalgia from home. Only problem was that the hype of this place was insane. The inside and outside had a simple and not overbearing design. So since the lines finally died down a bit so I decided to stop by. Ordered the strawberry bliss, their famous mangonada and some hot Cheetos elotes. All of which were delicious and all that I remembered! Got three different drinks. Jasmine milk tea, earl grey milk tea, and pink lychee slush. All of the drinks were way too sweet for our taste. Pink lychee slush drink was literally diabetes in a cup. If you love sweets this is the spot for you. Haven't tried the hot cheetos elote yet but it is so expensive. This was not worth an hour wait for us. Staff worked really hard and were really nice! Came here after a movie later in the evening and it was pretty crowded! The staff was respectful and patient even in the event of the "dinner rush." And logically, it took some time to receive my friend and I's order. We snagged a place to sit at the bar and while excitedly awaiting our treats, we admired all of the cool and unique desserts other people were getting. Like the ube milkshake, that's for sure what I'm trying next time! But for my first visit, I got a coffee with frozen yogurt, oreo crumbles and a toasted marshmallow as garnish. I got the Thai milk tea boba. The tea was pretty good!! But the boba........man. I really really hoped the boba was good because boba is hard to come by unless you live in a place like California. I don't mind if the boba isn't fresh or hot and new but boba wasn't cooked all of the way and it was super starchy in the middle. It wasn't fully cooked which left the middle part not jelly textured at all. We also got the sea salt green tea. Doesn't really taste like either sea salt or green tea but it is a pretty good tea if you like more floral teas! The food does look promising. Sounds super good which is why I gave it a three star. This place is different & delicious!! I've only been there 3x so far but everything I tried was so good and I will be returning for more! I think the spicy dole whip w the tamarind straw was my fave so far but the mangonada and strawberry mojito were also so good and refreshing! Seems to get pretty busy on Friday night. My family waited in line about 25 mins to order but it only took about 5 mins to get our drinks after ordering. Haven't seen any lines in the middle of a week day. All the staff has also been super friendly and helpful. I haven't tried the food but I see a lot of people ordering it and it looks pretty interesting. Only 1 little complaint... Zero Degrees does not have traditional flavors such as Taro, regular milk tea, traditional Taiwanese boba, it is veryamericanized and the majority of workers there are not Asian they also compare Asian with Hispanic which is pretty cool but if I want authentic it's not. However, the flavors they do have are pretty cool! For example, some drinks they put leaves or chia seeds at the bottom, I thought that was pretty interesting! I got this lime and cucumber drink and the Thai iced tea inside the split cup. Oh yes! The split cup! That was pretty great too ;). Let me just start by saying the drinks are really good. I did enjoy the strawberry horchata I ordered. All the drinks looked bomb, my friend ordered the piña colada and that was also good too. But when it came to the food it was trash. The elote tasted dry, not enough mayo and cheese in it. I felt like I was eating spicy canned white corn. I think I ordered the hot Cheetos elote and it was so dry, they put too much hot Cheetos in there thats all I could taste. The WORST elote I ever tasted in my life. I ordered the buffalo wings, they didn't even taste like buffalo wings I was so disappointed. It tasted like baked honey glazed wings with the tiniest cup of ranch.
