8:10 text for 8:30 arrival

This company is horrid. They gave me 20 minute notice that my delivery was scheduled for 8:30 by sending me a text at 8:10. Then I spoke to the driver at 9:00 AM who said "we're 10 min away". We spent the next hour going back and forth to the door for them preparing for our dryer delivery. Our neighbors are having an in ground pool installed and there was jackhammering so we wanted to be sure we didn't miss the door. Hours pass and I check the status for it to say "delivery missed. Customer not home"!! What!!? Their cx serv rep Carla says they were "here for 15 min and left". They didn't call me or even ring the bell. So where where the hell were they for 15 min? AND my VW SUV was IN the driveway. Now I'm in a new home after a move with toddlers all weekend and still can't wash clothes. All Carla could say was "unfortunately" 99x on the call. Teach her some soft skills. I won't ever order from Samsung again if they use this trash company. Save your time. If you see XPO Sacramento as the delivery provider cancel the order. If I find my dryer at any other store this weekend I'll still cancel this order. Who knows how long I'll still be waiting for this dryer. Terrible!

I would give them zero stars if I could. We bought a range from Samsung that was supposed to be delivered on 9/7/24. We left early from a family camping trip to ensure that we were back in enough time to have our new range delivered and installed. On our way home the night before we received a call that the item wasn't going to be delivered as scheduled because they hadn't received the item from Samsung. We called Samsung and were told that the item was already sent to RXO, so it was a he said she said scenario. We ended up rescheduling for 9/21/24 and were given a delivery window of 2:30p - 6:30p and were told that the driver would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. We were at a family birthday party and received a call at 12:30 with the RXO driver saying "We outside your house." and asked where we were. We advised that they were way early and nobody call 30 minutes prior. We ended up leaving the birthday party to get home for the install. When we arrived, the unit was already unloaded and was being unpacked. The RXO employees removed the old unit and brought the new one in to our home. They "attempted" to install the range, but said it wouldn't fit. I informed them that it wasn't fitting because they never even leveled the unit, which is why it was hitting the counter tops on the top left and the cabinets on the lower right. They "attempted" to level the unit (without the use of an actual level) and tried again. They said the unit still would not fit and that they "didn't know what to do" so they said they would leave the item in place. They left our home and my wife and I took less than 2 minutes to level the unit, which then allowed it to EASILY slide into place. We thought the ordeal was over, but then noticed that the left side of the unit had a big bulge in the metal which caused the lower storage drawer not to close properly. Upon further inspection, we noticed that the unit appeared to have been dropped because the entire frame was bent underneath. We pulled footage from our security cameras and noticed that the truck they delivered with did not have a lift gate or ramp so the delivery guys leaned a hand truck against the truck and just slid it down until the unit hit the ground. I can't believe the lack of caring or respect for peoples purchases that they are not even equipped to deliver these types of items. This was unacceptable, so we contacted both RXO and Samsung to report the issue. We were told that it would take 3-5 days before both of their systems showed the item as delivered so they can use the button to request for a replacement. Eventually the replacement button was available however, I had to personally call Samsung and RXO for updates because none of the promised correspondence or escalation requests ever yielded a response without me initiating the call. Eventually the replacement was scheduled to be delivered on 9/30/24 and we were given a window of all day. I took the day off work (losing pay to do so) and nobody ever came. After waiting and not receiving an update I contacted Samsung and RXO again, spending 2+ hours on the phone only to be told it wasn't going to be delivered again! At this point I left a family trip early, a birthday party early and now missed work and lost money and still don't have a replacement. I was told I would receive a call ASAP because it was escalated to the manager of the local hub in Sacramento and as I am writing this I still have not received an update. This has been by far the worst delivery experience ever and I would never use them if given the choice. everyone just tells you to wait 24-48 hours for every response and nobody ever follows through. UPDATE: Our replacement range arrived today however, it too was damaged. This time not by the drivers, but the warehouse. I cannot even begin to express my frustration with this company. Drivers this time were great and agreed that we should not keep it. I was told that RXO is responsible for paying for unit if delivered twice damaged. RXO needs to step up and pay for the unit and deliver an undamaged one. We'll see how long this replacement takes. Worst experience with a delivery service ever.

3/27/2023 is when they first installed it. There's a big gap and brackets extending.

My experience with RXO is terrible. The installer did not install my dishwasher properly on 3/27/2023. Picture #1 shows the gap between the countertop and the dishwasher. Picture #2 shows how much is sticking out under the countertop. Picture #3 & #4 shows what it looks like after they said they "properly" installed it the second time. Picture #1&2 of the install occurred on 3/27/2023. The reinstallation was done today 4/3/2023. So today, the same handymen who barely spoke English had to call his boss to translate. When I spoke with the boss today, he said it was not their fault that I was unhappy with the first installation. He said he saw the pictures and they properly installed it. I asked for the pictures that he was referring to. He said no he was not going to send them to me. I said that is BS and they didn't install it properly when they came out last Monday. He said they extended the legs all the way up and it's not their fault if there is a gap. I said if they raised the legs, there shouldn't be any large gaps. He said I mistreated his employees so he is going to put me on a black list: DO NOT SERVICE! I said that is BS and I called them to fix the job because they didn't do it properly. So he said they are here now to do the job. In conclusion, they gaslighted me and the boss was very rude and unprofessional. Now, I am on their DO NOT SERVICE list as I called out his BS and contested him. Therefore, this company is not reliable or trust worthy. My personal experience!! I just want to share and save other people some headache and stress. I had to put one * in order to post my review. I would give them 0/5 * if possible.

Quick and professional. My installer was friendly and did the install quick. Left no mess and answered any questions I had.

Tonal installed closer to my closet and further away front the window as I requested to get the full usage of the Tonal exercise machine.

Earlier this morning I had a replacement Tonal exercise machine delivered and installed. The previous Tonal had a broken arm. XPO was booked solid as they had only Tuesdays and Wednesdays available in March and April. I called Tonal and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly so I waited just about a week for today to happen. XPO was so much better than Ryder (they delivered and installed my previous Tonal). Ryder didn't listen to me, my request to install it where I wanted was ignored, seemed like they didn't want to be at my home to do their job, left the blue painters tape on my wall (I saw one behind the Tonal) and left a mess on the floor from drilling into my wall. XPO was the complete opposite. Their team listened to my concerns and answered my questions as I requested to have my Tonal installed closer to my closet and further away from my window so I can have full use of my Tonal. XPO checked for the studs and explained it could be done. They removed the remaining tape from the previous install that I could not get to as the Tonal bracket was installed over it, did not leave a mess behind and were happy to help me and professional. Thank you to XPO.

Worst customer service I have received. I received confirmation that my new washer would be delivered today (via email and text) and based it around my actual days off which are mid-week. After trying to schedule my day around this (after reaching out to them directly) to find out is is scheduled for a different day then after trying to speak with a manager never happened as the first call I never even spoke with the person as they claimed they couldn't hear me (never had that issue before and definitely wasn't on silent as I had the phone on speaker) and the second person I spoke with ended up playing the same card after asking to speak with a manager and hung up on me. Nothing changed however I do not recommend this company at all based on my current interactions with them. Do not confirm something if you can't/won't deliver. Update: I followed the suggested comment and emailed the company. The interaction was really disappointing considering a "resolution specialist" responded and their response was "a resolution specialist will reply shortly".... Isn't that your job???? Also they never too acknowledgement of the fact that they committed to delivery on the 29th which their company confirmed via email and text and now still waiting for the actual delivery. We shall see how this goes however not impressed with this company (and I can be fairly flexible as I know life happens) however this is beyond horrible with the customer service. Hoping the actual delivery is better than this experience.

It's a bit hard to get to, if the parking lot is busy and congested, but you will find plenty of spots in front. My first or second time to this Staples only since this is not close in my area, but I came by since it was on my way home. I had a couple of Amazon returns and this Staples was convenient for the task. The staff person was quite efficient in scanning them in although they no longer give you receipts for your returns, they will take your item, bag it in an Amazon bag, and then put a label on each bag, and then scan your QR code and then the item's label and put the item(s) into these giant boxes to collect and then send back to Amazon, painless experience, only thing was that the staff person looked a bit grumpy, maybe he was having a bad day. He was still polite, just a bit curt. I took the time to look and walk around. This store is a standard Staples, about the same size as the one near my neighborhood. There's the usual computers and printers, plus lots of office supplies, then there's seasonal items on special displays like tax prep software. There's also a Party City in this one! Convenient if you were needing decorations for a party or an office event. It is the trend to co-locate several businesses in one so then there's synergy to pull customers in to return Amazon items, and then they might decide to just actually see, touch, and try an item in person before they buy at Staples if it's carried here. Overall, I had a good and quick experience here "that was easy!" LOL

This continues to be my go-to spot for printing, so much so that some of the staff members…read morerecognize me now. While the shopping area can be busy, the parking lot has plenty of spots and the actual Staples store is easy to navigate. Sometimes the printing and package area can be busy, but they're typically well staffed, and I'm usually greeted as I walk in. I typically order prints ahead of time online and come in to pick them up. The team does a really good job with the prints and they've been really consistent. I also have been able to order prints to be ready within a day to a few days of when I order them. I always leave myself some buffer time in case there's delays though. They have other services available here and plenty of supplies you may need for work projects or personal projects.

Extremely disappointing experience…read more We came in to get a fingerprint Live Scan done for my wife, and it was immediately obvious that Jake and his coworker simply didn't want to do it. The first thing we were told was, "We stop doing Live Scans around 6," even though it was 6:04 PM when we walked in. Stopping a service four minutes earlier and using that as a reason to turn customers away does not sound like a policy--it sounds like someone who didn't want to do their job. To make it worse, when my wife asked for clarification, Jake responded with unnecessary attitude, saying: "Oh, it's not around 6pm -- it IS 6pm." That comment was delivered with sass and zero professionalism. We were polite, respectful, and not rude in any way, yet were met with dismissiveness and irritation for simply asking for a service they advertise. If there's a strict cutoff time, that should be clearly posted and communicated professionally--not weaponized to shut people down with attitude. Customer service matters, and tonight it was completely lacking. I normally don't leave reviews, but the way my wife was spoken to compelled me to write this. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and frustrating experience. I hope management addresses this, because this interaction alone ensures we won't be returning to this location.

We've used their PO Boxes and love the remodel to the place. Clean and organized and I'm very pleased with all the services that we've used, which includes: notary, making copies of keys, PO Box services, dropping off regular mail, dropping off Amazon returns, and shipping. They have other services as well.

She did not rush me, she did not talk to me like I was slowing her down, and she did not let her tone change. She stayed patient the entire time, which really mattered because it can feel stressful when you are standing there with a bunch of packages and you just want everything handled correctly. What made the whole situation even more challenging was that the data in the store was terrible and would not load. The system kept lagging, freezing, or taking forever, and it really slowed down the process. When I came back, they suddenly claimed the return had to be in a box purchased from them -- which directly contradicts how Amazon returns normally work. I went twice, wasted my time twice, and got the same condescending attitude both times. This felt like nothing more than a cash grab to force customers into buying unnecessary packaging. No effort to help, no consistency in information, and zero professionalism. If you value your time, avoid this location. I will never return.

I visited the other day and a customer began to be nasty towards the employee at the desk; so much so I was going to need to walk out or intervene. The employee kept her cool, the customer realized her error in what she was asking for and apologized to taking the paperwork back from the employee (but no apology for her nasty, curt tone). I was the next customer and the employee perked right up like nothing happened. Shout out to our service based heroes who endure what they shouldn't have to.

I typically stop in when I need to buy stamps or send something that requires a little extra attention or tracking. On my latest visited there was a small line of people and the person up front was friendly and helping everyone efficiently. I ended up buying a few different packs of stamps, including some very cute year of the snake stamps. I always opt for forever stamps and after making my purchase I was able to add postage to a couple of letters I had going out, put them in the box and I was on my way. The Post Office isn't always the most fun or glamourous errand, but I've had good experiences with the staff here so far and have been able to get the job done.
