All questions were answered with one syllable words. Finally, with the lack of information, I was still able to choose two pairs of shoes. When the young man came back with the shoes, he dropped both pairs on my seven-year-old grandson's lap and walked away. The lack of customer service and consideration was mind-boggling. We're from California and I've been to many Dick's Sporting Goods, but never have I had the rudeness and disrespect that I experienced at this store. On top of that they had very few choices of soccer shoes for young male children. Needless to say, I won't be back to that location.

I ended up driving to the store but they didn't have the item that I wanted. Still, the store didn't have a bare wall or empty space as it was packed with merch. They also have "outlet"/ clearance/ final sale items in the back of the store. One employee was rude to me - I tried on a jacket but wasn't sure about the fit. She asked me with an attitude - how do you expect it to fit?

I ordered a snowboard and gloves from MOOSEJAW and paid $714 on Nov 11. MOOSEJAW charges my card…read moreimmediately. Moosejaw arranges the shipping with Fedex and provides tracking numbers via email. I track the delivery via Fedex which states that the snowboard was delivered. I never received the snowboard. I inform Moosejaw. The gloves arrive separately on a different day under a different shipping number (which were randomly left outside on the street) Scout from Moosejaw responds that they will contact Fedex. Fedex tells Scout they delivered the item. The proof of delivery simply states that the item was delivered, but contains no details. No signature, no name, no helpful information whatsoever. I was NEVER offered a choice of having the signature required or not. Moosejaw made that choice. Scout and Kathleen from Moosejaw were extremely unhelpful and literally did nothing to help resolve the matter.

The guys here know their stuff, and they're total bros as well (guys will understand). They'll give you an honest opinion about their product, which is really awesome. These dudes alone are enough to give this place 5 stars. But wait; there's more! All of the stuff they sell is magnificent. Seriously, it's great fly fishing equipment!! Plus, they offer a variety of lessons, so if you want to have fun on the river, you can do that. If you want to be serious on the river, you can do that as well. Also, it's right by the river, which is a nice touch. If you fly fish, go to this place. I swear by it. 5/5

I understand @ the time it was either BASS PRO purchase it, or the entire CABELAS franchise woulda probably gone belly-up...I get it. But the entire CABELAS ambience is gone. It's now just another BASS PRO Shop...big deal. The wildlife cafeteria is gone, the art gallery is gone, the aquarium is pitiful @ best, and the list goes on. You'll find out for yourself if you go there. I'm not gonna say, "....don't go there", but as of now it's CABELAS in name only.

This is located right on Grand River so it's nice and easy to find. There is parking in nearby…read morestructures and on the street as well as behind the store in lots. It's right near the campus too so easy for people to get to if they are on campus or are coming onto campus by bus. I have 2 Nalgene bottles from here and I still have them after 3-4 years in good condition. This place has sales and a very popular place on MSU's campus even without sales. The staff doesn't burden you and let's you shop but can answer questions you have. My friends have bought sweatshirts and tshirts from here and they still have them in good quality. The sweatshirts are on the more expensive side but come in so many colors that they are preeeeety. :) If you're into North Face, they have a ton of NF apparel.
