He wouldn't answer my questions with anything substantial and refused to help me get my test results. I will say the front desk people were very nice and even the nurse that did most of my testing was good and efficient. AFTER the visit was also terrible. They told me I would be dilated for 24 hours and I ended up being dilated for 72 hours and it messed up my work and whole week because I was preparing for an event that week that I couldn't work on because I couldn't see anything up close. I also couldn't drive well and almost had to call work off because the light was so painful. UPDATE: The doctor wouldn't write down my results and told me to get them at the desk which he clearly knew nothing about the process because they wouldn't give them to me at the desk. Then they tell me I can get the results for free online. I submitted a request for my documents on my portal and they said it would be free. Turns out a week after I requested them they're trying to charge me $42 on top of the $95 I already paid. Kellogg and U of M is just a money hungry store where they won't help you.
