My only complaint was in the area of how dirty the RV was when we picked it up. They had hosed it off but there was still dirt everywhere inside and out. It was still bent sold as new so it would have been nice to not have to pay to have to have it detailed before we could use it. But if that is my only complaint then I am still a happy buyer.

The latch had been fastened with sheet‑metal screws, which sheared out -- an obvious poor choice for a critical load-bearing component. Fortunately no one was hurt but cargo security and road safety were compromised. Customer service was disappointing. I received minimal response from Marc Gordon at Phil's Trailers and similarly minimal response from Amanda Greer at Haulmark Trailers. Both acknowledged the issue but provided no timely resolution, repair plan, or clear next steps. For a high-dollar trailer built for hauling valuable equipment, that level of support is unacceptable.

He spent hours with us going through every little detail of our new truck camper, even before we purchased it. After the sale, the service was spectacular! There was an issue with the air conditioner, that did not come with the truck camper and purchased separately, and I did not even have to drive back to Texas as they worked with a local Coleman certified Air conditioning dealer near my house. I am beyond happy, and highly encourage anybody to call Jacob if you were in the market for a new truck camper or rv! Trust me, nobody can beat their price or service!

Being in a horrible area and situation late at night, I called tow kings and the operator was beyond helpful. I had no idea where I had ended up dropping off this rascal and she guided me to help give a her my ex Exact location. While on the phone, the person I mistakenly gave a ride home to and his friends became belligerent and extremely offensive to this amazing operator. Her diligence and patient composer made the difference in a deescalating a very likely dangerous situation of me needing to use self defense to get to safely , with a calm and reinsuring presence she kept me composed. While checking in every few minutes to ensure I was ok., as the tow driver was in route, my doors finally unlocked and I found my key, in the process Kaitlyn from dispatch called to check on me and I let her know I was ok and on my way home. She immediately gave a refund even though her tow truck driver had already driven 20 minutes and was seconds from arriving. What could have been a terrible life altering night turned out with me getting home safe, I am so thankful and happy that Kaitlyn answered my prayers. She's an incredible communications operator. I hope to one day meet and shake her hand for an extreme job well done. It's amazing how much of a difference you can make by being great at your job and empathetic to others. As far as Kailyn and Tow King , I am so thankful and blessed with your help and compassion. The word needs businesses and people like you on the front lines to make a genuine change in our lives.. Again I relentlessly thank you for turning a very dangerous and likely life changing event into a safe departure home. I hope one day I can be so fortunate to help someone in need as you helped me. 12/9/25 - 1:15am Kaitlyn you were my hero!!! 15/10 call this company for any after hour needs! Service is one of a kind and pricing is unbelievably low.

I found myself in unfamiliar territory with two dogs and no spare in hot weather but right next to this shop. I asked for help. They don't normally service Rivians, so they didn't have the tire size I needed. They didn't know me and I'm not a local--so they had nothing to gain and had no reason to think they'd see me again. But three guys swarmed like a NASCAR team (not quite, but it sure felt that way), did a temporary fix to get me to a store that had the right tires, gave me good advice, and dropped everything they were working on in order to do it. They're good people. It's safe for real customers to assume they're honest, fair, do good work and will take care of them. Sincere thanks to you guys.
