Overall our experience was a great one. They gave us a great deal on last year's model RV and made the deal straight forward and done. My only complaint was in the area of how dirty the RV was when we picked it up. They had hosed it off but there was still dirt everywhere inside and out. It was still bent sold as new so it would have been nice to not have to pay to have to have it detailed before we could use it. But if that is my only complaint then I am still a happy buyer. read more

These people are THE WORST. At the point of sale, they make BIG promises about your RV being clean and gone over thoroughly, any defects fixed. We got a dirty, leaky, RV that Crestview refused to fix. They had our money and signatures, they were DONE. We cleaned our RV, and fixed the leaks. These people are slimy and dishonest, and have NO IDEA what customer service, or even common courtesy are. AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY WILL DO YOU DIRTY! read more

To start this, I've been RVing since the 70's. So have been to and used enough RV dealers to think I can tell a good one from a "Don't stop there" dealer. First I must admit I was totally not impressed with the way the Crestview dealership in Hewit/Waco appears as I entered the parking lot. Nothing but a DIRT parking lot to include area where NEW RV's are parked. Felt like a fly-by-night operation. And when entering the maintenance/shop area, there is dust covering everything. New parts on shelving covered in dust/dirt. You can see into the main shop area, SURPISE, it's a dirt floor. What in the world is the upper management thinking? And if the owner's are aware of this, SHAME on them. If I was buying a new RV, would have second thoughts about here based on just their appearance. I was really having second thoughts about dropping off my new RV. But I needed warranty work completed and I was there. Once I began talking with the service advisor Camron Johnson my opinion began to change. Camron is extremely knowledgeable of repairs and getting scheduled for repairs. He is polite and took time to explain what they would be doing and gave me a RUFF estimate of time. Camron then introduced me to the TECH that would be working on my RV. I will admit I was not expecting someone as knowledgeable as Jordon. He is the type of employee you want to represent your company. Knows what he's doing and knows how to deal with grumpy old men like me. Another impressed moment. Prior to picking up my RV, Camron had it washed. After sitting in all that dust, it needed it. After warranty work was completed, I picked up my RV. After getting home, I was re-zeroing the self leveling system. Was having major issues. Called Camron and he had Tech come to my rescue. Junior also impressed me with his concern in getting me up and running (re-zeroing). Junior took the time to explain what he was doing so I could understand and what to do next time. Wow, another great employee. These guys work in a dirty dusty area but are really excellent Tech's. I gave a 5 star rating based on the employees. EVERYONE I encountered was just fantastic. Everyone was knowledgeable, polite and went out of their way to answer questions and repair issues I had. Will I recommend Crestview Hewit/Waco. If you want great RV tech's, yes, this is the place. Excuse the long windiness, but Camron, Jordon and Junior need to be pointed out to upper management as excellent employees. read more

Bought a travel trailer a few months ago from these fools. Nothing but problems, the first problem they didn't assemble the new 750$ hitch I bought correctly resulting in it coming undone in the middle of the road. Next (a couple days later) I had a water leak from under my shower. They wanted me to bring the camper in for a 5 minute fix, now I have a gas leak and a recalled propane regulator they intentionally sold me. Every time I talk to them on the phone they are rude and arrogant people (guess parts department thinks they're something haha) Terrible customer service. It's funny how when I mentioned that they immediately tried to cover their tracks and send me a recall on paper. They still want me to bring in my camper like I don't work for a living. I can't wait to never deal with these ignorant people again. It's too bad I keep having problem after problem with the camper they sold me. Save your time money and energy and buy from somewhere that appreciates your business. read more

I just picked up my 2019 Outback 328rl from Crestview, Waco. My RV was not that old but lots of miles. I felt like it was time for a checkup. The service department has been so great here so I brought it back for the checkup. The guys down there took care of me. Did a complete inspection of all systems and running gear. Thank goodness! A problem with the rear axel was discovered. I had no idea or any indication of the problem. The service technician ,Junior, repaired the problem and completed the checkup ahead of schedule. All these guys and gals down here are job oriented and my dealings with the service department is the best around. They are easy to talk to and interested in problems you are having. A good group! They also assisted me in getting 5 new tires. An added service that a lot of places do not provide. Just sayin, service is what they do! read more

terrible place, got a camper from them in April, got it to our spot.... huge leaks all over, it was dirty, things left from the first owner still in it and dog treats under the couches. we let them know we weren't happy and they wouldn't fix the issue, we had to repair our own AC and when we tr to contact them again about the issue, no one returned our calls. 10000% WOULD NOT recommend. I'm filing a complaint anywhere I can to hopefully keep others from being screwed by these guys. read more

I seriously cannot believe how easy the buying process was with Crestview RV in Waco. Our salesman, Mike, was super responsive, answered all my questions, and wasn't annoying or pushy like a typical salesman. This is the 2nd RV we've purchased, but we ended up walking away from several other dealerships due to sketchy practices, added random document and processing fees, etc, which made me believe that the RV buying process was just bound to be miserable. Not at Crestview, and the unit was priced so competitively. I had my financing approval within 24 hours, and was scheduled to pick up my new unit within 3 days. I will recommend anyone I know to these guys. Thank y'all for restoring my faith in RV buying! I hope to have my new unit for several years, but when I'm in the market for a new one, you know I'll be back. read more

We love our Grand Design travel trailer. We could have gotten it cheaper at Holiday World but chose to pay more to buy at a smaller, family owned dealership. We bought our last RV at a small dealership and received excellent service for warranty and non warranty work. This has not been the case at Crestview. They have had our unit 6 weeks so far. No one has ever called us. We have to keep calling to get updated and get different answers. You might as well pay a lower price at a larger dealership as the service is the same. read more

My husband and I just purchased a new travel trailer from Michael Sanchez at Crestview Waco. Michael was so laid back that he made the shopping and buying experience so relaxed and actually enjoyable. He was not a pushy salesman but was super patient with us and answered all of our questions. We really enjoyed working with him. We just purchased a nice little Keystone travel trailer from Crestview RV in Hewitt. We live in the Austin area and really didn't want to drive that far, but we'd identified the trailer we wanted and the closest unit to us was at Crestview in Hewitt. Juan Tellado was our salesperson and he was polite and helpful. He did his job well. Jasper was the tech who walked us through the unit when we returned a few days later to take delivery. Jasper was great. He did a thorough explanation of the components of our new trailer and was happy to answer all our questions. But that's where the good experience ends. We are in the middle of a terrible pandemic and the State of Texas currently has a mask wearing mandate in place. Juan and Jasper worn masks, but most of the other people there did not. And I'm not talking about the service area where I suppose those guys can do what they want. I'm talking about the sales area where there are customers. There's a sign on the entry door saying masks should be worn, but I guess it's just a joke to them. Except for Juan and Jasper, the staff didn't even pretend to care about that safety measure. My husband and I are in a vulnerable population and we had to walk past men who were hanging around maskless, laughing out loud at funny videos on their phones, etc. Not only was it unprofessional, it was reckless behavior around customers during a deadly pandemic. Crestview RV would be well advised to take this pandemic seriously for both their employees and their customers. Buyer beware! You may take this pandemic seriously, but know that this company apparently does not. read more

I just purchased a 2019 Grand Design Reflection 337, with the help of Shawn who steered us towards this particular trailer numerous years ago. Shawn was able to take his valuable time not only as sales manager of this great location, Shawn has no problem to inform you that the particular trailer you are looking at is too heavy for you, and will steer you towards a trailer which will fit your needs. After the sale Shawn's group of employees were equally knowledgeable in all areas and made the walk through comfortable and very informative. Much thanks to Roy who this particular day worked with me in teaching me the ins and out of a new fifth wheeler RV- even in a rather heavy rain storm. It's sad when a deal doesn't go through because of one individual. My husband and I recently visited Great Adventure RV with the intention of purchasing a 5th wheel. Our first few interactions were with a fine young man named Kenneth. He was extremely helpful and possessed wonderful interpersonal skills. Unfortunately, the day we decided to make an offer on an RV, Kenneth wasn't there and we were met by John. From that point on, the purchase fell through. John was abrasive, rude, and disrespectful. I'll not detail his actions for lack of space; but, will encourage anyone going to this dealership to avoid working with him and ask for either Kenneth or Darla. read more
