We shopped two years for an RV. We looked at many different models. We visited many dealers. When we narrowed it down to the make and model we wanted, the local dealer where we live wanted to tack on crazy fees. Like we were supposed to pay THEIR freight fee to get the trailer to them from the manufacturer. Then they wanted to charge us an inspection fee. There was also a walk through fee. These people are the real deal. We dealt with Kyle. We told him what we wanted and when we would be there to pickup. Price was as stated online plus TTL. My wife and I drove from Houston to Lorena, TX to see a used "teardrop" trailer at RV Station. We discussed the condition and price with Tony prior to our visit. We have to say that our buying experience could not have gone more smoothly and quickly. The teardrop that we went to see was exactly as advertised (prepped and ready to go) and we quickly reached agreement on a fair price. After spending a few minutes in the office with the finance manager and Jennifer, we were ready to hook up and leave. Oops, not so fast! The dealership insisted that we allow them to show us the ins/outs of the camper and demonstrate how all the systems work. I believe it was Chris that help us with that. Subsequent to taking delivery, I had a reason to call Chris about a small issue and he carefully walked me through it - great service after the sale! . We bought a 2014 class C at a dealer in Sweetwater and after getting home to Riesel, found that our slides were inching out while driving. Contacted RV Station and they were happy to help. Our thought was a simple adjustment, but they discovered that the previous owner had cut wires and generally messed everything up. Fortunately, we got a service contract when we purchased and Jason and his team worked tirelessly to battle the warrantee company to cover the repair costs as well as to troubleshoot and locate hard to find parts. It was frustrating as one thing would get fixed only to find another issue caused by previous owner's faulty DIY. In the end, everything not only got fixed, they put in an extra plug by the bed for my CPAP after hearing I had to run an extension cord from the bathroom. Jason kept us informed throughout the process and ensured everything was right before he let us drive it home. I would happily recommend RV Station for sales and service. Terrible experience and the sales staff really doesn't care about customers. We did an online credit application we're told everything looked great come in and pick a travel trailer. Picked one out and were told we'd have to put 3k down after putting on the app zero down. Story kept changing on what they needed to make the deal go through. After spending all day waiting around and them running my credit through untold how many lenders they asked if we had a lender we could apply with. Spent all day waiting and it's now 3pm on a Friday and my credit has taken a hit with all the inquiries they did. Very disappointed with the entire experience driving 1-1/2 hrs back home empty handed and my credit rating has dropped. Haven't had issues getting financed before and actually sold a vehicle that cost more than the trailer we were looking at so credit should not have been an issue. read more

Highly recommend!! They will not disappoint!! Tony Meyer was our salesman and he was beyond fantastic! We purchased a 2021 fifth wheel and traded in our 2009 bumper and we are more than satisfied with the entire process. Everyone was safe, wore masks, and they informed us that everyone we were coming in contact with had tested negative and we in no way felt compromised. Estevan (Steven) was thorough in walking through all the new features of our new fifth wheel with us and was extremely helpful! We have been RVer,s for quite a few years, sold our large RV and wanted to downsize. My husband is very handy at repairing but when we shop for an RV, we visit 2 or 3 dealerships to get a feel for customer service and read reports on their service departments. We are very influenced by both. It let's you know if the personnel are going to be there for you when you need further assistance. At RV Station, we found everything that we were looking for in everyone who helped us. They are a great group to work with and they met all of our expectations. 'Even though, other dealerships had the same or similar models some of the amenities weren't the same which I'm sure was the variation in the small difference in pricing. We were happy to find just what we wanted. We always purchase an extended warranty as well because we keep out units for quite a while before trading.
