Being in a horrible area and situation late at night, I called tow kings and the operator was beyond helpful. I had no idea where I had ended up dropping off this rascal and she guided me to help give a her my ex Exact location. While on the phone, the person I mistakenly gave a ride home to and his friends became belligerent and extremely offensive to this amazing operator. Her diligence and patient composer made the difference in a deescalating a very likely dangerous situation of me needing to use self defense to get to safely , with a calm and reinsuring presence she kept me composed. While checking in every few minutes to ensure I was ok., as the tow driver was in route, my doors finally unlocked and I found my key, in the process Kaitlyn from dispatch called to check on me and I let her know I was ok and on my way home. She immediately gave a refund even though her tow truck driver had already driven 20 minutes and was seconds from arriving. What could have been a terrible life altering night turned out with me getting home safe, I am so thankful and happy that Kaitlyn answered my prayers. She's an incredible communications operator. I hope to one day meet and shake her hand for an extreme job well done. It's amazing how much of a difference you can make by being great at your job and empathetic to others. As far as Kailyn and Tow King , I am so thankful and blessed with your help and compassion. The word needs businesses and people like you on the front lines to make a genuine change in our lives.. Again I relentlessly thank you for turning a very dangerous and likely life changing event into a safe departure home. I hope one day I can be so fortunate to help someone in need as you helped me. 12/9/25 - 1:15am Kaitlyn you were my hero!!! 15/10 call this company for any after hour needs! Service is one of a kind and pricing is unbelievably low.

This is a very belated review as my daughter graduated Baylor University last year!…read more It's difficult in many ways to send your daughter out of state to school, but it is especially difficult when you send her in an old truck with more than 200,000 miles (at the time). I set out to search for a mechanic on Yelp and Anglie's List. Then I started calling them. When I talked with Fred, I knew I found the right repair shop. Fred and his team looked after her safety during her years in Waco. There was regular maintenance and some significant repairs, and Fred came through ever time. His estimates were accurate, the repairs were competently done, and I learned I to trust him and his judgement. I spoke with Fred several times over the years but I've never got to thank him personally. The truck made it home now after several thousand mile journeys and I have seen the evidence of Fred's good handy work.
