I also asked to have my cigarette lighter checked, and it was the fuse. I had taken my car in to the dealer and for each item checked they charge $206. for each diagnostic, but if you decide to have it repaired; the diagnostic fee is not applied to the repair charge. I am one pleased customer. Erick will definitely have me, my family, and friends as customers.

Eric ordered that from the local dealership, sent back the other parts (Which for once, I didn't have to pay for!) and just installed it today within 5-10 minutes and it all cost less than $400, labor and parts, three visits and everything all buttoned up. Amazing! He was even willing to come to ME to install it. Couldn't ask for a kinder, more honest mechanic anywhere. You people that are going elsewhere are NUTS! He even came in last Sunday to work on it simply because it was my only day off! NOBODY does that! I'll be going back for everything from now on. Some of the good companies I found do not cover Gainesville area. Then one my of neighbors recommended Retex. She had the roof done in August and Retex was the cheapest quote. So I called Retex, and the phone was answered right away (not like some other places I called). Wes met with me over zoom and went over the whole re-roofing process with a powerpoint presentation (what would be replaced and what might be extra). The quoted price wasn't the cheapest, but I liked how Wes went through the whole procedure, so I decided to go with Retex. The job was done promptly, the crew was courteous. Wes was very communicative during the whole process. What I liked the most is that whatever concern I had, Wes would address them until I am satisfied. Looking back, it would be an even better experience if I told them my expectations in detail before the job was done. There isn't much rain yet, but I believe the roof will hold up in heavy rains. Even if there is a problem, I am confident that Retex will come back and address it. I would definitely recommend Retex to friends.
