Therefore I was super pissed when a neighbor's cat was up on my hood and scratched it. I called several different detainers that got decent rating on Yelp & Keven was the only one polite enough to return my call. That alone says something about the rest of them. Any way I explained the problem to Keven & he was fairly confident he could help. Remember he is mobile so as he spent nearly 4 hrs. doing his basic Executive package I was able to go about my own work at home! He did an amazing job on the entire car including the interior. Plus he was able to remove the scratches! I'll continue to do my weekly cleaning but I'm going to treat myself to one of his detail packages every 6 months or so. They were able to get me connected with Gainesville Towing Service to service me. Thankfully with AAA it does give a bit of a discount for a new battery and received a good quote. The company quoted me a wait time of 20 minutes or so as it was 5pm traffic time. The driver was in communication with me as it took longer than 20 minutes. About 40 minutes later, my driver arrived and apologized for the wait and did explain he was on the driver available and was coming from the opposite side of town. He did his diagnostic test and confirmed my battery was pretty much on its way out. The service in total took about 15 minutes and was seamless. I do appreciate his professionalism in spite of AAA's miscommunication via text service about the wait time.

I had him come out and do a soft roof wash on and exterior pressure wash on a home that my mother in law recently listed on the market in Hawthorne, FL on Lake Lochlossa. The roof was 16 years old and was in need of a good cleaning. The before and after pictures were amazing and he really brought life to that roof again and the exterior of the home looks fantastic. I think this certainly will boost the appearance for the listing pictures which will now be updated. Ronnie is a very nice and honest person. I recommend him and his business services. Also, I know the business well having a family member in the Tampa Bay area that does the same and his services and his prices are very reasonable. In summation, I give Ronnie Taylor and his business my highest review at 5 Stars.
