Today marks the one month since I have received my car from the Next Gen Auto Soa. I an a returning customer.... NOT for repeat work BUT for great work!!! This is a another installation of PPF and Ceramic coating my a second vehicle and It's hard for me to believe that this job is even nicer than the first for its PERFORMANCE , COST and SCHEDULE ratings. 2. Performance: - PPF, right seal on all surfaces, edges clean and or tucked in, visibility of film nearly undetectable with the naked eye (had to confirm with tactile sensory) - Ceramic coating, looked as it were baked into the super smooth and color corrected paint. All blemishes identified at my initial appointment were removed with no trace of them what so ever. Very nice glow all over the car surfaces - Window tint, VERY NICE JOB in mitigating my concern for over darkening my front door windows. I received communications form the shop with light meter readings from my vehicle's window tint during the actual job. I have the OK to proceed with the tint using those light meter readings as acceptable. Cost: With my Customer Appreciation discount, this job cost less than the first job for similar amount of work! It also cost less than the Expel Recommended Service Provider Network Auto detail shops on Jacksonville!!! The savings easily covered the costs of my round trip Uber ride fares to and from Newberry due to my cars stay at the Next Gen AutoSpa! Schedule: Here's where NG Auto Soa showed their capacity to adapt to customer supply and demand. I received noticed on a Wednesday that my car would arrive for me to pick it up the next Monday. I called NGD that same day. Initially, Carlos informed me that the work schedule for next week was nearly full. Maybe the following week. I said "no problem I will keep my new car garaged until my appointment in two weeks. Well, an hour later Carlos calls me to incite me to bring my car in Monday afternoon right after I pick it up from the dealership.(10 minutes drive) Carlos got some assistance to work evening shifts on my car. This help was not his second string team but the BOSS himself worked on it through the evening. I know because I received txt messages on the progress of my job order Monday evening! Way to go NG AutonSpa. Well.... I was truly impressed with the immaculate clean precision work delivered as promised and the customer appreciation discount awarded to me. My Challenger had sat on the dealer lot for months & the rain & baking sun left it covered in water spots. I tried a remover with very little success. Humberto and Carlos are professionals in their craft there is no doubt of that! I recently brought them my new Audi TTRS sports coupe and had them clean and apply OptiCoat Pro+ Ceramic Vehicle Coating which is a nano-carbon protective coating that goes over the entire vehicle including the glass. It's a very labor intensive process and needs to be done "just right" to come out looking great and the guys nailed it! The vehicle looks fantastic and I'm so very glad I found them! They are the only vendor in greater Gainesville that offers this service. Prior to finding them I called a number of "detailers" that didn't even know what I was talking about! I cannot recommend this place enough! My apartment complex had accidentally misted my entire red car in white sherwin-willams wall paint and Humberto got off EVERY last drop. These spots were everywhere and I mean everywhere! I was pretty bummed about the whole situation until I went to pick up my car and saw the amount of care and detail he put in. He powerwashed my floor liners, buffed out scratches, and overall did more than what my complex was paying for. It looks brand new as if I just drove the car off the lot! My handsome shiny boy is back home from his 5-day stint at the 'salon' where he got clay barred, paint correction, full body paint protection film and full body ceramic coating. The paint looks like glass and will stay that way for 10 years...barring any mishaps. Both these treatments have been reported to Carfax under my VIN and will enhance the resale value. Next Generation did an excellent job detailing my two Subaru Outbacks. I do not baby my cars, and these have been driven (off road) as Subarus were intended to be driven. They did a great job buffing out the scratches from "desert striping", and even managed to get the dust from dirt roads out of all the nooks and crannies in the interior.
