Superb service and very fairly priced. I cannot recommend Pampered Auto Spa enough. I tried to clean my car myself after a retention pond flooded the interior with two inches of water during hurricane Irma. While the hydrogen peroxide soaks, scrubbing, and baking soda dried the floor and prevented mold in the vehicle, the baking soda residue was cemented into the carpet. Leroy is a miracle worker and the car looks better than it did before the water damage. He even gave me tips on what to do in the meantime while I was still browsing around. The other places I reached out to never even called me back after I explained my situation. From this first trip I can tell Leroy really prides himself in his work and will treat your car as if it were his own. I won't take my car anywhere else for detailing. read more

A month or two ago I was in your position looking for a place to get my car detailed. After doing a little bit of research I decided to contact Leroy at Pampered Auto Spa to do a full detailing. It was the best decision I could've made! He went out his way to make sure my car looked brand spanking new and made sure that it didn't inconvenience my schedule (made sure I made it to work and had my car waiting for me when I got off.). On top of that, just recently I got an ugly scratch on my car due to stupidity on my part. I went to Leroy for my basic monthly cleaning and he had the scrathed buffed out free of charge! Leroy did a fantastic job making my car look brand new. I had just returned from a road trip and he did a great job making everything look good again. I got the VIP package which includes just about everything both outside and inside. I would recommend using the website to get an idea about the cost and the packages he offers. You can book appointments from there but I would still call and speak with him. Once you get the time confirmed, then go book online. He is busy but very responsive to emails and phone calls and gets back to you as soon as he can. Overall, I had a great experience. While the service is not cheap, it is a very reasonable price. Leroy and his crew makes my family van look amazing every time. His prices are reasonable, especially for the excellent service he provides. I had some mold/mildew issues from trees on the roof of the van and he managed to scrub that off - and wax it so it comes off easily when I run it through the car wash. That's just the exterior - the interior was even more amazing. I thought no one would ever get those ground-in Cheerios off the floor. He got the inside of the trunk and the inside of the gas flap. Awesome, inspiring work. The only room for improvement is a waiting area for customers, but since he drives you to work and each detailing takes several hours, I can overlook that. read more

Leroy did a fantastic job cleaning the interior of our Tahoe. The previous owner was a heavy smoker, and though it had been cleaned repeatedly it still smelled of smoke very badly. Leroy removed ALL hints of the smell of smoke - you would never know it had been smoked in previously. He and his crew cleaned everything - everything - in the interior, then gave it a special treatment, then cleaned it again. Then they gave it a great detailing outside as well. Leroy is a perfectionist!! He has higher standards for the cleanliness of my car than I do but I appreciate his commitment to the quality of his work and to his customer's satisfaction. His prices are more than fair for the time and energy that goes into the job, especially when you take into account that he'll personally pick you up and drop you off so you're not stuck in the area while he works on your car. P.A.S did a great job detailing my van. I bought it from another owner and they had kids.... so it was rough. P.A.S cleaned and made it shine like it had never seen a kid before. The odor was still there, but Leroy explained to me that I needed to do an enzyme treatment and was willing to do it for me at just what it would cost him. I highly recommend these guys. Got my car interior detailed here. They spent all day making sure that they cover every corner. The car was basically trashed inside, and they turned it into a car worthy of date night.
