This is a another installation of PPF and Ceramic coating my a second vehicle and It's hard for me to believe that this job is even nicer than the first for its PERFORMANCE , COST and SCHEDULE ratings. 2. Performance: - PPF, right seal on all surfaces, edges clean and or tucked in, visibility of film nearly undetectable with the naked eye (had to confirm with tactile sensory) - Ceramic coating, looked as it were baked into the super smooth and color corrected paint. All blemishes identified at my initial appointment were removed with no trace of them what so ever. Very nice glow all over the car surfaces - Window tint, VERY NICE JOB in mitigating my concern for over darkening my front door windows. I received communications form the shop with light meter readings from my vehicle's window tint during the actual job. I have the OK to proceed with the tint using those light meter readings as acceptable. Cost: With my Customer Appreciation discount, this job cost less than the first job for similar amount of work! It also cost less than the Expel Recommended Service Provider Network Auto detail shops on Jacksonville!!! The savings easily covered the costs of my round trip Uber ride fares to and from Newberry due to my cars stay at the Next Gen AutoSpa! Schedule: Here's where NG Auto Soa showed their capacity to adapt to customer supply and demand. I received noticed on a Wednesday that my car would arrive for me to pick it up the next Monday. I called NGD that same day. Initially, Carlos informed me that the work schedule for next week was nearly full. Maybe the following week. I said "no problem I will keep my new car garaged until my appointment in two weeks. Well, an hour later Carlos calls me to incite me to bring my car in Monday afternoon right after I pick it up from the dealership.(10 minutes drive) Carlos got some assistance to work evening shifts on my car. This help was not his second string team but the BOSS himself worked on it through the evening. I know because I received txt messages on the progress of my job order Monday evening! Way to go NG AutonSpa. Well.... I was truly impressed with the immaculate clean precision work delivered as promised and the customer appreciation discount awarded to me. When I saw my new car parked outside for me to inspect, my first thought was WOW this car looks like it's going on a "First Date" ! ;-) I wanted to insert photos of the car to show the results of their work but I don't"t see a place to attach a file to this message. I also asked to have my cigarette lighter checked, and it was the fuse. I had taken my car in to the dealer and for each item checked they charge $206. for each diagnostic, but if you decide to have it repaired; the diagnostic fee is not applied to the repair charge. I am one pleased customer. Erick will definitely have me, my family, and friends as customers.

Thought perhaps it needed a condenser and evaporator, but was blowing cold...just not really blowing at all. Figured out all that was needed was the fan & motor (all one piece). Eric ordered that from the local dealership, sent back the other parts (Which for once, I didn't have to pay for!) and just installed it today within 5-10 minutes and it all cost less than $400, labor and parts, three visits and everything all buttoned up. Amazing! He was even willing to come to ME to install it. Couldn't ask for a kinder, more honest mechanic anywhere. You people that are going elsewhere are NUTS! He even came in last Sunday to work on it simply because it was my only day off! NOBODY does that! I'll be going back for everything from now on. When "done" I looked over my car and asked him to clean some areas in the trunk surround that were still grimy. I wish I'd looked closer before he left! I went to move my car and saw all kinds of leaves and debris in the front area down where the windshield wipers go! I had to blow that out with my leaf blower and wipe that area clean. Also, the driver side door was not treated with the shine treatment that the rest of the interior was. Lastly, our new paver driveway, walkway, and the gravel area where he cleaned the car now have some rust colored stuff splattered around that I have to figure out how to clean off. The car does look better than when he started, but for the cost, I don't think I got a very good deal. I think 3 stars is generous.

I am reticent to drive into a random car wash without doing some due diligence. My son told me this was the best one in Gainesville, so this was where I went. The staff I encountered were extremely friendly. You drive through the car wash and when you're done, they have parking spots where you can park your car and vacuum inside. They have spray bottles for cleaning windows and seating surfaces along with microfiber towels. For $30, I felt it was a fantastic value.

One thing I really like about Caliber that they offer discounts periodically if you register your number with them. The past week the discount was $5 off all washes, so of course I decided to go with the Graphene which is the top tier wash. I do like the Graphene when my car is desperate need of TLC because it really makes the car have that brand new look. One thing I have an issue with at this car wash is that they never have enough cloth towels at the stations. I find myself wandering over to other stations to grab a cloth for cleaning my windows etc. Especially now since it's the spring clean season and time of the year where more people are on the road - I wish they would be more attentive to the stations. Even the cleansers were low yesterday which I did mention to someone and they seem to restock the stations later on. Overall, I do think it's in a great location and the wash prices are pretty reasonable for each tier.
