Don't know how good they are. 11:46 on a Wednesday and office closed. Need an onsite receptionist.

Store was Closed when they were supposed to be Open. No signs indicating it was going to be closed. How do you run a business like this?

Met the owner Todd today who impressed me with his effort to fix my BMW's car damage that is beyond a simple door ding. He was responsive, pleasant, and professional; and his shop is clean and organized too. Conveniently located just off Beach Boulevard. The work is not done yet, but I now plan to work with Todd to fix my car. I'll write again when the work is done, but first impressions were very positive. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dent Technique on Beach Blvd. I had a 4-inch dent on the front hood of my Mercedes GLE 350 and just happened to notice their storefront while visiting another business. I texted Todd Snodgrass, the owner, a photo of the dent, and he promptly responded with a fair price range, noting that he would confirm the exact price once he saw it in person. When I arrived for my appointment, Todd gave me a firm price but reassured me that if he couldn't get the dent completely out, he would adjust it down. After he finished, he invited me into the garage to take a look. I thought it looked great -- but Todd wasn't satisfied that it wasn't perfect, so he refused to take payment. It's so rare these days to find a business owner who values integrity and honesty above all else. As a woman, I truly appreciated that he treated me with fairness and respect, when he easily could have taken advantage of the situation. Instead, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Dent Technique and Todd Snodgrass to anyone in need of dent repair. Professional, honest, and truly a man of his word. read more

I had a couple of door dings that they managed to repair quite well. You can't tell there was ever a ding there. The owner took a lot of time to show me exactly what the damage was and was very generous in repairing a couple of nearby creases without calling them "dents" per se. Pricing was very upfront and how it was priced was easily understandable. read more

I purchased a 2023 Mercedes a couple of weeks ago and noticed a dent in the rear quarter panel. I called Dent Technique for an estimate and promptly received a reply after sending in photos of the dent. When I took the car in for repair I showed the dent to Todd and asked him if he could make the car look perfect again. He said that he was confident that he could and that if I was not happy that he would not charge me. Todd went to work on the dent. I watched him use various tools and techniques to fix the dent. He explained to me the impact that the dent had on the metal by moving the material to the edges. I can only say that this guy is an artist and a craftsman of his trade. The end result was PERFECTION!. I highly recommend Dent Technique. read more

My car door had a dent in it that made it push against the fender, which caused the worst squeaking when I opened it. As a teacher, the holiday months can be some of the busiest times of the school year, but I needed this fixed fast, for my sanity's sake. Todd responded quickly, and was able to work with my schedule to have my door opening smoothly again. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, and I'll be recommending Dent Technique to everyone for the foreseeable future. read more

Work was quick and on time. Accommodated my schedule and did everything promised. Dents are gone and unnoticeable.

On a recent trip to Jacksonville, Florida, my rental vehicle was damaged overnight in the hotel parking lot. This brand new, high-end rental SUV suddenly had a noticeable dent in the driver side door and a big scratch on the front passenger side fender. I called several local dent repair businesses. One business said they would try to fit me in. But the next day I didn't hear from them at the appointed time. I decided to call Dent Technique. The rental needed to be repaired quickly so I could turn it in on schedule. Dent Technique Owner & President Todd Snodgrass immediately grasped the urgency of my situation. Todd set a same day appointment for the rental. Dent Technique quickly repaired the driver side dent, painted a chipped area I hadn't even seen, and removed the large scratch from the passenger side front fender. The fast response from Dent Technique lifted the worry about the rental SUV from my shoulders. Dent Technique and Todd Snodgrass saved the day, the week, and the trip for me. The establishment was spotlessly clean and pleasant to wait in as the repairs were quickly completed. Todd was friendly, knowledgeable and also a veteran of the Marines. I was then able to focus my energies 100% on achieving the objective of my trip: assisting my sister, a hospitalized disabled Vietnam Era Army veteran. When I returned the rental on time in Dallas, the detailed and excellent work of Dent Technique allowed me to breeze thru the return process with no issues and no extra charges! I highly recommend Dent Technique for flawless repairs. Call Todd Snodgrass, Owner & President, 904.705.3464 for superb customer service! read more

Todd, the owner of Dent Technique, provided superb service in all aspects of my car's hail-damage repair. He communicated regularly, both with me and my insurance company. He provided a detailed explanation of what repairs were necessary and the length of time it would take.
