Simple process dealing with Austin and all the personnel at Firehouse Auto Spa. From the quoting process to the detailing and cleaning process, it was a smooth transition. They definitely popped the color back out and the inside was so clean, it felt like we just bought it brand new from a dealership. Their portfolio says it all with numerous amounts of happy customers across the board...from Teslas, Bentleys, Corvettes, Lamborghinis, Porsches (cars of whom I can never afford). They have done it all. All makes and models. It definitely made the decision in choosing them an easy one. I highly recommend this company. read more

Amazing service. I've had my four cars detailed, and the results have always been unbelievable to say the least! Most recently I gave a detail as a gift to my daughter. She's a school teacher and I'm very proud of her. She is a special education teacher and works tirelessly for her mentally diable/challenged students. Her 2016 Toyota RAV4 needed a good cleaning. She will not be rich, but she loves her kids and they love her. Her car needed a lot of help. Firehouse Spa worked magic on her 9 yr old car. Somehow they made it showroom ready. My daughter works hard and thanks to Firehouse Spa I was able to do something to show a dedicated Special education teacher, who happens to be my daughter, just how special she is. She was so amazed at how beautiful her ca looked after the detail. Thank you to Beth and the team of retailers at Firehouse Spa read more

If you're looking for any type of car maintenance, this is the place for you. I've had several cars go through their shop and they have done an excellent job every time. With more experience, I have started to understand what exactly I am looking for but if you have any questions, Austin does a great job of explaining what and how everything is done. Thus far, I have done window tinting, PPF and ceramic coating on one of our vehicles, paint correction and scratch removal of said vehicle after it was hit in a parking lot by a shopping cart. Then on our second vehicle they put the expel stealth rap as well as further small modifications. I have also sent my fiancés car here for multiple car washes and details. They do an excellent job every time and, if there are any issues, they will fix them quickly. The price is competitive in comparison to other surrounding similar shops. They also do a great job with regards to working around your schedule and they finish all the work relatively quickly if needed. Ultimately, I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Austin is the absolute man and he has earned a customer for life. read more

I bought a new truck and started searching for Detailers in my area to get a paint correction/ceramic coating. A member on the forums recommended this shop and I immediately started doing research. Made the appointment, and boom. Come drop off day, I left it at the WRONG location! They offered to grab the truck, relocate it same day and still completed the truck in time for the weekend. I couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend Firehouse auto spa enough. They'll be seeing more often for details and car washes! read more

I am amazed at the outstanding job Firehouse Auto spa did on my husbands truck. I bought him a wash/inside and out detail for Father's Day, and the business was super easy to work with. I scheduled an appointment but had to change it just a few days before and they were super flexible and understanding. When the day finally came we dropped the truck off around 9 and had it back by 3 or so, absolutely sparkling! The pictures don't even tell the full story. It looked BETTER than brand new! I worked with Austin to schedule everything and he was efficient and knowledgeable. I love that this is a locally owned/firefighter run business, too! Super friendly business and phenomenal work! read more

Mark and his team are outstanding - highly professional and with exceptional depth in know-how. Hard to believe this business has so few yelp reviews, but apparently word is getting out as we noticed many high-end cars entrusted to Mark and his team's touch. Prices were very reasonable and couldn't be happier with the final product. Regarding Mark - he just seems to be a great person and truly one who enjoys his work (he is also a fireman). I will be a return customer! read more

Just drove my Tesla Model 3 from CA to FL and got some spots in my finish on the way. Mark and Austin had me come in even though they were closed for the day and took care of my concerns. Legit professionals, cool people to deal with and good prices to boot! I'll for sure be coming here for all future needs. Thanks guys. read more

Austin helped me decide on ceramic coating and window tinting. He was very knowledgeable and his attention to detail was quite remarkable I brought in my new Mercedes E class. It looked better when they finished than the day I picked it up from the dealership by a good margin. This place is not inexpensive but if you want the job done right this is the place. My new E450 looks like a jewel in the sun. I could not be more happy with the work of the team from Firehouse Auto Spa. read more

I don't normally leave reviews on anything. But I can't believe that only 3 people have said anything about Mark and his team on Yelp. I found Firehouse Auto Spa by accident while researching companies to apply paint protection and ceramic coating to my car. He is extremely professional and trustworthy. I chose Firehouse because Mark is a certified detailer with the International Detailing Association. It is clear to me that making cars beautiful and protecting them is a passion for him. He's even working on Air Force One two years in a row. My family and I have become a lifetime customers. His place of business is a little hard to find. Make sure it's his place before you sign the dotted line. You won't be disappointed. His price is extremely reasonable because he doesn't subcontract any other providers. My car is pure perfection. Thanks Mark!! read more

1st review: Got my Charger tinted done here by Tillman. Very professional and worked me in last minute. I waited for the job to be done and was offered all kinds of snacks and drinks while I waited. They even had Netflix to watch a movie! Very satisfied with the tint job. 2nd review: Went back for a hand wash and detail with the installation of a protective paint film on the front bumper to prevent any chips from rocks (I daily drive it on the highway). I also had some rear emblems removed. Both Mark and Tillman are very professional and knowledgeable about everything they do here at Firehouse Auto Spa. They do the best work I've ever seen... My car looks better than when I picked it up off the lot brand spankin' new! I can't stress enough how good these guys are. On top of their expertise, they have excellent customer service. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure your car looks the best it can! Mark even vacuumed out and detailed the interior as a courtesy! I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Even if it's just to get my car washed, I'll be taking my car here because I know they care about every car that they touch as if it was their own. Thanks again guys! read more

Called the previous week to set an appointment for car detailing on Tuesday and requested a car detailing price. I was told they didn't know but that they'd have someone call to confirm the appointment as well as pricing. I never received a call. Called first thing Tuesday morning and the receptionist was very nice and friendly and helped as much as she could. She attempted to get pricing and find out a time for me to come in but the other worker didn't answer the phone even though she said he was online. She left him a message and said they'll call me back in a few minutes to get everything settled. Never received a call. Unprofessional and unreliable. read more

Man what can I say about this place after searching all over Jacksonville for a good auto Detail not only did I hit the jackpot with the auto detail but the customer service was tier 1 from the complimentary snacks to the remote to the Television man was I lucky to get a walk in appointment as they had a whole fleet of cars i front of me the staff was very friendly and got right to working on my Accord to take the dust off from San Diego,Arizona,New Mexico and Texas. They left my car looking better than when I first bought it they paid attention to detail and where overall just a great quality of work from greeting me to handing me the Keys will continue to do business with them.Thank God I found them and they didn't even ask for a review i just felt like since I found them on Yelp and couldn't believe the other great reviews I would write one as well myself thanks Guys read more

Had a not-so-great first experience with the installation of some protective film for my car. Mark replaced the film, detailed the car, and drove me to work and back (I work close by). I was referred by a coworker. This place is truly a gem. The owner and staff go out of their way to make sure their customers understand everything that is being done before they proceed. They make you feel very comfortable when you stay while the job is being done. Their work is top notch . The pricing is very fair. I have been to them twice and both jobs were excellent.
