They definitely popped the color back out and the inside was so clean, it felt like we just bought it brand new from a dealership. If you're looking for any type of car maintenance, this is the place for you. I've had several cars go through their shop and they have done an excellent job every time. With more experience, I have started to understand what exactly I am looking for but if you have any questions, Austin does a great job of explaining what and how everything is done. Thus far, I have done window tinting, PPF and ceramic coating on one of our vehicles, paint correction and scratch removal of said vehicle after it was hit in a parking lot by a shopping cart. Then on our second vehicle they put the expel stealth rap as well as further small modifications. I have also sent my fiancés car here for multiple car washes and details. They do an excellent job every time and, if there are any issues, they will fix them quickly. The price is competitive in comparison to other surrounding similar shops. They also do a great job with regards to working around your schedule and they finish all the work relatively quickly if needed. Ultimately, I have nothing but good things to say about this location. I bought a new truck and started searching for Detailers in my area to get a paint correction/ceramic coating. A member on the forums recommended this shop and I immediately started doing research. Made the appointment, and boom. Come drop off day, I left it at the WRONG location! They offered to grab the truck, relocate it same day and still completed the truck in time for the weekend. I am amazed at the outstanding job Firehouse Auto spa did on my husbands truck. I bought him a wash/inside and out detail for Father's Day, and the business was super easy to work with. I scheduled an appointment but had to change it just a few days before and they were super flexible and understanding. When the day finally came we dropped the truck off around 9 and had it back by 3 or so, absolutely sparkling! The pictures don't even tell the full story. It looked BETTER than brand new! 1st review: Got my Charger tinted done here by Tillman. Very professional and worked me in last minute. I waited for the job to be done and was offered all kinds of snacks and drinks while I waited. They even had Netflix to watch a movie! Very satisfied with the tint job. 2nd review: Went back for a hand wash and detail with the installation of a protective paint film on the front bumper to prevent any chips from rocks (I daily drive it on the highway). I also had some rear emblems removed. Both Mark and Tillman are very professional and knowledgeable about everything they do here at Firehouse Auto Spa. They do the best work I've ever seen... My car looks better than when I picked it up off the lot brand spankin' new! I can't stress enough how good these guys are. On top of their expertise, they have excellent customer service. Called the previous week to set an appointment for car detailing on Tuesday and requested a car detailing price. I was told they didn't know but that they'd have someone call to confirm the appointment as well as pricing. I never received a call. Called first thing Tuesday morning and the receptionist was very nice and friendly and helped as much as she could. She attempted to get pricing and find out a time for me to come in but the other worker didn't answer the phone even though she said he was online. Man what can I say about this place after searching all over Jacksonville for a good auto Detail not only did I hit the jackpot with the auto detail but the customer service was tier 1 from the complimentary snacks to the remote to the Television man was I lucky to get a walk in appointment as they had a whole fleet of cars i front of me the staff was very friendly and got right to working on my Accord to take the dust off from San Diego,Arizona,New Mexico and Texas.
