Every time they have cleaned my car it comes out looking absolutely fantastic. Their rates are extremely competitive and affordable. The employees are professional, and polite. Each time I have used them they show up on time. They even give you a window as to when your appointment will be, and then give you a call when they are on their way. If you don't have time to go somewhere and wait for your car to be detailed, this is the perfect service. Next time I will definitely have to take before and after photos to show you just how amazing they are.

I reached out to several but it was HDA's prompt response that made my decision to utilize their service. The old adage of you get what you paid for is very true and I could have gone with more bargain priced detailers. But, the quote was very reasonable for what I was expecting AND for what I received. Which was, great customer service, great work and an incredible experience that resulted in my car looking amazing INSIDE AND OUT! I highly recommend this young man and his service. So much so, that he is doing our other vehicle this week. Don't settle for bargains. Pay for great service and great work! Thank you again HDA Mobile Detailing!!

My car was a MESS prior to him showing up. I'm talking dog hair, sand, and dirt everywhere. I just took a peek at my black interior, and you wouldn't even know that I have two white pitties. He's that thorough! 10/10 recommend.

After asking some questions, I was thrilled to schedule with the Gorilla Squad. They showed up on time, told me what they could and could not do and got right to work. A few prep items to save you time: 1) Empty your trunk. 2) Empty your ash trays, change drawer, door cavities and any pouches (like those behind the seats) 3) Remove all charge cords, aux cords and miscellaneous stuff. GG will move all the items, but it is easier if you do so, which allows you to keep these items organized. But what about the work? I had some scuff marks on my side that I was worried about, they made it clear they may not come out. Guess what, it came out and looked fantastic. But so did the rest of the car, in fact you could not tell the difference between the good parts and the bad parts. When I opened up the doors, the interior looked brand new. The Dashboard and wall panels were cleaned all the stains I thought I would love with (think 3 kids) were removed. Very satisfied, plan on using them again. On a Budget: Ask for an exterior wash only. Want to splurge: Have multiple cars ready for a full detail, they can do up to three in a day.

I had a different detailer to do some work a while back before I moved to Jacksonville. They totally messed up my windshield and I've never been able to get these water spots off. We agreed on 9:30am for my full detail. At 9am, he texted me to tell me that he'd arrive at 10am. Not only was his eta 30 minutes late but he arrived late to his new eta. I had already set my schedule back 30 minutes which cost me $7.00 to my new ride share fees as my girlfriend had already left to work and could no longer give me a ride with the new 10am start on my car. I finally just cancelled the entire job. Being on time means being early. Time is money and if you don't respect my time, why would I respect yours? Not to mention, these guys are more expensive than their local competition (by $100!) I had no problem paying an extra hundred bucks if I got more for my money, but instead I got someone who clearly doesn't want to work, has a severe lack of business acumen, and doesn't respect his customers time.
