I contacted the scheduler who said he was going to talk to the employee doing the work. At the end the total ended up being the higher amount plus tax and fees. I was also told on the phone that they accepted any payment method including Zelle, Venmo, etc, except PayPal. At the time to pay I was only given the option of cash or tap to pay. I was clear that the estimate could have a variance based on the conditions of the seats but the price increase stated at arrival was not considering the condition of the seats. At this point I needed the work completed and felt that I had no options other than accept the new price requested.

But Lydia and James are very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job getting the hard water spots / etch marks out of my clear coat. My car is black and I had horrible hard water stains that were very visible. I thought it was just regular dirt and let it go way too long, which left me with etching in my clear coat. I was just going to ask for a wash and clay bar + ceramic coat. But these guys knew what services I needed better than I did and I'm so glad I took their recommendation of adding on a buffing service. It wasn't just an empty up sell - this was actually the right thing to do based on what they showed me after each step of my service. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for and these guys did a BEAUTIFUL job on my car. I couldn't stop looking at my paint! My only regrets are not coming sooner, and letting the hard water etching get so bad. Will definitely be back.

Oooooops! They did it again!…read more Another great effort by the All Service team. They came out for a Valentine's Day gift detailing. They got to the car before the rain and then the storm hit. To my surprise the car still looks great! They made the car brand new again. From front to back, and side to side, the car looks great! We have had this car for about a year and our neighbor even asked if we got a new car! LOL. Again, I'd highly recommend them. PS - the spoiled milk smell in the other vehicle is still non-existent!

No way it could be less stars…read more They take their time, they show up precisely at the moment...they keep the whole area clean in the driveway and when I need to get some stuff out of the garage they were very helpful. Then there is the job they do on the cars. It's ridiculous. The next day I couldn't find a speck of anything except new car. They even got some scratches out that the last guy wasn't able to. The cars look better then when I took them off the lot. Brand new. Very happy with these guys.

Do not use this company! They over charged me and did damage to my car!…read more I had them come out and clean 3 cars for me. When I called to schedule the cleanings I asked if they offered any discount for multiple vehicles. He told me that they did and we would discuss it when he got there to clean the cars. The discount turned out to be a $25 off which was great. My minivan and car got the "premium "package $155 and $135 respectively and the third just a basic wash on a 2 door jeep $35. The van was cleaned well. The basic wash on the jeep was also good. Then the third car they did that day was my car. He gave me a total after discount of $325 which you may notice is the total for these 3 services listed on his website. I guess he up charged me without telling me then took it back off as my multi car discount. At first glance my car looked fine. I could see some streaks and water spots immediately after the service. It wasn't what I expected from the "premium " package but after all It was the 3rd of 3 cleanings in the afternoon heat. Focus on attention to details can slip so I let it go. It was evening and we had plans right after they were done so we went out for the night. The next morning when I took a closer look I realized that the rims were only partially cleaned there were whole areas still totally covered in break dust and there was still debris that gathers at the base of the rear window. I use my car for work so I didn't drive the car until after the weekend. When I got in I noticed some damage on the driver side door on the inside of the drivers door. It looked as though one of the chemicals that they used to clean the car had dripped down my door panel Partially melting the plastic of the door panel settled as globs and globs on the drivers door control panel. When I cleaned the globs of cleaner off I noticed that they had removed the coating from the control panel. I contacted the owner to ask him if any of the products he used could do this damage to my car. The 1first thing that came out of his mouth was "the damage was there before we cleaned it" then to my utter shock the very next thing he asked me was "which car is it and who was I"? This was very confusing because he had just said that he was sure the damage was there before he started working on my car but he didn't know which car it was or who I was! I went on to ask him if he didn't know who I was or which car I was referring to how did he know that their damage was there before he cleaned my car. He just let my question pass never really gave me an answer on that one! He I went on to tell me that the "dressing " they use could do that type of damage but if it were used i side the car that it would also have melted my dashboard ifI told him that it appeared that it had dripped down the door panel then onto the control panel. So it didn't necessarily have to have been used to clean the inside just that it had somehow got on the inside of the car. He denied denied denied and then he accused Me of trying to defraud him! I found this accusation very interesting because at no point during our discussion had I I asked about a refund! Then he said that he could have charged me more for the minivan because of its size. I assume that the Price difference on the website for a minivan and a car is due to the size difference. So why could he charged twice as much for its size? I would never ever use this service again! Neither should you if you like your car to remain undamaged!

The website states $80 for interior and exterior wash which was fine cause I wasn't too concerned about the outside, 2-4hrs of work was stated on the site, which I thought was very detailed. They arrived and cleaned the inside and outside well, spent about an hour and a half, no where close to 2-4hrs. They cleaned the dash and doors well but they still looked faded, asked if they could get them to look shiny or any way better they said no there wasn't anything to do. The interior was very clean and smelled much better, outside was washed up nice. When I said its $80 right I was told no its $125, they even called to double check, that's not what I asked for and for $125 I better get more than what was provided. I spent 15 minutes applying McGuire's interior treatment to the dash, doors and floormats after they left and they look as good as new, come on guys you couldn't have thrown some stuff on interior to get it shining again!! There's better places out there, I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends. Be watchful of the price they try to charge you.
