This is one business that truly deserves 10 stars. I first want to start out with the owner; he came for the estimate, explained the process, and was very detailed about how the car would be treated. Watching him with the first car he treated not only with kit gloves, but as if it was his own personal vehicle. The owner was professional, maintained a great sense of humor, and has an extremely high attention to detail. I was most impressed with the outcome of his hard work, and I must say, he worked very hard for the money! With River city auto detailing, you get not only quality service, but outstanding customer service. I had a return to do my second car, and I have already referred friends to him.

I had already set my schedule back 30 minutes which cost me $7.00 to my new ride share fees as my girlfriend had already left to work and could no longer give me a ride with the new 10am start on my car. Not to mention, these guys are more expensive than their local competition (by $100!) I had no problem paying an extra hundred bucks if I got more for my money, but instead I got someone who clearly doesn't want to work, has a severe lack of business acumen, and doesn't respect his customers time.
