He was professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and most importantly, he treated my vehicle with the kind of attention and care I was looking for. My car looked AMAZING when he finished -- clean, shiny, and beautifully done! You can tell Noel takes pride in his work and isn't just trying to rush cars through. The quality of his work far exceeded my expectations, especially for such a reasonable price. It can be difficult to find someone you trust with a vehicle you really care about, but I have definitely found my new go-to person for hand washing my Tesla! If you're looking for excellent service, great attention to detail, and someone who genuinely cares about the finished product, I highly recommend Noel at Interior Detail Specialist. Five stars without hesitation!

They definitely popped the color back out and the inside was so clean, it felt like we just bought it brand new from a dealership. She's a school teacher and I'm very proud of her. She is a special education teacher and works tirelessly for her mentally diable/challenged students. Her 2016 Toyota RAV4 needed a good cleaning. She will not be rich, but she loves her kids and they love her. Her car needed a lot of help. Firehouse Spa worked magic on her 9 yr old car. Somehow they made it showroom ready. My daughter works hard and thanks to Firehouse Spa I was able to do something to show a dedicated Special education teacher, who happens to be my daughter, just how special she is. She was so amazed at how beautiful her ca looked after the detail. Thank you to Beth and the team of retailers at Firehouse Spa

After asking some questions, I was thrilled to schedule with the Gorilla Squad. They showed up on time, told me what they could and could not do and got right to work. A few prep items to save you time: 1) Empty your trunk. 2) Empty your ash trays, change drawer, door cavities and any pouches (like those behind the seats) 3) Remove all charge cords, aux cords and miscellaneous stuff. GG will move all the items, but it is easier if you do so, which allows you to keep these items organized. But what about the work? I had some scuff marks on my side that I was worried about, they made it clear they may not come out. Guess what, it came out and looked fantastic. But so did the rest of the car, in fact you could not tell the difference between the good parts and the bad parts. When I opened up the doors, the interior looked brand new. The Dashboard and wall panels were cleaned all the stains I thought I would love with (think 3 kids) were removed. Very satisfied, plan on using them again. On a Budget: Ask for an exterior wash only. Want to splurge: Have multiple cars ready for a full detail, they can do up to three in a day.

Because the inside was so clean, I am not sure he conditioned the leather on the seats; however. The problem I had was he detailed the car on my pavered driveway and got tire spray on the pavers. When I asked him to clean it off, he had several excuses regarding missed appointments. After 3 weeks, I ordered a product from Amazon and cleaned it myself. This shows a lack of customer service and awareness of how the products used can cause damage. This part was extremely disappointing.
