Kyle showed up on time, was very polite, took time to show us in advance areas that might be hard to repair. When he finished he showed us the few areas he not get out ; he could notice those areas, but we could not. He also made a suggestion how we could fix those with paint if we wanted. Honestly our car looked brand new, he restored the shine and color and repaired 95% of the scratches, removed water spots, and did a fabulous job on wax as well. He advised me to go ahead and list it, and if I had trouble selling it, we could look at replacing the carpet. It's rare to find someone who puts a customer's best interest ahead of making a quick buck. Taylor could have taken the job, but chose honesty instead. That kind of integrity deserves recognition.
