    Professionalism is key and of course you will trust the business if it is run by the owner. Jeff will definitely take care of you. My drive looks way more aggressive now and the fitting was perfect with no issues. His team does a high quality job and detail was key during the process.

    I can not honestly say I could give this business more than a zero. Motorhome no where near that…read morewhat was described! The add said it had a washer and dryer, but did not! Why would you put that in an add that it did when clearly it did not! I was told that one jack had a line plugged because it leaked. Come to find out ALL four jacks had been welded solid so that NONE of them worked! The list of inaccuracies goes on and on! The real issue was the paper work. When I left the dealership, I wasnt sure I had the paperwork, but the salesman said not to worry if I didnt have it he would email it too me the next day. When I discovered I didnt have it, he stalled for several days in providing it to me. The top paragraph of the contract stated if I was not satisfied, I could return the motorhome for a full refund within 10 days, but I did not receive a copy of the contract until the 10 days had passed! The dealer is still stalling in making things right. I have asked to be compensated $7,000 for four new jacks, and the missing washer/dryer, which believe is reasonable. I will probably have to take further action to be made whole for his failures! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!

No response back from the dealership Tuesday until I called at 4:25 p.m. I got the service advisor Chris who explained to me that it'd been dispatched to a technician but he was waiting for a diagnosis. I called back another day later (Wednesday) at 4:25 p.m. got Chris again and he explained to me that it was dispatched to a technician but he was waiting for a diagnosis. I told him of this is what he told me yesterday and what were they doing with my car for the last two days. The answer is nothing. Chris's response to me was is that "sir there were other appointments that came in before your car". So I said to him so Chris does this mean you're that far backed up? He said unfortunately yes. So since they haven't touched my car I'm going back to pick it up and taking it someplace else to have it worked on. I've also put in a call to their manager Alex. I'll report back and let you know if he actually responds. Based on how this company operates I was hesitant to take my vehicle there and now I should've let my gut instinct guide me. Don't bother going there horrible place.
