Come to find out ALL four jacks had been welded solid so that NONE of them worked! The list of inaccuracies goes on and on! The real issue was the paper work. When I left the dealership, I wasnt sure I had the paperwork, but the salesman said not to worry if I didnt have it he would email it too me the next day. When I discovered I didnt have it, he stalled for several days in providing it to me. The top paragraph of the contract stated if I was not satisfied, I could return the motorhome for a full refund within 10 days, but I did not receive a copy of the contract until the 10 days had passed! The dealer is still stalling in making things right. I have asked to be compensated $7,000 for four new jacks, and the missing washer/dryer, which believe is reasonable. I will probably have to take further action to be made whole for his failures! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!

We brought our vehicle in for repairs, and unfortunately, what was already a stressful situation became much more frustrating because I repeatedly felt like my concerns were being dismissed. When we came to pick up the vehicle, I immediately noticed that it wasn't running the way it normally does. I brought it to Shelly's attention and was told that she didn't hear or feel anything unusual. I continued explaining that something wasn't right because I know how my vehicle normally runs. I felt like my concern was being brushed off, and it wasn't until I became frustrated and continued insisting that she finally got a mechanic to come out and listen. The bumper situation was even more frustrating. There was a piece missing from the front bumper when we picked up the vehicle. When I questioned it, Shelly told me that the piece had not been there and suggested that the tow truck driver had removed it in order to tow the vehicle. I knew that wasn't what happened. I WATCHED the tow driver load the vehicle and he never touched or removed that piece. I actually rode to the dealership with him because after the dealership had looked at my vehicle the first time, I ended up stranded on the side of the road and needed it towed back. Despite explaining that, I still felt as though I was being told that what I knew I had personally witnessed wasn't accurate. During a later visit, another employee pulled up the dealership's intake photo from when the vehicle arrived. Their own photo clearly showed the piece still attached to the front bumper when the dealership received it. That was probably the most frustrating part of the entire experience. I wasn't mistaken about my vehicle, and I wasn't mistaken about what the tow driver did. The dealership's own documentation ultimately confirmed what I had been saying. Thankfully, my experience with Allen has been completely different. Allen has been extremely accommodating. He listens to what I'm telling him, asks questions, and is actively trying to help determine what is going on rather than making me feel like there isn't a problem simply because the answer isn't immediately obvious. I don't expect a service department to instantly have every answer. Vehicles have problems, and sometimes diagnosing them takes time. What I do expect is for my concerns to be taken seriously and investigated. That is what has made my experience with Allen so different. He has listened, communicated, and genuinely seems interested in getting to the bottom of the problem. I really appreciate him for changing the direction of what had become an extremely frustrating experience. Hopefully the remainder of our experience continues in the direction it has since working with Allen.

Mike's provided an accurate and I think fair estimate for the repair and promptly completed the work. Good- Been two days now and no more coolant leaks. Questionable- When I picked the truck up at Mike's I noticed a clicking noise soon after starting the engine. I went back into the office but it went away before Mike and I got back out to the truck. I have noticed that same new noise once more since I got the truck home. If it persists I plan to take it back in.
