I spoke on the phone and explained what I wanted to be done to each vehicle, full wash, and detail exterior and interior, detailing of the engine bays and inside of the rims, with also ceramic coating performed on the Yukon and HD. I also explained the EXTREME amount of sap that was all over my Yukon. He quoted me a price to perform all tasks, sight unseen. The next day when they arrived, they were an hour late and did not bring enough supplies to perform the job, so they had to go to AutoZone to get more supplies, when they began the process I had informed them that they were welcome to some drinks that I had in an outside refrigerator, I didn't realize that they had drunk more than half of the drinks in the fridge till after the fact (this just added to my frustration after the fact). I periodically went outside to check on the process, to which I had always "caught" them doing something odd...The first thing I noticed was that when they were washing my motorcycle that a glob of pine sap had fallen right on the screen of my infotainment system and they attempted to clean it but made it worse and never offered to pay for a new screen protector, also got chrome polish on the matte painted areas of the motorcycle as well, that were not cleaned off. Next, I had a special request to clean the inside of my rims on both trucks, when I asked why the Xterra rims were not clean, I was told that "He couldn't carry that much acid in his truck without a permit"...never heard that before...The engine bay of the Yukon was not cleaned, the engine bay of the Xterra wouldn't have gotten cleaned if I hadn't walked out and asked about it. The interior of the Xterra wasn't even cleaned, but they made sure to leave a pile of used towels in the back. Upon really looking further, I found stains in the leather of the Yukon and buffer swirl marks on the hood as well. I never saw any aplication of ceramic coating applied to either the motorcycle or the Yukon, I didn't even find the empty bottles in my trash can, just a bunch of empty soda bottles though... I reached out to them to explain my frustration, and have been given broken promises of callbacks, fixing it, and even of a refund, for months. I had the "service" performed on July 3, 2021. It's now October 19, 2021, and I was promised a certified check partial refund a month ago. I cannot stress that you should not use this company by ANY means!! I wouldn't even suggest them to people that I didn't care for! Go to someone else, even if they have a 1-star rating or they are at a stoplight begging for money as it will be better than them.

I went to this location yesterday afternoon. I went here because I had a wash card and my car was…read morevery dirty. When I arrived it wasn't to busy, which, is always a good thing. The female staff attendant that was working this day was very friendly and assisted me with my issue. I had a wash card that a vendor had given me in 2024 while working an event at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. I figured I use it this day. So apparently, it was annolder version of the new wash cards, and the price had gone up slightly. I believe her name was either Mariah or Mahliyah. She was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. The wash process takes about a few minutes and does an excellent job in getting cars clean. I also like the tire shine that they provide as well. My tires were Shiney yesterday. I really like their vacuuming station. The spaces are large enough to fit most vehicles, and there are vacuum hoses on both sides of the vehicle, so you don't have to struggle with just one hose. They also have a washing mat station as well. Overall, it was an excellent vist. Now my car is clean and happy. I'll probably return here again whenever I'm in this area.
