I rated it a 3 star due to the absurd charge they will put on your credit card if you charge and the fact I wasn't told that upon my initial quote. It would have added another $75 just to have the privilege of charging on my CC. So I said I would use my debit card instead, she said the same charge applies. I thought that was odd so so I looked it up after the fact and found that most credit card companies prohibit merchants from surcharging debit card transactions. So had I known that I would have probably left. My opinion is most of your customers are probably going to charge given the cost and that's just a part of doing business and not pawn off your surcharge fees to your customers. I previously owned a business so I know the process and didn't charge it to my customers. I left after dropping it off to get cash so my wife picked me up since they said it would 3 or more hours to complete. The cost to do a full ceramic UV film on my GMC Truck was rather high in my opinion at $710 but I chose to pay it anyway so the bad is on me if I didn't want the job done. This wasn't my original quote because I had them add the clear UV film to the passenger and rear windows since the factory tint has zero UV heat protection according to what they told me. Overall the job was done well! But the extreme additional costs at the end of the job that made me leave to get cash made the whole experience less than satisfactory. I will continue to watch the UV film clear up in some spots as they said and will update the review if I have problems.

I called them and was able to get an appointment for a Saturday two weeks later. They sent me an email with pricing and explaining the different options. They said I could choose my tint shade when I got there. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk helped me figure out what would be best for me and let me know it would be about 4 hours. So my Dad was nice enough to pick me up and spend the day with me. I got a call at about 1:30 and was told the car would be ready in about a half hour, apologized for the delay and I was shocked! It was not overdue, it was right and time and they were keeping in communication! It was great! When I got there, my car looked great! Kind of like an orca, black and white the way I like it! They even added (yes for a nominal cost) the front windshield visor. I wasn't sure how I felt but it has been great! They said to leave the windows up for a few days but I actually scheduled it the day before leaving town for 3 weeks so it got to sit and just cure! When I got back, it looked great! It has been fantastic and I am so glad I did it! I would absolutely return and recommend!

The accident happened August 28th and repaired by the ship and returned to me officially last Friday. I found that by narrowing down the location and after reading reviews, the manager had won me over by how attentive he replied to questions and concerns. As far as the service I received, I found it difficult when I was receiving threatening message from enterprise that my car was due back without the collision repair telling them my door was still not installed yet. I became frantic when they called me saying I owed 140 out of pocket for a part that needed to be repaired ( out of the betterment) of my car? It wasn't even damaged. I just felt like as the victim, I should've been notified more instead of leaving messages on someone's vm. My car was returned the first time with a burnt fuse , which caused the dual power locks to stop working suddenly in the four years I've had it. The shop took care of the charge to replace it . I personally felt like they took opportunities to make more money as possible. Also, my door still doesn't close right but I'm done either this ordeal. At least the waiting room snacks were awesome!
