This is my first review if the collision Center and hopefully the last. I was involved in a side swiping accident where the driver was illegal and did not have a license to drive. The accident happened August 28th and repaired by the ship and returned to me officially last Friday. I found that by narrowing down the location and after reading reviews, the manager had won me over by how attentive he replied to questions and concerns. As far as the service I received, I found it difficult when I was receiving threatening message from enterprise that my car was due back without the collision repair telling them my door was still not installed yet. I became frantic when they called me saying I owed 140 out of pocket for a part that needed to be repaired ( out of the betterment) of my car? It wasn't even damaged. I just felt like as the victim, I should've been notified more instead of leaving messages on someone's vm. My car was returned the first time with a burnt fuse , which caused the dual power locks to stop working suddenly in the four years I've had it. The shop took care of the charge to replace it . I personally felt like they took opportunities to make more money as possible. Also, my door still doesn't close right but I'm done either this ordeal. My appointment was about six weeks out for 8/21. When I arrived they couldn't find me in the system and I was expecting them to say I have to reschedule, however they took care of me. Front desk had me sign a few papers, service agent looked at the car. They explained the process and got me out of there quickly, which surprised me since they had no information about me of any kind. Both were very pleasant and friendly with smiles. They offered to arrange transportation to the car rental agency which was an added plus. Good experience so far. I'll update when I get the vehicle back. read more

I want to start this with that the only reason for the one star is because the front desk staff that greets you and answers the phone are the most sweetest ladies I have had the pleasure to converse with the first day I went there (I got my quote for repairs on 12/22/2023). I called back on 1/4/2024 and spoke to my assigned repair person (Danny) to pay for the parts (this was a self pay transaction and I paid $850 for my parts). It took over 30 days before the parts were advised they were in house. During this time, there was such a lack of communication. I always had to call and get a status by leaving messages that were never returned until I started calling the main number and asking to speak with someone else. I had to call once a week for a status update. Finally the parts came in and I was told that my repair could only be done on Tuesdays. Well I was heading out of town on business when the parts came in so I had to delay bringing the car to them until the following Tuesday. Then that was delayed to due other unfortunate circumstances out of my control. Fast forward to today: I called Danny and left a message two days ago asking for a return call because there is no longer a car to bring to get repaired and I wanted to know the process now for parts that will no longer be needed and about a refund of my $850 that I paid out of pocket. I have yet to receive a call back about this. This process has been very difficult and I imagine it wouldn't have been this bad if the insurance company was taking care of everything. I felt very biased against my person because this was a self-pay transaction and it was like my situation was put on the back burner for others even though I had paid for the parts in advance to ordering them. Now it's back to no communication again and it's beyond ridiculous at this point. read more

Patrick was my adjuster and took very good care of my vehicle while being repaired, and took very good care of me with a loaner car that was comparable to what I drive normally ! The work performed on my vehicle was precise and held to high VW/BMW/AUDI standards, Patrick worked with the insurance adjusters and explained steps to be taken and reassured me my vehicle will be repaired to the highest standards and the repairs will be warranted for life. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Had there been an option to give it a zero that would've been more befitting. I was rear ended in a car accident and trusted Tom Bush Collision Center based off of the great reviews and their good standing reputation. I believed that they could do the job and do it right. I was very surprised after having my vehicle a few days that the bumper (what was repaired) didn't match the color of my car. As I looked closer at the details in the bumper it also looked ajar (images below). Never the less I trusted Tom Bush Collision Center to correct the mistakes. I called and spoke with the assistant manager Christine Rand who lead me to believe that everything would be corrected and I would just need to bring my car to the shop so they could take a closer look at my concerns. I drove to the shop and Christine wasn't there or not available so they had me speak directly with the manager, DeWayne White. DeWayne ensured me that all Lexus vehicle bumpers are different colors from the car's body. I asked if they can get the color of the bumper any closer to or the same color as my car. DeWayne became very dismissive and tried to validate why the paint was two different colors. As a customer I expected the job to be done correctly the first time and not feed excuses of why it wasn't. I asked DeWayne for the color code used to paint the bumper and he wrote down on a sticky note, color code "4GU" which is the incorrect color per the label inside of my car. Since my visit to the shop on 8/21/19 I've received an email from DeWayne apologizing that he provided me with the incorrect color code. I've sent emails asking for answers and the number to corporate and to this day haven't heard anything back. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of work and representation that I've received from Tom Bush Collision Center. I was ensured when I gave my automobile that everything was going to be completed 100% I was never notified that it would be an alternate shade of color instead of the original color that's on the car. All I want is a resolution of my car being painted the correct color and the bumper in the correct placement. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to hearing from you. What's worse than getting in a car accident? Being indisputably at fault in said accident. This lovely little situation happened to me a few weeks back after dropping a friend off at their car downtown. I won't get into details (I ran a red light) but it wasn't pretty. After three hours of sitting in my inoperable Volvo, I call her Veronica, talking with insurance on the phone, I finally arranged a tow to Tom Bush Collision Center. Though this wasn't a preferred shop for my insurance, I was referred by a friend who assured me that they were a safe bet for major body repairs. From start to finish, the folks at Tom Bush took care of my car and communicated with me in a caring and helpful manner. What I hoped would take a week took more like three, but they worked with my insurance to get the best possible parts for my car and, as soon as they arrived, started repairs immediately. I can't tell you how many times I called Harry Rubin to cry about the money I was hemorrhaging on my Nissan Versa rental, and he assured me each time that he was treating my case as a top priority. He also called me every couple days with updates which I really appreciated! I was giddy with excitement the day I finally got to pick her up, and she looked beautiful! Absolutely perfect. Maybe even better than before. This situation majorly sucked, but Tom Bush made it a little easier on me by taking such care of my vehicle and providing a caring ear to my concerns. I had apparent severe scuffing/paint loss on the left front side of my X6 due to a parking garage incident and brought the car in for a repair estimate. I was meet by an estimator named Danny. He looked at the damage and was able to quickly correct the problem using a combination lacquer type cleaner and wax. He could have easily told me that issue required a full repaint or more extensive repair work. I really appreciated his honesty and for assisting customers in an ethical fashion. read more

Brought in my Lexus for a little TLC. Had the usual wear on the front bumper and hood. Some sap damage on the roof and trunk lid. Dewayne advised me that I did not need to paint the entire car, that his team would be able to match it up. They delivered on that! It looked like it just rolled out of the show room. I recently had my 2012 Volkswagen repaired at the Tom Bush Collision Center. Although the damage was minor, it was repaired in just a few days. The staff was great and Mike assisted me in dealing with the insurance company. The car looks great as if it were never damaged. read more

Absolutely awful! I thought taking my car to the dealer when I was in an accident (that was not my fault) was a good idea. Not only did it take forever (a month to fix a tail light) but they didn't call me in a timely fashion to keep me updated, didn't fix everything (huge scratch on the trunk that they later implied they believed I had done myself before the accident and refused to call the insurance co back to have it readjusted). Finally the service manager (Harry) just stopped responding to my phone calls after telling me repeatedly how many years he'd been doing this. As if I was expecting way too much to get my car fixed, completely, and in a timely manner. If he's been doing this for so many years, he should be WAY better at it than he is. So, I'm still stuck with a scratched trunk and there are little things about the car that just aren't right (need to reprogram some things like the auto locks and Harry wouldn't call me back about that either). Plus, the car smells funny like they left the doors and windows open in the rain or something. Ugh. Hopefully, I won't be in an accident again but if I am, I'm taking my business elsewhere. This place is not worth the hassle and will seriously make me rethink purchasing another vehicle from Tom Bush. read more
