We purchased our 2014 Volkswagen Beetle two years ago. My has been wanting another for a long time and when we found this one it was very well taken care of and very low miles (34,000). * We finally got around to getting the windows tinted today and so glad we did! The drive home in 95 degree weather with the afternoon soon beating down the inside of the car was nice and cool. I actually had to turn the A/C warning because I got cold lol! I called around to several different window tinted shops around town and I found working with Tint World was so easy. In fact the other businesses really wouldn't return my calls or emails. Andrea was very friendly and helpful when deciding which window tint for my wife's car to go with! I'm super pleased with the tint on my wife's car! It's prefect and she loved it when I got home. My wife's only request was she didn't want it so dark like I had in my trucks in the past. Today I went with the Ultimate Tint -2D -30%. Definitely recommend Tint World! The owners Raj & Kami are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Tint World provides great work to help protect your vehicle at a great value. I had a great time at my first "Cruze Nite" seeing various vehicle displayed inside and attendees that were parked in the lot. While helping out with the music for the event I wasn't able to take pics outside. You just have to be there for yourself and soak in the cool car vibes along with the car enthusiasts alike. Super easy to book an appointment, love that you can call or text to schedule an appointment. They offer water, coffee,tea, and snacks while you wait for your car. They also have some entertainment for the littles, an Asteroids arcade game. Vinny was super sweet and gave the boys toy cars to help keep them entertained. They did a FANTASTIC job on my SUV... I have two toddlers so you know it was a hot mess before. Jack took great care of my vehicle and has it shiny and all clean!!! Hopefully the boys won't ruin it anytime soon! read more

These guys are awesome!! Not only were they professional they really went out of their way to accommodate me. I made an early appointment forgetting I had to train people at work so I would be cutting it close. I dropped my car off night before and they let me know when done. They said I had some scratches so I upgraded to a hand wax and boy is it shiny. Car looks and is so clean. They got all my pup hair out and I'm super impressed. Went yesterday for Yelp Elite event and got my car detailed. Google maps did great by getting me to the location accurately. walking in and being acknowledged upon entering was great, Vinny was really nice and showed me around the shop including the back of shop with work they are doing. The have a great clean space for sitting in while waiting and includes cold waters/hot coffee, light snacks. I had to do some calls while waiting and found a nice sidewalk on side of shop that I could handle my calls privately. They also sit across a nice strip mall that could go walk too. My car was completed in about an hr and half. I was happy with the wash and the interior. I talked to Vinny about window tint, he showed me the difference between each level and I booked my appointment for next week. I will definitely be referring my family/friends/neighbors to this location. read more

We just brought a brand new car and took it to Tint World at 1740 Cocoanut Rd STE 104, Jacksonville, FL 32224 four weeks ago, to have all windows including the windshield tinted. Since it is a brand new car, the windshield was without any damages and blemishes. When we picked up the car after the service at Tint world, there were a lot of bubbles and creases/debris/lines on the film, especially on the windshield and two front windows. Tint world staff stated those were normal and will disappear in a few weeks. Four weeks later, there were still a lot air bubbles and lines. Two straight lines on the inside of windshield were especially bothersome while driving. We were out of town for a couple weeks. Upon returning, we had an appointment with our car dealer to check the windshield for a tiny chip on the outside. The dealer service person did a thorough inspection of it and told us that those inside lines underneath the tint film are in fact cracks and the whole windshield was replaced for safety purposes. Tint world did a very terrible jobs with price tag over two thousand dollars. When we returned to Tint World for the warranty repair, we were told that they will not replace the windshield film because they said the warranty doesn't cover it. Very bad and disappointing experience with this Tint World location. read more

Tint World Jacksonville Beach made me feel like I was their number one customer. Several of their technicians helped work on my 13-year-old car and they all made a point to drop me a note and thank me for my business. Vinny consulted with me about everything I wanted done, and when my car was done he called me and said "I didn't even know the paint was metallic!" That's how bad my paint finish was. But I tell you this car looks brand new! Inside and out. Jacob was so proud of the work he did, he wanted to be the one to show me everything that was done. They really do love what they do, and it shows. I could not be more thrilled with the service from beginning to end and even after. And if you get a chance to have a conversation with Kam, make sure you meet her. She is an expert in all things automotive, and even runs a women's car club in Jacksonville. She was the one who helped arrange my appointment, and advised me on some of the services that would be appropriate for my vehicle and its condition. Was looking to get my windows tinted on my Nissan Sentra and was shopping around the many shops in the area. Sean contacted me shortly after I filled out the online form and we discussed some different options. Went into the store the next day and met with Sean who hooked me up with a great package and I pulled the trigger. The tint went on the next day and took about two hours exactly, which is pretty fast I thought. My first experience with getting tinted windows. This place is amazing. I submitted a request online for a quote and Vinny called me within an hour of my request. He patiently and thoroughly explained my choices and the differences between them and gave great recommendations. I didn't feel pressured to buy or any upcharge sells. I ended up going with the ceramic tint for the skin cancer protection. I was nervous bc there were a couple of small bubbles in the tint when I left. I called and Vinny assured me they would disappear as the tint cured (3-5 days), Kam followed up with a text explaining much the same. It's been a week and all bubbles went away as described. It looks beautiful and my car is so much cooler (in temperature and appearance ). The service and the value can't be beat.
