I like that he schedules the work so that you bring it in and get it back quickly so that you don't have your car sitting in his shop for weeks wondering what's going on. My longest term visit was to replace a rear-end, and turnaround was within a week due to the need to order new internals. Very reasonable turnaround. Communications are great and prices are in line with quality and dependable work. I'm looking for reasonable charges for quality work, and not the cheapest rate. 1 star I recently…read moretook my Jeep to All Jacked Up Motors on Beach Blvd in Jacksonville, FL, and this was hands down the worst automotive experience I've ever had. I brought my vehicle in for a simple issue that they claimed they could fix. Not only did they completely fail to resolve the problem, but they somehow made everything worse. While in their care, they actually crashed my Jeep--yes, crashed it. No explanation, no accountability, and definitely no apology. Just a damaged vehicle and a bill. They still had the nerve to charge me full price for a job they didn't do, and I left with more issues than I came in with. To make matters worse, because of their negligence, my insurance premium increased. I'm now paying more monthly due to a wreck they caused--while my car was supposed to be getting repaired. The shop is run by the most unprofessional, disorganized, and shady group of people I've ever encountered. The environment was uncomfortable, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and frankly, it seemed like several of them were under the influence of something. The entire place gave off unsafe, chaotic energy. I've since reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and I strongly encourage anyone else who's had a similar experience to do the same. This shop should not be allowed to operate under current conditions. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. If you care at all about your car, your money, or your sanity--go somewhere else.

An hour later the job was done, they said they did the best they could straightening out a bent bumper attachment(hmm no mention to using those parts I paid for??). The end result was marginally better than before I brought vehicle to them. I sent before and after photos to the owner asking if this was the best they could do, but they didn't reply. Vehicle is a 2020 Nissan Rogue, and very clean with no previous accidents. Bottom line, if you have a lease car and insurance sends you to these guys, they are fine. If you are looking for real craftsmanship, I would not recommend them.
