Great service. On time and the best at what they do. I had some major work done on my Ekko and now it is a monster.

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership after purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee…read more When I first bought the vehicle, I pointed out a leak and a faulty headlight. I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

Title: Dishonest Pricing and Predatory Fees - Avoid This Place…read more I came to Auto Boutique Jacksonville as a veteran, ready to buy a vehicle they had listed for $8,600. The experience turned into a complete nightmare of misleading pricing, lack of transparency, and outright disrespect. Here's exactly what they tried to pull on me: * Base Price (advertised): $8,600 * Bogus "Guardian Shield" add-on: $999.00 * Electronic Filing Fee: $199.00 (real cost is $50-$80 in Florida) * Non-Tax Fees: $526.90 (inflated "doc" fees) * Taxes: $782.66 * Total Out-the-Door Price: $13,103.93 That's an outrageous 40%+ price increase from what they advertised -- nearly $4,500 in hidden fees they don't disclose until you're ready to sign. To make it worse, Alex, the manager, literally ambushed us with this inflated write-up and tried to justify it by saying, "We're still the cheapest." No -- you're only the "cheapest" because you inflate the price with bogus add-ons and excessive fees after getting people through the door. We explained our situation clearly upfront and even mentioned my veteran status, but instead of honest service, we got hours wasted looking at four different vehicles: * One with electrical issues and speakers popping * Another with the hood literally off * And the Hyundai we wanted, which was advertised with 97,000 miles but actually had 123,000 The dealership is disorganized, unprofessional in appearance, and completely lacks respect for customers. This is a bait-and-switch operation -- list cheap, lure you in, then ambush you with inflated fees and pressure tactics. If you're considering buying here, don't waste your time. There are honest dealerships in Jacksonville that value transparency and customer service. Auto Boutique does not.

I purchased my membership online (yesterday around 8:30am) & I'm going to suggest you do NOT do the same. I arrived shortly after 8am opening today & my license plate wasn't recognized. The 1st employee I interacted with informed me I had to give the system 24h to register my subscription. I was less than 30m early for the 24h mark. He said I could park up front & wait or come back. I decided to run an errand and come back. I arrived back around 10am. My license plate still was not recognized. The 2nd employee attempted to bring my membership up on the screen but it still wasn't showing as active even though I am able to bring it up on the webpage showing as Active. He did not want to let me in & only begrudgingly did so after I pointed out this would be the second time I was being turned away despite having a paid membership. If my future trips include issues like this, I will be cancelling my membership & going elsewhere.

I had planned to find a car wash that afternoon, and this one just happened to be in the right place at the right time. As soon as I pulled in, I was warmly greeted by a kind older gentleman who made me feel truly welcome and appreciated--he even gave me a free air freshener, which was such a thoughtful touch. I opted for their $22 wash package called All the Luv, and it definitely lived up to its name. I couldn't help but giggle when I saw the wash area playfully named the Tunnel of Luv--such a cheeky and fun detail! My SUV came out sparkling clean, and I was quickly back on the road to my next appointment. Fast, friendly, and convenient--what more could you ask for?

Well... I like Jim as a person from the few times we met but he needs a system in place to better…read moreserve his customers. I hate leaving less than stellar review for businesses but I hate leaving a false review even more. I am still waiting to get the undercarriage I paid for since October and my new bumper the clip fell down on one side a couple of weeks ago and now this is on the list and getting the repairs done has been challenging. I wish Jim business the best busy niceties are just that it's nice but not service. I'll take my car to a local guy nearby and I think 3 stars is still nice considering I'm moving on without the work I paid for even if it's minor it's still my $80. Jim did offer to get this done but I did not sign up to be working on minor bumper replacement $1300. And we have been back and forth since October 2024 it's now March 2025 so again I'm very nice to nice ppl... best wishes!

Jim got paid by my State Farm insurance company for a paint job. He promised I would be proud of…read morethat chips like fingernail polish. He was also paid for two new headlights and tinted windshield. Over a year later I'm still trying that from him, but all he did was ghost me. Multiple text and phone messages even a couple in persons and nothing. He promises you a diamond and gives you dirt. I'll have no choice but to file Fraud through if this does not get resolved soon. I wish I had gone to a Recommended shop for my insurance company after all. I feel totally scammed. Because he seemed like such a nice guy. I have not filed the official report with State Farm insurance but believe me when I get home, I'm done. I will contact State Farm. I see he's changed the name from Jim's custom auto finishing to Legacy Automotive. By any other name, it's still Jim's custom auto finishing that my insurance company paid the checks to. I really wanted to give him a great review so I've held back until today. I am so beyond disappointed. Jim may have great skills as a painter like he promised me but the truth is he had some other guy do the paint job and you can see errors all over the place. I even had to clean blacks greasy smudges out of the white leather interior. There's nothing I can do about the scrape in the window tint on my right passenger side. I stayed patient through weather, sore shoulders, hip injuries, and you name it and all I got was strung along and told to pick up my car. It was ready and it was coded with yellow pollen so I couldn't really see. Did not put in the new tenant windshield that my insurance company paid for from The damage or the brand new headlights. The dude packed the money and I'm still waiting a year later. Jim make this right ASAP or I will file a legal formal complaint. You didn't paint my car. You didn't make sure it was done properly. But you made damn sure you got paid even if you didn't deliver. Here's an addendum. Found out Jim was killed in a motorcycle accident last month. No recourse but probate attorney. Here there's a real long line. Sorry for his demise but over a year later I'm stuck.
